Abstract

Für die Festigkeit von Dreigurtträgern im Untertagbau werden zwischen die drei Gurten (T1, T2, T3) Aussteifungselemente eingeschweisst. Ein solches Aussteifungselement besteht aus drei einstückig miteinander verbundenen dreieckigen Drahtpolygonen (10, 20, 30), von denen zwei sich gemeinsam am Scheitelgurt (T3) treffen und so eine Drahtpyramide bilden. Das dritte Drahtpolygon (30) steht senkrecht auf der durch die Achsen der Basisgurte (T1, T2) bestimmten Ebene. Da weder dieses Drahtpolygon (30) noch das daran anschliessende Drahtpolygon (10) der einen Seite der Draht­ pyramide eine Querstrebe zwischen den Basisgurten (T1, T2) braucht, wird eine erhebliche Materialeinsparung verbunden mit einer höheren Biegefestigkeit erhalten.
