Claims (11)

  1.   2. The apparatus of Claim 1, wherein in the mount of the said pivot means and/or pliers pivot means are provided return means (14a, 15a) for returning, after a swinging movement, the support arm (13) and/or the feeding table (23) back to a rest position defined by the stop means.
  3. The apparatus (10) of claim 1 or 2, wherein the feeding means (24) comprises a manually rotatable transport roller (24a), between the circumference of which and the surface (23˝) of the feeding table (23) the edge strip (R) of the band ware (30) may be introduced.
  4. The apparatus of Claim 3, wherein the transport roller (24a) is at its circumference provided with a somewhat resilient friction ring (24b).
  5. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a gap (S) permitting introduction of the edge strip (R) of the band ware (30) is provided between one side of the feeding means (24) and the surface (23˝) of the feeding table (23).
  6. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, wherein on the support arm (13) is mounted a small plate (25a) having a free part of its lower surface (25aa) located in, or somewhat above the plane of the upper face (23˝) of the feeding table (23), a stationary end stop (18) for the forwarded band ware (30) being prcvided in the space beneath the said free part.
  7. Apparatus accprding to Claim 6, wherein the cutting edge (25b′) provided on the feeding table is mounted on the free rear end (23′) of the feeding table (23), and the co-operating cutting edge (25a′) provided on the support arm (13) preferably is embodied by an edge of the said small plate (25a).
  8. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the cutting station is adapted to sever the contact from the end piece (R′) of the band ware (30) by being provided with two cutting edges which extend in the longitudinal direction of the band ware.
  9. The apparatus of Claims 7 and 8, wherein the two said cutting edges extending in the longitudinal direction of the band ware are embodied by an edge (25a˝) of the said small plate (25) extending in the longitudinal direction of the band ware (30) and the upper end edge of the side wall of the stamp (12a) in the second jaw (12) which is turned toward the small plate (25a).
  10. The apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, wherein a movable, spring-loaded retaining member (17a) for stabilizing the contact (K) during crimping and/or for throughing it out of the crimping station (11a, 12a) after crimping is mounted in the first jaw (11) adjacently the stamp (11a).
  11. The apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the pliers pivot means is embodied by a leg (15′) of a U-shaped holder (15), on the spacedly located other leg (15˝) of which a supply reel (27) for the band ware (30) is mounted.
