Claims (5)

  1. Bande de matériau composée à la file les uns des autres de flans (14), reliés entre eux sur leurs bords libres au moyen de nervures résiduelles (38, 39, 40), en vue de fabriquer des boîtes à rabats (emballages Hinge-Lid), les flans (14) étant composés d'un flan d'emballage et d'un flan de collerette (32), présentant une paroi latérale de collerette (34), reliée d'un seul tenant au flan d'emballage, caractérisée en ce que des flans (14) voisins sont également dans la zone du flan de collerette (32) reliés entre eux, au moyen d'au moins une nervure résiduelle (40) réalisée sur les bords libres, tournés les uns vers les autres, de la paroi latérale de collerette (34).
  2. Bande de matériau selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les flans (14) sont reliés, dans la zone de languettes de paroi latérale (21) (intérieures), situées à l'intérieur lorsque la boîte à rabats (emballage Hinge-Lid) est terminée, en vue de former des parois latérales d'emballage (18, 19) au moyen de cinq nervures résiduelles (38), disposées à intervalles réguliers les unes par rapport aux autres.
  3. Bande de matériau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les flans (14) sont reliés, dans la zone de languettes latérales de couvercle (29) situées à l'intérieur lorsque la boîte à rabats (emballage Hinge-Lid) est terminée, en vue de former des parois latérales de couvercle (26, 27) au moyen d'une nervure résiduelle (39), disposée du côté, tourné vers une languette d'angle de couvercle (30) du flan (14), de la languette latérale de couvercle intérieure (29), avec un espacement par rapport à la nervure résiduelle (38) voisine de la languette de paroi latérale intérieure (21) correspondant à peu près aux espacements entre les nervures résiduelles (38), dans la zone des languettes de paroi latérale (21).
  4. Bande de matériau selon la revendication 1, ainsi que selon l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisée en ce que la nervure résiduelle (40) individuelle destinée à établir la liaison entre des parois latérales de collerette (34) voisines est disposée à une plus grande distance par rapport au bord supérieur libre de la paroi latérale de collerette (34), en particulier au voisinage immédiat des languettes de paroi latérale extérieure (20) du flan (14).
  5. Bande de matériau selon la revendication 1, ainsi que selon l'une ou plusieurs des autres revendications, caractérisée en ce que les nervures résiduelles (38, 39, 40) ont une largeur d'à peu près 0,5 mm.
