Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Begrenzungssicherungseinsatz für die Sicherung von elektrischen Installationen, dessen Aufbau den Vorgang der Befestigung einer Kontaktschraube in einem Halter zu mechanisieren oder zu automatisieren ermöglicht. Der erfindungsgemäße Sicherungseinsatz besteht aus einem Halter mit einer Öffnung und einer Kontaktschraube. An dessen oberem Stirnteil weist die Öffnung einen Durchmesser (dz) auf, der größer ist als der innere Durchmesser (do) der Öffnung, wobei ein Bogen (4) im Querschnitt aus dem Durchmesser (do) zum Durchmesser (dz) übergeht. Am Öffnungskreis im Halter wird ein Sedimentschlitz unter einem Entspannungsring (6) vom Kreisquerschnitt und mit einem Durchmesser (s) gebildet und die in der Öffnung eingesetzte Kontaktschraube mit dem Halter mittels des Entspannungsringes (6) verbunden, der um ein Mittelteil der Kontaktschraube im Bereich ihres Durchmessers (dp) im Entspannungszustand gleichzeitig an der Schlitzwendung und an der Innenfläche des Randes des Kontaktteiles der Kontaktschraube mit einem Durchmesser (ds) anliegt, wobei die Wechselbeziehungsungleichheiten der Durchmessergrößen (dp), (ds), (do) und (dp + s) derart gewählt werden, daß die Bedingung -dp<ds<do<(dp + s) erfüllt ist.
