Definitions

  • the invention relates to a structure consisting of a frame formed by uprights and connecting beams arranged between the uprights, into which wall panels are inserted between the uprights and at least one floor and one ceiling.
  • the uprights and the connecting beams arranged between the uprights are joined to form a load-bearing scaffold which, on the one hand, forms limited fields for receiving floors, ceilings and walls from the connecting beams and, on the other hand, from the connecting beams and the uprights.
  • screw connections are provided both between the uprights and the connecting beams and between these supporting scaffolding parts and the floors, ceilings and walls. Despite these screw connections, the assembly effort remains comparatively large.
  • the individual parts of the structure are to be provided with corresponding through holes for the screw connections, which not only increases the manufacturing outlay for these parts, but also results in a weakening of these components in the area of the through holes.
  • a screw connection that is covered in the visible area is often required, which in turn increases the construction effort.
  • connection supports can only be connected to the uprights in the longitudinal direction of the upright, which makes the strength of this connection dependent on the adjustment of the clamping wedge.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to avoid these deficiencies and to improve a structure of the type described with simple means so that a tool-free assembly and disassembly is possible without having to forego a high load capacity of the structure.
  • a building structure is to be created that allows a largely free division of space and is suitable for different areas of application.
  • the invention solves this problem in that the wall panels form angled edge webs on their vertical outer edges, which engage in corresponding receiving grooves of the upright which extend over the upright length, in that the upright can be locked with the connecting supports with the aid of latches which engage in the recesses of the upright and that the wall panels between the upper and lower connecting beams are clamped in a height-resistant manner.
  • connection brackets that can be locked with the uprights achieve a fixed mounting for the wall panels arranged between the upper and lower connection supports, a firm connection is achieved between these individual components, which can only be released by locking the connection supports to the uprights.
  • the uprights have receiving grooves for two wall panels on each connection side.
  • This arrangement of double walls not only increases the load-bearing capacity of the entire structure, but also offers the possibility of guiding pipes and lines or arranging insulation between these parallel walls.
  • With correspondingly angled edge webs if two receiving grooves are provided on one connection side, wall sections running at an angle to one another can also be connected together on one upright side.
  • the floor and the ceiling can be inserted into the frame formed by the connecting supports between the individual uprights and form an angle bracing for these frames.
  • the floor and the ceiling are each clamped between the connecting beams and the wall panels or between wall panels arranged one above the other.
  • the connecting beams do not have to be designed as separate components, but can also form part of the floor or the ceiling, the position of the ceiling and the floor being determined by the locking of the connecting beams with the uprights.
  • each wall panel If the edge webs of each wall panel are inclined in opposite directions to one another or angled in the engagement area, these wall panels are also held in the receiving grooves of the uprights against displacement perpendicular to the wall panel. Such wall panels can therefore only be inserted into the receiving grooves in the longitudinal direction of the uprights with the edge webs.
  • the edge webs of the wall panels can protrude from them at right angles.
  • This formation of the edge webs requires additional fixing of the wall panels in the transverse direction.
  • the floor and the ceiling or the connecting beams can form at least one stop encompassing the wall panels in the region of the upper and lower longitudinal edges on the wall side facing away from the receiving grooves of the uprights.
  • the wall panels both from the inside of the room and from the outside of the room can be inserted into corresponding grooves of the upright, for example a stop that encompasses the longitudinal edge on the outside cannot secure wall panels against transverse displacement that were inserted from the inside between the upright.
  • the wall panels can in such a case have at least one counter-stop encompassing the stop of the floor, the ceiling or the connecting support on the outside.
  • Another possibility of securing the wall panels inserted into the receiving grooves of the uprights from inside or outside transversely to the wall surface against transverse displacement is to allow the upper and lower longitudinal edges of the wall panels to engage in guide grooves in the floor of the ceiling or in the connecting beams, which brings an additional connection between the wall fields on the one hand and the floor and ceiling on the other.
  • connection supports are provided with guide projections which engage in the receiving grooves of the uprights and act on the edge webs of the wall panels.
  • the latches can be displaceably mounted in the connection carriers, so that it is sufficient for the connection to be fixed against displacement, the latches out of the connection carriers against the latching recesses to advance the post.
  • the bolts are locked in the sense of locking loaded by a spring, the locking position of the bolt is secured by this spring. To release the locks or to insert the bolts into the recesses of the uprights, however, the bolts must be withdrawn against the force of this closing spring.
  • connection supports and the uprights do not have to be assigned to the connection supports, but rather can form separate components which are inserted, for example, into locking recesses of the uprights and the connection supports which complement a common insertion opening.
  • a further possibility of an effective locking between the uprights and the connection carriers is that the latches engaging in a latching recess of the uprights can be coupled to the connection supports via a plug connection which can be released in the longitudinal direction of the uprights. This plug-in connection allows the connecting supports to be lifted off the latch in one direction, but this lifting-off is prevented by the wall panel subsequently used.
  • connection carrier 2 which can also form guide lugs 8 engaging in the receiving grooves 7, are provided at their ends with bolts 9 which engage in the recesses 10 of the upright 1.
  • these bolts 9 are slidably mounted in the connecting beams 2 in their longitudinal direction and loaded by a spring 11 in the locking direction, so that the bolts 9 are held in the locking position by the spring 11 and in front of an unwanted one Unlocked.
  • This securing makes it necessary to retract the bolts 9 when the guide lugs 8 of the connecting carriers 2 are pushed in against the force of the spring 11 into the unlocking position according to FIG. 3, for which purpose the bolts 9 have drivers 12 which pass through actuating passages 13 in the connecting carriers 2 are accessible.
  • the uprights 1, which preferably consist of a profile forming the receiving grooves 7, advantageously have receiving grooves 7 for two wall panels 5 on each connection side, so that either a wall panel 5 can optionally be inserted into one of the receiving grooves or a double wall can be formed from two parallel wall panels , which further increases the design options for the structure.
  • the formation of the upright 1 as a profile generally requires an additional operation to produce the locking recesses 10. It can therefore be more advantageous to provide the locking recesses 10 in separate end pieces 14, which are only subsequently connected to the cut upright profile, as is particularly the case in FIG. 4 can be removed.
  • the lowermost connecting beams 2 are first latched to the uprights 1 via the bolts 9, the uprights 1 only being able to be placed on the end pieces after the end pieces 14 have been connected to the connecting beams 2.
  • the floors 3 are then placed on the basic grid formed by the lowermost connecting supports 2 and the uprights 1 before the wall panels 5 are inserted into the receiving grooves 7 of the uprights 1. Since the edge webs 6 of the wall panels 5 protrude from them at right angles, the wall panels, which can be designed very differently and can be provided with door or window openings, do not need to be inserted into the receiving grooves along the uprights, but can be inserted transversely to the wall surface.
  • the bottoms 3 have an edge 15 which rises between the uprights 1 and which forms an abutment which surrounds the lower longitudinal edge of the adjoining wall panel 5 on the outside. If the wall panel is inserted between the uprights from the outside, there is a accordingly the stop 15 on the wall side facing away from the receiving grooves 7, the wall field which is transversely adjusted when inserted into the receiving grooves 7 lies after a downward movement in front of the stop 15 and is held by it against escaping from the receiving grooves.
  • the ceilings 4 are placed on the wall panels, which have downward-facing edges corresponding to the upstanding edges of the floors 3 to form stops 15 for the wall panels 5, which encompass the outside of the upper longitudinal edges of the wall panels .
  • These ceilings thus correspond to the floors and can be formed by the same components if the ceilings or floors have at least one axis of symmetry, which will always be the case with regard to the desired combination of the individual structural parts, so that these components are optionally used as a floor or can be used as a blanket.
  • they In order to secure the position of the wall panels 5 inserted from the inside, they must also have counter-stops 16 in the ceiling area, which overlap the stops 15 of the ceilings lying on the outside of the wall panels.
  • a new floor 3 can then be placed on the ceiling 4 in order to erect a further room cell above the room cell already formed between the floor, the wall fields and the ceiling, as is shown on the left in FIG. 2.
  • the wall panels 5 reach about the height of the uprights 1, the ceiling 4 being covered on the edge side by upper connecting beams 2, which, according to the lower connecting beams 2, are latched to the uprights 1 via latches 9 engaging in recesses 10. This means that all the components used between the uprights 1 are held immovably between the upper and lower connecting beams 2, and a composite body of high strength results.
  • the basic grid formed by the uprights 1 and the connecting supports 2 arranged between the uprights will often be rectangular, but can also be based on a different angular division.
  • Fig. 5 a building is shown, the uprights 1 have six connection sides and thus allow the erection of room cells with a floor plan in the form of an equilateral triangle or hexagon.
  • the floors 3 and the ceilings 4 are also provided with edge-side guide grooves 17 for receiving the longitudinal edges of the wall panels 5, which are securely held in these guide grooves 17 against transverse displacement.
  • edge webs 7 of the wall panels 5 have an additional bend in the engagement area with the receiving grooves 6 of the upright 1 so that the wall fields are not subject to any transverse displacement for this reason alone.
  • the basic construction and the way of assembling the individual components remains the same.
  • connection carrier 2 form a closed profile frame in which a plate is used as the floor 3 or as the ceiling 4.
  • This component can therefore optionally form a floor or a ceiling, with no turning even being necessary because of the symmetrical design with respect to a horizontal central plane.
  • the profile frame has a guide groove 17 which is open at the top and at the bottom and into which the subsequent longitudinal edges of the wall panels engage.
  • bolt housings 18 are provided in the corner regions of the frame for a displaceably mounted bolt 9 which, according to the design according to FIGS. 3 and 4, is loaded by a spring 11 in the locking direction and into a recess 10 of the subsequent upright 1 is pushed.
  • connecting beams 2 forming a structural unit are used with the bottom 3 and the ceiling 4, respectively.
  • the bolts 9 are not mounted in the connection carriers 2, but rather are coupled to them via a plug connection 19.
  • the bolts 9 have a plug-in projection 20 which engages in the guide groove 17.
  • bolts which are opposite one another with respect to the respective upright can preferably be connected to one another by a clamp 22.
  • edge webs 6 of the wall panels 5 can also be inclined with respect to the wall plane, which requires correspondingly inclined receiving grooves 7 of the upright 1. For obvious reasons, this results in particularly favorable design conditions if the edge webs 6 run in the direction of the angular symmetry of the corner angle between two adjoining wall panels.
  • the invention is of course not limited to the exemplary embodiments shown.
  • the differing components used in the individual exemplary embodiments can be combined as desired in a suitable manner.
  • other constructions can also be used, especially in the area of locking the connecting beams to the uprights, because the only thing that matters is locking the connecting beams to the uprights, and not the way in which they are locked.
