Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein mit einer tragbaren Haltevorrichtung über eine Zugleine verbundenes Feuerzeug, welche Haltevorrichtung ein Gehäuse aufweist, das eine durch Haspelrolle und Rückholfeder gebildete Auszugeinrichtung für die Zugleine enthält und mit einem Aufhängeorgan sowie mit einem Feuerzeug-Fangschacht versehen ist, der eine Gehäuseöffnung für die Zugleine umgibt.
  • Bei einer bekannten Anordnung dieser Gattung (US-A-4486169) ist der Fangschacht für das Feuerzeug auf einen Gehäuseteil, der die Auszugeinrichtung enthält, aufgesetzt und nach oben zur Aufnahme des Feuerzeugs offen. Das Aufhängeorgan ist oben am Fangschacht in der Nähe von dessen Aufnahmeöffnung befestigt. Die Zugleine ist mit der Basis des Feuerzeugkörpers verbunden. Dabei wird das Feuerzeug im Fangschacht praktisch vollständig aufgenommen, wobei der Kopfbereich des Feuerzeugs mit Zündmechanismus und Gasdüse sich im Bereich der Schachtöffnung befindet und freiliegt. Eine solche bekannte Anordnung bietet zwar eine geordnete Ablage des Feuerzeugs bei Nichtgebrauch, weist aber verschiedene Nachteile auf: Wenn das im Fangschacht abgelegte Feuerzeug zum Gebrauch hervorgeholt werden soll, kann es nur am Kopfbereich erfasst werden, der aber normalerweise verschmutzt (russig) oder gar noch heiss ist; anschliessend muss ein Griffwechsel erfolgen, damit der Zündmechanismus betätigt werden kann. Da bei abgelegtem Feuerzeug dessen Kopfbereich ungeschützt und der Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt ist, kann es zu Funktionsstörungen kommen, oder je nachdem, wo die Haltevorrichtung mit Hilfe des Aufhängeorgans angebracht ist (Handtasche, Knopfloch, Gurtschlaufe, Handgelenk usw.), kann die Umgebung durch Verbrennungs- und Zündstein-Rückstände verschmutzt werden. Schliesslich bildet auch der Fangschacht einen ungewollten "Sammelbehälter" für Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit.
  • Mit der Erfindung soll eine tragbare Feuerzeug-Haltevorrichtung vorgeschlagen werden, welche die vorgenannten Nachteile vermeidet und deren Handhabung wesentlich erleichtert ist. Ausgehend von einer eingangs angegebenen Anordnung wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass der Fangschacht dem Aufhängeorgan gegenüberliegend am Gehäuse angeformt und zur hängenden Aufnahme des Kopfbereichs des in diesem Bereich mit der Zugleine verbundenen Feuerzeugs bestimmt ist.
  • Auf diese Weise ist das Feuerzeug dauernd griffbereit und wird auf Anhieb richtig am Körper unterhalb des Kopfbereiches erfasst. Der Kopfbereich des abgelegten Feuerzeugs ist dagegen im Fangschacht vor Feuchtigkeit geschützt und gibt keinen Anlass zu Verschmutzung, anderseits bleibt auch der nach unten offene Fangschacht frei. Schliesslich eignet sich die Anordnung vorzüglich als Werbeartikel, wobei sowohl das Gehäuse als auch der freiliegende Körper des Feuerzeugs als Werbeträger dienen.
  • Bevorzugte und zweckmässige weitere Ausgestaltungen des im Anspruch 1 definierten Erfindungsgegenstandes sind in den Ansprüchen 2 bis 6 angegeben.
  • Nachstehend wird die Erfindung anhand verschiedener Ausführungsbeispiele im Zusammenhang mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert.

  • Die Haltevorrichtung für das Feuerzeug 1 gemäss den Fig. 1, 2 und 4 weist ein dosenförmiges Gehäuse 10 auf, an dessen Rand ein Aufhängeorgan 11 angebracht ist. Dieses besteht hier aus einem U-förmigen Bügel, dessen einer Schenkel mit dem Gehäuse 10 fest verbunden ist und dessen anderer Schenkel mittels einem Widerhaken 12 an einem entsprechenden Fanghaken des Gehäuses sicher verankert werden kann; die offene Lage des Bügels 11 ist mit strichpunktierten Linien angedeutet. Dem Aufhängeorgan 11 gegenüberliegend ist am Gehäuse 10 bzw. an dessen Rand ein Fangschacht 13 angeformt, welcher den Kopfbereich 2 des Feuerzeugs mit dem Zündmechanismus und der Gasdüse aufnimmt. Wie aus Fig. 4 hervorgeht, sind Gehäuse 10 und Fangschacht 13 entlang einer Trennebene 6 (Fig. 2) in zwei Hälften 10a, 13a bzw. 10b, 13b geteilt. Die gegenseitige Drehlage zwischen beiden Hälften wird z.B. mittels Stiften 14, die in Bohrungen 15 eingreifen, gesichert. Bei der Montage können die beiden Gehäusehälften miteinander verklebt oder durch Eingriff der beiden Dosenränder ineinander (Schnappverbindung) miteinander verbunden werden.
  • Im Innern des Gehäuses 10 befindet sich eine Auszugeinrichtung für eine Zugleine 20, welche durch eine Gehäuseöffnung 16 geführt ist, welche Oeffnung vom Fangschacht 13 umgeben ist. Der Aufbau der Auszugeinrichtung geht aus der Fig. 4 hervor: Die Einrichtung ist durch eine Haspelrolle 18 und eine Rückholfeder 19 in Form einer Spiralfeder gebildet. Das innere Ende der Feder 19 greift in einen Schlitz eines Mittelzapfens 17 am Gehäuse, während das äussere Ende mit der Haspelrolle 18 verbunden ist. An der Haspelrolle 18 ist ferner das eine Ende der Zugleine 20 befestigt, welche auf der Haspelrolle aufgewickelt ist, solange das Feuerzeug 1 unbenutzt bleibt und mit dem Kopfbereich 2 im Fangschacht 13 ruht. An dem ausserhalb des Gehäuses 10 befindlichen Ende der Zugleine 20 ist das Feuerzeug 1 angebunden, und zwar vorzugsweise über einen Bügel 3, welcher am Gehäuse des Feuerzeugs 1 so angelenkt ist, dass er über den Kopfbereich 2 oder auch zur Seite geschwenkt werden kann.
  • Zum Gebrauch wird das Feuerzeug 1 ergriffen und von der z.B. an einem Kleidungsstück oder einem Handtaschenbügel usw. aufgehängten Vorrichtung weggezogen. Dabei gleitet die Zugleine 20 durch die Gehäuseöffnung 16 und wickelt sich von der Haspelrolle 18 ab, wobei die Spiralfeder 19 gespannt wird. Wird das Feuerzeug 1 gemäss Fig. 3 in üblicher Weise gefasst, so wird der Schwenkbügel 3 durch die Zugleine 20 zur Seite gezogen und das Feuerzeug kann normal bedient werden. Wird das Feuerzeug hernach freigelassen, so wird sogleich die Zugleine 20 durch Aufwickeln auf die Haspelrolle 18 durch die gespannte Rückholfeder 19 eingeholt, wodurch das Feuerzeug selbsttätig mit dem Kopfteil 2 wieder in den Fangschacht 13 gelangt. Die Rückholfeder 19 soll in dieser Ruhelage ausreichende Vorspannung aufweisen, um das Feuerzeug 1 entgegen seinem Gewicht am Gehäuse 10 zu halten.
  • Die Form des Fangschachtes 13 kann natürlich je nach Erfordernis der Gestalt des Feuerzeugs angepasst werden; der Schacht kann auch tiefer gemacht werden, um einen grösseren Teil des Feuerzeugs aufzunehmen. Ferner ist es denkbar, die Zugleine 20 am Feuerzeug direkt zu befestigen anstatt über einen schwenkbaren Bügel 3.
  • Vor allem kann auch das Aufhängeorgan am Gehäuse 10 anders ausgebildet sein als nach Fig. 1, 2 und 4. So zeigt die Fig. 5 als Variante eine am Gehäuse 10 federnd angelenkte Klemme 21, Fig. 6 eine am Gehäuse befestigte Sicherheitsnadel 22, und gemäss Fig. 7 ist ein federnder Clip 23 am Gehäuse 10 angeformt.

Claims (6)

1. Mit einer tragbaren Haltevorrichtung über eine Zugleine (20) verbundenes Feuerzeug (1), welche Haltevorrichtung ein Gehäuse (10) aufweist, das eine durch Haspelrolle (18) und Rückholfeder (19) gebildete Auszugeinrichtung für die Zugleine enthält und mit einem Aufhängeorgan (11, 21, 22, 23) sowie mit einem Feuerzeug-Fangschacht (13) versehen ist, der eine Gehäuseöffnung (16) für die Zugleine (20) umgibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fangschacht (13) dem Aufhängeorgan (11, 21, 22, 23) gegenüberliegend am Gehäuse (10) angeformt und zur hängenden Aufnahme des Kopfbereichs (2) des in diesem Bereich mit der Zugleine (20) verbundenen Feuerzeugs (1) bestimmt ist.
2. Feuerzeug mit Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (10) dosenförmig gestaltet und zusammen mit dem Fangschacht (13) entlang einer Trennebene (6) in zwei Hälften (10a, 13a bzw. 10b, 13b) geteilt ist.
3. Feuerzeug mit Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zugleine (20) an einem mit dem Feuerzeug (1) schwenkbar verbundenen Bügel (3) befestigt ist, welcher über den Kopfbereich (2) des Feuerzeugs und an dessen Seite schwenkbar ist.
4. Feuerzeug mit Haltevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufhängeorgan einen U-förmigen Bügel (11) aufweist, dessen einer Schenkel mit dem Gehäuse (10) fest verbunden und dessen anderer Schenkel mittels Widerhaken (12) am Gehäuse einhängbar ist.
5. Feuerzeug mit Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufhängeorgan durch eine am Gehäuse (10) befestigte Sicherheitsnadel (22) gebildet ist.
6. Feuerzeug mit Haltevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufhängeorgan durch einen am Gehäuse (10) befestigten, federnden Clip (23) gebildet ist.
