Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Druckmaschine während einer Einstellphase vor Beginn des Auflagendruckes angegeben, mittels dem die Produktion von Makulatur auf ein Minimum reduziert wird. Hierzu wird das Druckbild während der Einstellphase (Andruck) statt auf einen Bedruckstoff (6) an einen Kontrollzylinder (5) übertragen. Das Druckbild wird in einem ersten Umfangsbereich (7) des Kontrollzylinders einer optischen Prüfung unterzogen, aus der Rückschlüsse für die weitere Einstellung der Parameter gezogen werden, die die Druckbildqualität und -position beeinflussen. In einem zweiten Umfangsbereich (12) des Kontrollzylinders wird das Druckbild mittels einer Löschvorrichtung (13) wieder vollständig gelöscht, so daß bei der nächsten Umdrehung ein neues Druckbild der optischen Prüfung zugrundeliegt. Der Bedruckstoff (6) wird erst nach Beendigung der Einstellphase in die Druckmaschine eingeführt. Das Verfahren eignet sich prinzipiell für alle Druckverfahren, wird jedoch bevorzugt bei Offset-Druckmaschinen angewendet.
