Claims (11)

  1. Appareil (10) pour attacher sur des conducteurs électriques des contacts (K) qui se présentent sous la forme d'une bande (30) présentant une bande latérale (R), comprenant un corps d'appareil (20), une première mâchoire (11), une deuxième mâchoire (12) pouvant être déplacée au cours d'un déplacement de fermeture vers la première mâchoire (11), et un organe d'entraînement (22) destiné à provoquer le déplacement de fermeture, les deux mâchoires (11, 12) étant reliées entre elles de façon à pouvoir pivoter au moyen d'un pivot de pince (15′, 16) et portant respectivement un poinçon récepteur (11a) et un poinçon presseur (12a) si bien que les deux poinçons forment ensemble une matrice ou une station de sertissage, caractérisé par le fait qu'un bras support (13) allongé s'étendant au-delà des extrémités libres (11′, 12′) des deux mâchoires (11, 12) est articulé à sa première extrémité (13′) sur le corps d'appareil (20), au moyen d'un pivot et de préférence au moyen du pivot de pince (15′, 16) mentionné et qu'une table d'alimentation (23) est montée pivotante à la deuxième extrémité libre (13˝) du bras support (13) au moyen d'un pivot d'articulation (14), laquelle table d'alimentation s'étend jusqu'aux extrémités libres (11′ , 12′) mentionnées et se termine avant ces dernières, des organes de butée (25a′, 25b) étant prévus, lesquels organes limitent le pivotement de la table d'alimentation par rapport au bras support (13), une unité d'avance (24) pouvant être manoeuvrée manuellement pour l'amenée de la bande (30) vers la station de sertissage étant disposée sur la table d'alimentation (23), une station de coupe (24a, 24b) destinée à couper la bande (30) en liaison avec l'opération de sertissage et pouvant être entraînée par le déplacement de fermeture de la deuxième mâchoire (12), étant prévue entre l'unité d'avance (24) et la station de sertissage (11a, 12a), laquelle unité de coupe présente au moins une paire de tranchants (25a′, 25b′) qui coopèrent et s'étendent transversalement à la direction longitudinale de la bande (30), l'un (25b′) des tranchants étant disposé sur la table d'alimentation (23) et l'autre (25a′) sur le bras support (13).
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le support du pivot mentionné et/ou du pivot de pince est pourvu d'éléments de rappel (14a, 15a) destinés à ramener le bras support (13) et/ou la table d'alimentation (23) après un pivotement dans une position de repos déterminée par des organes de butée.
  3. Appareil (10) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'unité d'avance (24) présente une poulie de transport (24a) qui peut être entraînée en rotation manuellement et entre le pourtour de laquelle et la surface (23˝) de la table d'alimentation (23) peut être introduite la bande latérale (R) de la bande (30).
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la poulie de transport (24a) est pourvue sur son pourtour d'un cerclage de friction (24b) quelque peu élastique.
  5. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une fente (S) permettant l'introduction de la bande latérale (R) de la bande est prévue entre l'un des côtés de l'unité d'avance (24) et la surface (23˝) de la table d'alimentation (23).
  6. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est monté sur le bras support (13) une plaquette (25a) dans laquelle une partie libre de la surface inférieure (25aa) se trouve dans, ou très légèrement au-dessus du plan de la surface supérieure (23˝) de la table d'alimentation (23),une butée terminale (18) fixe pour la bande (30) avancée étant disposée dans la zone située sous la partie libre.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait que le tranchant (25b′) prévu sur la table d'alimentation est disposé à l'extrémité libre arrière (23′) de la table d'alimentation (23) et le tranchant (25a′) qui coopère avec le premier tranchant et est prévu sur le bras support (13) est formé de préférence par un bord de la plaquette (25a) mentionnée.

Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la station de coupe est agencée pour séparer le contact de la partie terminale (R′) de la bande latérale (R) dans la mesure où elle présente deux tranchants qui coopèrent et s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale de la bande.

  11. Appareil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le pivot de pince est formé par une branche (15′) d'un support (15) en U, une bobine de réserve (27) pour la bande (30) étant montée sur la deuxième extrémité (15˝) située à distance, dudit support.
