Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif pour l'application d'un milieu sur un fil (8) pendant un cycle de bobinage, par l'intermédiaire d'un préparateur (1), qui présente une chambre interne enfermée dans un boîtier (2) à travers laquelle est guidé le fil (8) ainsi que par l'intermédiaire d'une pompe de dosage (10, 11) pour le transport du milieu provenant d'un récipient de réserve (38') dans la chambre interne du préparateur (1) par une conduite, caractérisé en ce que la chambre interne du boîtier (2) du préparateur (1) est au moins partiellement remplie par un corps (6) en matière absorbante.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans le boîtier (2) du préparateur (1) ainsi que dans le corps (6), est taillée une fente (22) pour la dépose du fil.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps (6) laisse libre un évidement dans la chambre interne du boîtier (2).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la conduite est reliée au moins avec une embouchure (18) dans l'évidement.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre interne du boitier (2) du préparateur (1) est entièrement remplie par le corps (6).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une pompe de dosage (10), qui est conçue comme une pompe à piston à double effet.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente deux pompes de dosage (10, 11) conçues comme des pompes à piston opposées pour assurer un dosage constant du milieu.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une commande de broches (15) entraînée par un moteur pas-à-pas réglable, pour l'actionnement de la (des) pompe(s) de dosage (10, 11).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une commande à crémaillères entraînée par un moteur pas-à-pas réglable, pour l'actionnement de la (des) pompe(s) de dosage (10, 11).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications de 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un dispositif de commande (17) pour la commande de la (des) pompe(s) de dosage (10, 11).
