Abstract

Verfahren zum Coupieren der Anfangswindungen und/oder Endwindungen eines Drahtbundes (8) im Zuge des Ausfächerns von zu Drahtbunden zusammenzulegendem Walzwerk hinter dem Fertigblock (1) einer Drahtwalzstraße, an die mittelbar oder unmittelbar ein Windungsleger (3) für den Draht, ein Rollgang (4), ein Hauptförderer (6) und ein Sammeldorn (7) angeschlossen sind. Der Draht wird in Windungen (5) auf dem Rollgang (4) ausgefächert. Die Windungen (5) werden dem Hauptförderer (6) übergeben. Der Rollgang (4) wird bei Austritt der Anfangswindungen und/oder der Endwindungen eines zu bildenden Drahtbundes (8) aus dem Windungsleger (3) mit einer Rollgangsgeschwindigkeit betrieben, die größer ist als die Hauptfördergeschwindigkeit. Die Windungen (5) auf dem Rollgang (4) werden dadurch mit einer Coupierausfächerung abgelegt, die größer ist als die Behandlungsausfächerung. Der Rollgang (4) wird auf die Hauptfördergeschwindigkeit umgeschaltet, sobald oder bevor die erste der mit Coupierausfächerung ausgelegten Windungen (5) den Hauptförderer (6) erreicht und die mit Coupierausfächerung ausgelegten Windungen (5) dem Hauptförderer (6) übergeben werden. Das Coupieren wird auf dem Hauptförderer (6) im Bereich der Coupierausfächerung der Windungen (5) durchgeführt, während die folgenden Windungen (5) auf dem Rollgang (4) wieder mit Behandlungsausfächerung ausgelegt werden.
