Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fastening device for attaching panels to a wall or ceiling according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Fastening devices of the generic type are generally used in conjunction with ceramic plates, but also with all other known cladding plates, the plates being arranged in such a way that they not only cover the wall but also the plate holders, profile supports and, insofar as these are mounted on a substructure , also the latter.
  • the holding device by means of which the plate is fastened to its profile carrier is, for example, a screw with a nut or similar fastening means, and in the case of a ceramic plate, the screw can be held in a rear fastening shoulder or embedded with its head. If the plate is fastened with two or more plate holders, a corresponding number of screws, or more generally, holding device elements are provided.
  • the plate with a fastening hole for each screw or the like, through which a screw can be inserted.
  • a through hole can also be made on the plate holder, if used a nut is desired, or a thread in which the screw is screwed in immediately.
  • Panel holders often referred to as Agrafe, are usually connected to the profile carrier and, if necessary, held firmly there.
  • Agrafe On large, suspended ceilings or clad facades, especially with small panel sizes, a relatively large number of panel holders must be used. The latter represent mass-produced items in this application.
  • the reverse can also happen that relatively large plates are used in small numbers and thus comparatively few plate holders are used per wall or ceiling.
  • a small number of plate holders is known to lead to high costs. For bulk items, i.e. H. with large quantities, the manufacturing costs are lower because even savings of a relatively small size per plate holder have a clearly positive overall effect.
  • the plate holders and the profile supports to which the plate holders are to be fastened are already of the same profile, so that the plate holders can be cut to length from profile support material in a rational manner in terms of production.
  • the plate holders only engage in a rail-shaped groove of the profile carrier via an angled leg. This leaves a game in the direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of the profiles, which must be compensated for with a seal.
  • This type of connection is unfavorable in terms of strength. This is because the entire panel weight is transferred to both the panel carrier and the profile carrier via only one freely projecting leg.
  • the object of the invention is to improve the strength of the connection between the plate and the profile carrier while maintaining a known as straightforward as possible uncomplicated profile shape and small profile thickness, and at the same time to achieve a clamping fixation between the plate holders and the profile carrier in a structurally simple manner .
  • the profile carrier and the plate holder can be formed from profile carrier sections, so that in the previously known manner for the profile carrier and the plate holder only one profile is still necessary and, in the case of a drawn profile, only one tool is needed. Because the plate holders are, as it were, placed upside down on the profile carrier, it is of course known that the profile must of course be chosen so that the plate holder can also be mounted on the profile carrier in this position rotated by 180 degrees and, if necessary, attached. Overall, therefore, the known rational production of generic fastening devices can be maintained.
  • each plate holder is pluggably connected to the associated profile carrier, wherein profile parts of the plate holder and profile carrier overlap or overlap.
  • the latter ensures the solid attachment of each plate holder to the profile carrier, provided that the features still contained in claim 1 are realized simultaneously.
  • a variant covered by the solution according to the invention according to claim 1 is that an approximately U-shaped end of the plate holder engages around an approximately angular profile end of the profile carrier and vice versa.
  • an outer U it is also conceivable for an outer U to include an inner U in each case.
  • an outer U is formed by the plate holder and the profile carrier, and both then also provide an inner U at the opposite end. The same applies to the angular profile end.
  • the outer contour of the profile support and the plate holder together preferably results in approximately a rectangular shape.
  • the largest possible level support surface for the panels must be ensured, which are only supported on the panel holders, which is why it is necessary to reset the profile web or leg in the overlap area.
  • a development of the invention provides that a longitudinal web of the profile carrier engages in a profile groove of the plate holder and vice versa. Because the plate holder consists of the trimmed profile carrier, like the profile carrier it has a profile groove and a longitudinal bar that engages in it during assembly. As a result, the longitudinal web engages in the profile groove when the profile support is mounted horizontally, both on its upper side and on its lower side. The same applies to the Ceiling mounting. With regard to the center of the profile of the overall profile, consisting of the profile carrier and the plate holder, there is point or original symmetry in this variant as well as in the others listed below.
  • Such another embodiment of the invention is characterized in that an approximately angular free end of the plate holder overlaps a longitudinal web of the profile carrier and vice versa.
  • the longitudinal web is on the inside and the leg of the angular free end, which is preferably parallel to it, is on the outside.
  • each plate holder in particular perpendicular to its plug-in direction, is at least largely free of play, but is preferably spring-clampingly held on the profile carrier. So that the plate holder already gets a firm hold after plugging onto the profile carrier, but this must be selected so that lateral displacement is still possible in order to be able to align the plate precisely. After attaching and, if necessary, aligning the plate holder with respect to the profile support, a firm connection can be established between the two, if necessary, for example by means of a grub screw penetrating both or a similar previously known machine element.
  • a further embodiment of the invention is characterized by a transverse support of the profile carrier and the plate holder via at least one supporting bead edge or the like extending in the longitudinal direction of the profile carrier. In this way, a linear or at least relatively narrow support is obtained at the opposite ends of the overall profile, which supports the attachment relieved and still guarantee a vibration-proof connection.
  • the profile carrier 1 preferably runs in the horizontal direction, which is why the plate holders 2 extend in the vertical direction.
  • the profile beams 1 can be mounted, for example, on a substructure 3, which in turn is fastened to the wall 4 in a manner which is not shown in detail but is known.
  • the substructure consists of several beams 5, which can be hollow profiles according to FIG. 1. In the exemplary embodiment, however, these are not attached directly to the wall 4, but rather are mounted on U-shaped holders 6, which enable the necessary alignment with the wall 4.
  • the beams 5 run parallel to the underside of the ceiling.
  • the profile beams are preferably hollow profiles with an essentially C-shaped cross section, although there are deviations from the pure C shape according to the explanations below.
  • the variants shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4 come relatively close to the C shape.
  • the profile supports and the plate holders of each individual variant each have an identical cross section, the plate holders 2, in particular, being Sections of a profile material for profile beam 1 is.
  • These sections or the plate holder 2 are, however, rotated or turned by 180 ° in the direction of the arrow 7 relative to the profile carrier 1 and then lowered in this position in the direction of the arrow 8 on the profile carrier 1.
  • the profile carrier and plate holder are pluggably connected to one another.
  • each plate holder and thus also each plate 9 After aligning each plate holder and thus also each plate 9, it can be firmly connected to the profiled support 1, for example by means of a connecting element 10, which is only shown symbolically. It can be a threaded pin, a blind rivet or another known connecting element.
  • a connecting element 10 which is only shown symbolically. It can be a threaded pin, a blind rivet or another known connecting element.
  • the connection of each profile beam 1 to the beam 5 of the substructure or the subframe 3 is likewise carried out in a known manner with the usual alignment option.
  • Fig. 1 shows a so-called invisible plate attachment, which is achieved in that there is at least one pin-shaped projection 11 on the back of the plate 9, to which a screw is fastened, not shown, in particular with its head inserted.
  • the middle leg 12 of the plate holder 2 is provided with a corresponding through hole through which this screw is inserted, a nut being screwed onto the screw end projecting inwards, which can be secured in a known manner. At least the screw and the nut form a holding device for the plate 9 on the plate holder 2.
  • the profile carrier 1 of FIG. 2 has a protruding upward in the case of horizontal mounting and extending in the longitudinal direction of the profile, i.e. Longitudinal web 13 extending in the horizontal direction. This engages in a profile groove 14 of the plate holder 2.
  • the profile groove 14 is formed by two parallel webs 15 and 16 at the upper left end of the profile of the plate holder 2 in FIG. 2.
  • this plate holder 2 is a section of a profile material for profile carrier 1, a profile groove 14 formed by two profile webs 15 and 16 is of course also present on the profile carrier 1, into which a downwardly projecting longitudinal web 13 of the plate holder 2 projects. It can be seen from all the figures that there is a point symmetry with the center of the profile of the overall profile from the profile support and plate holder.
  • a corresponding, angular profile end 17 is logically also at the lower end of each plate holder 2.
  • Each of these angular Profile ends 17 of the profile carrier 1 and the plate holder 2 is encompassed or encompassed on the outside by an approximately U-shaped end 20 of the plate holder 2 or the profile carrier 1. This U-shaped end is from the free profile web 21, the to this end, perpendicular transverse web 22 and the associated end of the central profile leg 12 are formed.
  • the profile carrier 1 is provided with an upwardly projecting longitudinal web 13, which corresponds to that in FIG. 2.
  • An analogous longitudinal web 13 of the plate holder 2 points downwards.
  • the longitudinal web 13 of the profile beam 1 is overlapped by an angular free end 23 of the plate holder 2.
  • Each angled free end 23 consists, analogously to FIGS. 3 and 4, of a free profile web 21 and a transverse web 22 perpendicular thereto.
  • Each plate holder 2 is fastened transversely, in particular perpendicularly to its plug-in direction 8, at least largely without play, on the profile support 1, but in particular is held thereon in a spring-elastic manner. This is achieved by means of a transverse support, with a web of the profile support and the plate holder interacting at the upper and lower ends. 3 and 4, the free end of the web 19 of the profiled support 1 is supported on the inner surface of the middle leg 12 of the plate holder 2. The same applies to the lower half of the overall profile.
  • the free end of the free profile web 21 of the plate holder 2 also presses against the surface of the longitudinal web 13 of the profile carrier 1 facing the wall 4 at the free end of the profile web 21 there is an inward-pointing, longitudinally extending support bead 24.
  • a difference from the variant according to FIG. 6 is that the web is bent twice there.
  • Such a double cranked web 19 is also provided in FIG. 2.
  • the web 15 has a support bead 24, but rather a further support bead is attached opposite it on the web 16.
  • Figure 4 shows that the web 19 of the profile holder 1 carries at its free end a downwardly extending reinforcing bar 26, wherein of course a corresponding reinforcing bar 26 is also attached or molded to the plate holder 2. It can be seen from all the representations that the profile cross sections of the profile support 1 and the plate holder 2 together with their free outer surfaces form approximately a rectangle.
