Abstract

Eine Heizanlage zum Verbrennen von Brennstoff, wie insbesondere Kohlenstaub, Kohle, Gas oder Öl, weist einen Brennraum 16 auf, in den der Brennstoff und ein sauerstoffhaltiges Gas eingegeben werden. Die Heizanlage arbeitet als sogenannter Pulsationsbren­ ner in einem Rohr 10. Der Abstand eines Verbrennungsraumes 16 bzw. eines den Verbrennungsraum definierenden Rostes 18 vom stromauf der Flamme gelegenen Rohrende 28 ist etwa gleich der Hälfte des Abstandes vom stromab gelegenen Rohrende 30. Das stromab gelegene Rohrende 30 mündet in einen schalldämpfenden Hohltopf 32.
