Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for storing in a continuous formation, preferably in a scale formation, resulting flat products, in particular Newspapers, magazines and the like, such as an apparatus for performing this method.
  • the main winding has the intermediate winding no function to perform, which is why during the corresponding period of time a previously complete wound main winding removed and against one empty main winding can be replaced.
  • German published patent application DE 32 44 663 described that the unwinding of two layers Products lying one on top of the other on a main winding to generate a continuous stream of products in can run in an analogous manner by a layer of Products led directly from the main winding and the another layer is fed to the intermediate roll, whereupon then when the main winding is empty, which is now on the intermediate layer is unwound. While unwinding this layer from the intermediate roll can the empty main winding against a full main winding be replaced.
