Claims (7)
- Dispositif d'enroulage et de déroulage d'objets plats, en particulier de produits imprimés en formation imbriquée , amenés ou emmenés au moyen d'un transporteur (16) en direction ou en provenance d'une bobine (W),comportant un mandrin (19) et une bande (34) à enrouler ou à dérouler avec les objets plats (Z), qui circule d'une bobine débitrice (33) via une poulie de renvoi (32) tournant sur sa circonférence à la vitesse de transport du transporteur (16), vers le mandrin (19) ou à partir de la bobine (W), le mandrin (19) étant entraîné ou freiné et la bobine débitrice (33) étant simultanément freinée ou entraînée, caractérisé en ce que le mandrin (19) est couplé à un moteur électrique à vitesse réglable (26,M1 ) et l'axe de la bobine débitrice (23) à une machine électrique rotative (37,M2 ), la valeur de consigne et la valeur réelle pour la vitesse de rotation du moteur à vitesse réglable (26,M1) dans les deux sens de rotation étant prélevées du transporteur (16) et de la poulie de renvoi (32) respectivement tandis que la machine (37, M2) couplée à la bobine débitrice (33) est actionnée dans un sens pour produire un couple de freinage et dans l'autre pour produire un couple d'entraînement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur à vitesse réglable (26,M1 ) est une machine asynchrone réversible à commande de fréquence en amont de laquelle est monté un circuit d'alimentation (42) qui, pour sa part, est couplé à deux capteurs (40,43), dont l'un est couplé au transporteur (16) et l'autre à la poulie de renvoi (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moteur à vitesse réglable (26,M1 ) est une machine à courant continu réversible en amont de laquelle est monté un circuit d'alimentation (42) couplé à deux capteurs (40,43), dont l'un est couplé au transporteur (16) et l'autre à la poulie de renvoi (32).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la machine (37,M2 ) couplée à la bobine débitrice (33) est une machine à courant continu à vitesse réglable commutable en moteur ou en génératrice, dont le couple, du moins en fonctionnement de génératrice, est commandé en fonction du diamètre instantané de la bobine débitrice.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poulie de renvoi (32), logée de façon à pouvoir tourner librement et mise en rotation par la bande à enrouler (34), est disposée entre deux bandes d'amenée (30,31) disposées de façon à pouvoir circuler librement et qui enserrent partiellement le mandrin (19) et la bobine (W) qui s'y trouve.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'amenée (30,31) circulent sur des poulies de renvoi (15,29) qui sont logées dans un cadre (28) pressé par la force élastique contre la circonférence extérieure du mandrin (19) ou de la bobine (W) qui s'y trouve.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le logement (20,21,22) du mandrin (19) est guidé de façon à pouvoir se déplacer verticalement et est couplé à un entraînement de levage (24,25) qui peut être activé ou désactivé en fonction de la position du cadre (28) dans l'une ou l'autre direction.
