Claims (8)
- Procédé de production de formes d'impression (10) pour l'impression à plat, dans lequel des éléments de surface retenant l'encre sont reportés d'une bande de transfert (22) à la forme d'impression (10) par l'action de la chaleur et de la pression
caractérisé
en ce que le report des éléments de surface est exécuté en deux étapes de procédé, avec utilisation d'une bande auxiliaire (24, 24', 35) à laquelle est associé un élément de pression (25). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de surface retenant l'encre sont reportés sur une bande auxiliaire (24, 24') formant une bande de report et, de celle-ci, à la forme d'impression (10) au moyen d'un cylindre chauffé (26).
- Procédé selon la revendication1, caractérisé en ce que, initialement, les éléments de surface ne représentant pas d'information image, sont reportés de la bande de transfert (22) à une bande auxiliaire (35) formant la bande réceptrice et qu'ensuite, les éléments de surface qui restent sur la bande de transfert (22), et qui représentent l'information image, sont reportés à la forme d'impression (10) au moyen d'un rouleau chauffé (26).
- Dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, comprenant une bande de transfert (22) et un dispositif de commande (23) pour le report d'éléments de surface de la bande de transfert (22) à une forme d'impression (10), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une bande auxiliaire (24, 24', 35) sur laquelle des éléments de surface peuvent être reportés à partir de la bande de transfert (22) au moyen du dispositif de commande (23) en coopération avec le contre-cylindre élastique (25) qui donne appui à la bande auxiliaire (24, 24', 35), et en ce qu'à la forme d'impression (10), est associé à un cylindre (26) qui est constitué pour reporter des éléments de surface retenant l'encre, soit de la bande de transfert (22), soit de la bande auxiliaire (24, 24', 35), sur la forme d'impression.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (26) qui coopère avec la forme d'impression (10) est constitué pour pouvoir être chauffé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens (39) à l'aide desquels la bande de transfert (22) ou la bande auxiliaire (24) peut être chauffée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (39) utilisé pour chauffer la bande de transfert (22) ou la bande auxiliaire (24) est un dispositif de chauffage à rayonnement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens pour le chauffage ohmique à résistance de la bande de transfert ou de la bande auxiliaire.
