Claims (13)

  1. Haltevorrichtung für ein längliches Werkstück wie einen Stempel (5), eine Matrize oder ein ähnliches Werkzeug auf einem Werktisch (1) einer Abkantpresse oder auf zwischenmontierten Werkzeughaltern (2), bestehend aus einer beweglichen Spannbrücke (6), die einer der Seiten (19) des entsprechenden Halters (2) gegenüber angeordnet ist und um eine Längsachse (7) kippbar angebracht ist, die in Lagern (8a, 8b) eingebaut ist, die von dem Werkzeughalter getragen werden, wobei diese Spannbrücke (6) geeignet ist, einen Befestigungsansatz (15) des Werkzeugs (5) gegen diese Seite (19) des Halters zu klemmen, wobei ein bewegliches Spannteil (12) geeignet ist, in Anlage an eine ebene Fläche (11a) gebracht zu werden, die an der Rückseite (10) der Spannbrücke (6) ausgeführt ist, die der Fläche (19) des Halters des Werkzeugs (5) zugekehrt ist,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß die Spannbrücke (6) an ihrer der Fläche (19) des Halters des Werkzeugs (5) zugekehrten Rückseite (10) im Bereich der Kippachse (7) eine vorsprungartige Erhöhung (9) und jenseits der Erhöhung (9) eine Anlagefläche (22) aufweist, wobei diese Anlagefläche (22) dazu vorgesehen ist, mit dem Befestigungsansatz des Werkzeugs (5) zusammenzuwirken.
  2. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Spannteil (12) an der entsprechenden Fläche (11a) der Spannbrücke (6) mit einer Fläche (30) in Anlage kommt, die ein Teil eines Spannockens ist, dessen Wirkung abhängig von der Stellung, in die der Nocken versetzt wird, zunimmt.
  3. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Spannteil (12) aus einem Nocken besteht, der die Form eines Regelabschnitts (30) hat, und um eine Achse (25) drehbar montiert ist, die parallel zur Achse (34) dieses Regels (30) verläuft, sich aber von dieser in Abstand befindet.
  4. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschieben des beweglichen Spannteils (12) in seine Spannposition durch eine Feder (36) gewährleistet ist, wobei die Verbindung dergestalt ist, daß diese sich entspannt, wenn dieses Spannteil (12) aus seiner eingeklappten Stellung befreit ist.
  5. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannen der Feder (36), das sich auf das bewegliche Spannteil (12) auswirkt, mit dem Einklappen dieses Teils verbunden ist, wobei dieses spannen durch ein geeignetes Betätigungsmittel, zum Beispiel einen Hebel (44) gewährleistet wird.
  6. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Spannteil (12) in seiner eingeklappten Stellung an einer an der Spannbrücke (6) vorgesehenen Anlagefläche (24) anliegt, die die Form einer konvexen, zylindrischen Krümmung mit dem Radius (R2) aufweist, deren Mittelpunkt auf der Drehachse (7) dieser Spannbrücke (6) liegt.
  7. Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie mit weiteren identischen Vorrichtungen verbunden ist, die zusammen mit ihr über die gesamte Länge der Abkantpresse verteilt sind, und daß die in den verschiedenen Vorrichtungen vorgesehenen Mittel zum spannen der Federn (36) mit einer allgemeinen steuerung verbunden sind.
  8. Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spannteil (12) eine Stellung aufweist, bei der die Spannbrücke (6) gelöst ist, jedoch nur ganz leicht kippen kann, so daß sie das zuvor mittels dieser Spannbrücke (6) befestigte Werkzeug (5) hält.
  9. Werkzeug zum Einpassen in eine Abkantpresse, von deren Werktischen (1) mindestens einer mit einer Haltevorrichtung ausgerüstet ist, wobei dieses Werkzeug (5) einen Ansatz (15) aufweist, der zwischen einer Spannbrücke (6) dieser Haltevorrichtung und einer an dem Halter (2) dieses Werkzeugs vorgesehenen entsprechenden Anlagefläche (19) in Eingriff kommen soll, wobei der Befestigungsansatz (15) des Werkzeugs (5) an seiner Vorderseite (5a), die der Spannbrücke (6) zugewandt sein soll, eine Vertiefung (13) aufweist, wobei ein Endvorsprung (21) stehenbleibt, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich an eine Anlagefläche (22) anzulegen, die an der entsprechenden Seite der Spannbrücke (6) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsansatz (15) des Werkzeugs (5) am Ende seiner anderen Seite (17) eine konvexe, zylindrische Fläche oder eine in dieser Fläche einbeschriebene Abschrägung (14) aufweist.
  10. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die konvexe Fläche (14) eine zylindrische Fläche ist, deren Mittelpunkt auf der Rippachse (7) dieser Spannbrücke (6) liegen soll, wenn die Vertiefung (13) dieses Werkzeugs (5) sich an die Erhöhung (9) der genannten Spannbrücke (6) anlegt.
  11. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an der Basis des Ansatzes (15) auf der von der Vertiefung (13) abgewandten Seite einen Absatz (18) aufweist, der auf eine entsprechende Bezugsfläche (20) am Werkzeughalter (2) treffen soll, wenn das Werkzeug (5) eingespannt wird.
  12. Haltevorrichtung-Werkzeug-Anordnung mit einem länglichen Formteil wie einem Stempel (5), einer Matrize oder einem ähnlichen Werkzeug auf einem Werktisch (1) einer Abkantpresse oder auf zwischenmontierten Werkzeughaltern (2), bestehend aus einer beweglichen Spannbrücke (6), die einer der Seiten (19) des entsprechenden Halters (2) gegenüber angeordnet ist und um eine Längsachse (7) kippbar angebracht ist, die in Lagern (8a, 8b) eingebaut ist, die von dem Werkzeughalter getragen werden, wobei diese Spannbrücke (6) geeignet ist, einen Befestigungsansatz (15) des Werkzeugs (5) gegen diese Seite (19) des Halters zu klemmen, wobei dieser Ansatz an seiner Vorderseite (5a), die der Spannbrücke (6) zugewandt ist, eine Vertiefung (13) aufweist, wobei ein bewegliches Spannteil (12) geeignet ist, in Anlage an eine ebene Fläche (11a) gebracht zu werden, die an der Rückseite (10) der Spannbrücke (6) ausgeführt ist, die der Fläche (19) des Halters des Werkzeugs (5) zugekehrt ist, nachdem der Befestigungsansatz (15) des Werkzeugs (5) in seine Position gebracht wurde, wodurch das Festklemmen der Spannbrücke (6) an dem Ansatz (15) des Werkzeugs (5) gewährleistet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
    - die Spannbrücke (6) an ihrer der Seite (19) des Halters des Werkzeugs (5) zugewandten Rückseite (10) im Bereich der Rippachse (7) eine vorsprungartige Erhöhung (9) aufweist,
    - die Vertiefung (13) des Befestigungsansatzes (15) des Werkzeugs (5) ein Profil aufweist, das der Erhöhung (9) an der Spannbrücke (6) der entsprechenden Befestigungsvorrichtung gleicht, und wobei ein Endvorsprung (21) stehenbleibt, der dazu bestimmt ist, sich an eine Anlagefläche (22) anzulegen, die an der entsprechenden Seite der Spannbrücke (6) jenseits der Erhöhung (9) vorgesehen ist,
    - der Befestigungsansatz (15) des Werkzeugs (5) am Ende seiner anderen Seite (17) eine konvexe, zylindrische Fläche oder eine in dieser Fläche einbeschriebene Abschrägung (14) aufweist.
  13. Abkantpresse, die zwei Werktische (1) übereinander aufweist, von denen einer beweglich und der andere fest ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens einer dieser Werktische (1) mit einer Vorrichtung gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 zum Halten von einem oder mehreren Werkzeugen (5) von länglicher Form auf diesem Werktisch (1) ausgerüstet ist.
