  • the invention relates to a cutting device for a folding unit of a printing press with two cutting cylinders for the vertically fed web and downstream conveyor belt lines, which run over deflection rollers and carry the cut products between them.
  • Such a folder is known from the "Lithoman M” brochure from MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG, page 6. With this folder, the cut products are without a guide on the way between the cutting cylinders on the one hand and the conveyor belts on the other. It is disadvantageous here that the front cutting edges of the products tend to stick to the teeth of the knife of the one cutting cylinder for a short time. If the leading edge detaches from the cutting cylinder with a slight delay, the direction in which the cut product runs off the cutting cylinders is changed. The front edge then abuts a deflection roller and forms kinked corners when it is pulled in between the conveyor belts. The leading edges may also adhere to a cutting cylinder as a result of electrostatic charging. Such charges can not only occur unintentionally during operation, they are rather deliberately provided in multi-layer webs in order to hold the individual cut sheets together.

Claims (5)

  1. Dispositif de coupe pour une plieuse d'une presse à imprimer, avec deux cylindres de coupe (1, 2) pour la bande de matériau (5) alimentée verticalement, et avec deux bandes transporteuses (6, 7), montées à la suite des cylindres, qui sont guidées sur des poulies de renvoi (8, 9) et transportent plus loin entre elles les produits coupés, ainsi qu'avec des buses soufflantes (10, 11) disposées de part et d'autre de la bande entrante (5) et dirigées vers la fente entre la bande (5) et le cylindre de coupe respectif (2, 3, 20), et avec des rainures (18, 19, 21) dans les cylindres de coupe (2, 3, 20) afin de laisser passer l'air soufflé parallèlement à la bande (5), caractérisé en ce que des buses aspirantes (22, 23) sont disposées entre les poulies de renvoi (8, 9) pour évacuer l'air passant par les rainures (18, 19, 21).
  2. Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (18, 19) sont disposées en s'étendant dans la direction circonférentielle des cylindres de coupe (2, 3).
  3. Dispositif de coupe selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les rainures sont disposées en s'étendant en spirale tout autour du cylindre de coupe (20).
  4. Dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les buses soufflantes (10, 11) sont disposées avec possibilité de réglage afin de modifier leur direction de soufflage.
  5. Dispositif de coupe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le volume d'air soufflé et/ou le volume d'air aspiré sont réglables.
