Claims (5)

  1. Schraubenschlüssel aus Kunststoffmaterial bestehend aus einem Griff (2) und einem Schraubkopf (3, 4), welcher eine polygonale Öffnung (5, 6) umfaßt, in dem ein offener und gleichfalls polygonaler metallischer Einsatz (10, 11) eingelassen ist, und dessen Wände Klemmbacken bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet:
    - daß die Wände (12, 13, 14, 15) des Einsatzes (10, 11), die den Backen bilden, parallel sind und leicht über die Querflächen (16 bis 19) der Öffnungen (5, 6) jedes Schraubkopfes (3, 4) hervorstehen;
    - daß der metallische Einsatz (10, 11) aus einem harten, geschmeidigen und elastischen Material besteht, das einen Härtekoeffizienten zwischen 45 und 50 HRC aufweist;
    - und daß auf dem Niveau der Backen (12 bis 15) die Dicke (E2) des Einsatzes (10, 11) zwischen den 0,5 bis 0,7-fachen der Dicke (E1) des Schraubkopfes (3, 4) liegt.
  2. Schlüssel gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei kleinen Schlüsseln die Wände (12 bis 15) um einige Zehntel Millimeter gegenüber den Querflächen (16, 19) des Schraubkopfes (3, 4) überstehen, während diese bei Schlüsseln mit großer Öffnung um einige Millimeter überstehen.
  3. Schraubenschlüssel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der metallische Einsatz (10, 11) aus Stahl mit einem Härtekoeffizienten zwischen 48 und 50 HRC besteht, und daß das den Griff (2) und die Köpfe (3, 4) bildende Kunststoffmaterial ein Polyamid mit eingelagerten Glasfasern ist.
  4. Schraubenschlüssel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der metallische Einsatz (10, 11) eine im wesentlichen hexagonale, unregelmäßige, in Bezug auf die Mittelachse (1, 1') der Öffnung (5, 6) symmetrische Form hat, in der eine symmetrische Öffnung (12 bis 15) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Wände (12, 15) Backen zum Anziehen (oder zum Lösen) bilden.
  5. Schraubenschlüssel gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei den Öffnungen (5, 6) das Verhältnis zwischen der Fläche des metallischen Einsatzes (10, 11) und dem Schraubkopf (3, 4) mindestens 70 % beträgt.
