Claims (3)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Quertrennen und zum Verbinden eines Bandes (1) mit einem neuen Wickelkörper (2) während des Betriebes einer kontinuierlichen Wickelmaschine, die ein Schwungschneidemittel (5) und ein Aufbringungsmittel (9) für das äußerste Ende des Bandes (1) auf dem neuen Wickelkörper (2) aufweist, wobei das Schneidemittel von einem Quermesser (5) gebildet wird, das auf einem Paar erster Arme (6) befestigt ist, die unter der Einwirkung mindestens einer Hebevorrichtung (7) im Hinblick auf besagten Schwungschnitt verschwenkbar sind, wobei besagte erste Arme (6) auf einer Halterung (8, 8') montiert sind, die zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer Arbeitsposition des Messers (5) verschwenkbar ist, wobei die verschwenkbare Halterung (8, 8') von einem Paar zweiter Arme (10) gebildet wird, die mittels einer Achse (11, 18) verschwenkbar auf dem Rahmen der Wickelmaschine montiert sind, und die mittels einer Hebevorrichtung (12, 12') um diese Achse (11, 18) herum angetrieben werden, wobei die Hebevorrichtung (12, 12') auf einen drehfest mit der besagten Achse (11, 18) verbundenen Hebel (13) einwirkt, wobei die zweiten Arme (10) mittels Versteifungsstegen (14), mittels einer Tragachse (15), die die ersten Arme (6) schwenkbar lagert, und mittels eines Ablenkungszylinders (16) für das Bandmaterial (1) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei sich die Achse dieses letzteren in der Drehrichtung der zweiten Arme (10) von der besagten Ruheposition zur besagten Arbeitsposition vor der Tragachse (15) der ersten Arme (6) erstreckt, wobei das Quermesser (5) auf den äußersten Enden der ersten Arme (6) montiert ist und durch das Aufbringungsmittel (9) überragt wird, das sich ungefähr rechtwinklig zum Messer (5) erstreckt, wobei die Hebevorrichtung (7) eine Schnellhebevorrichtung ist, die auf den zweiten Armen (20) montiert ist, wobei ein Sperrmittel (4') der verschwenkbaren Halterung (8, 8') in der Form von unter der Einwirkung von Hebevorrichtungen oder von Elektromagneten einziehbaren Anschlägen vorgesehen ist, wobei die Betätigung in die eingezogene Position der Anschläge (4') gleichzeitig mit der Steuerungsbetätigung zum Schwenken der schwenkbaren Halterung in die Arbeitsposition durchgeführt wird, und wobei die ersten Arme (6) unter anderem mit Angriffsanschlägen (17) gegen einen ihnen in einer Ruheposition des Messers entsprechenden Versteifungssteg (14) versehen sind.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwenkbare Halterung (8') an seinem äußersten, seiner Schwenkachse (18) gegenüberliegenden Ende mit einem Umlenkzylinder (19) und mit einer zusätzlichen Aufbringungsvorrichtung (20) für den Anfang des abgetrennten Bandes auf den neuen Wickelkörper (2) versehen ist, die während der Schwungschneidebewegung des Quermessers (5) mit den ersten Armen (6) dieses letzteren zusammenwirkt, und dadurch, daß die zusätzliche Aufbringungsvorrichtung (20) für den Anfang des Bandes in der Form eines sich drehenden Elements erscheint, das durch zwei Seitenbacken (21) gebildet wird, die durch eine Dreh- und Verbindungsachse (22) zu den zweiten Armen (10') der schwenkbaren Halterung (8'), durch einen Aufbringungszylinder (23) für das äußerste Ende des abgetrennten Bandes auf den neuen Wickelkörper (2) und durch Andrückrollen (24) miteinander verbunden sind, die auf eine entsprechende Fläche der ersten Tragarme (6) des Quermessers (5) drücken, wobei die Backen (21) von der den Andrückrollen (24) gegenüberliegenden Seite jede individuell durch eine entsprechende Hebevorrichtung (25) oder alle zusammen über eine Verbindungsachse durch eine einzige Hebevorrichtung belastet werden.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Tragarme (6) des Messers (5) in der zurückgezogenen Position des letzteren vor einer Trennoperation mittels einziehbarer Anschläge (26), von denen jeder durch eine pneumatische oder elektro-mechanische Hebevorrichtung betätigt wird und die in dem zweiten Arm der schwenkbaren Halterung (8') geführt werden, gehalten werden.
