Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de coupe d'éléments pour vêtements, dans lequel
    - une bande d'étoffe (48) est déroulée d'un rouleau de réserve (46) et transportée de façon continue en un plan dans la direction de sa longueur,
    - pendant le transport continu le découpage a lieu simultanément en au moins deux zones de coupe de la bande d'étoffe (48) respectivement commandé par programme (40) pour la préparation simultanée de parties de coupe ou de zones différentes d'une partie de coupe, et
    - chaque partie découpée est enlevée et éloignée pneumatiquement ou mécaniquement de la bande d'étoffe (48) dans une zone d'enlèvement placée après les zones de coupe dans la direction de la bande d'étoffe (48).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les zones de coupe dans la bande d'étoffe (48) sont maintenues séparées les unes des autres en permanence par commande de programme par une zone de sécurité.
  3. Dispositif de coupe d'éléments pour vêtements comprenant
    - une table de coupe (10) qui contient une surface de support (12) qui est parcourue par une bande de transport sans fin et actionnée de façon continue pour transporter une bande d'étoffe (48),
    - un rouleau de réserve (46) pour la bande d'étoffe (48) placée avant la table de coupe (10) dans la direction de transport,
    - au moins deux moyens de coupe (34) qui peuvent être transportés au-dessus du plan de transport de la bande de transport (14) lelong et à travers de celle-ci dans des zones de coupe respectives pour la coupe de parties de coupe de la bande d'étoffe (48) transportées par la bande de transport (14),
    - au moins un moyen d'enlèvement (56) placé après les moyens de coupe (34) dans la direction de transport pour enlever les parties de coupe de la bande de transport (14),
    - un rouleau d'évacuation (54) pour l'étoffe étant placé après la table de coupe (10) dans la direction de transport, et
    - une unité de commande (40), dans laquelle sont stockés les différents programmes de coupe pour les moyens de coupe (34) pour les parties de coupe respectives, qui commandent le parcours de mouvement des moyens de coupe (34) et du moyen d'enlèvement (56) par rapport à la vitesse de transport de la bande de transport (14), et qui veillent à ce que les zones de coupe de moyens de coupe voisins (34) soient maintenues séparées en permanence par une zone de sécurité.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif à vapeur (50) est prévu pour la vaporisation de la bande d'étoffe (48) entre le rouleau de réserve (46) de la bande d'étoffe (48) et la table de coupe (10).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé par un scanner pour le contrôle de la bande d'étoffe (48).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la bande de transport (14) consiste en un matelas de brosse.
