Claims (3)
- Installation de broyage de déchets médicaux, constituée d'un carter (2) d'un seul tenant, comportant plusieurs parties, qui contient dans sa zone supérieure un broyeur (3) avec un puits de glissement (4) attenant pour le guidage des produits broyés dans un séparateur (5), le séparateur (5) étant prévu pour séparer le liquide des matières solides et le carter (2) étant fixé par un montant (2.1) à une hauteur permettant de changer les récipients à déchets (6.3/6.4), caractérisée
en ce que le broyeur est un broyeur forcé à double arbre (3.5) dans lequel les deux arbres (3.1) sont accouplés par un mécanisme d'entraînement à roue droite (3.2), un arbre (3.1) sortant du broyeur (3) étant pourvu d'une roue de différentiel (3.4),
en ce que partant d'un moteur d'entraînement (7), disposé à angle droit par rapport à la roue de différentiel (3.4), il est formé le mécanisme d'entraînement du broyeur forcé (3.5), par l'intermédiaire d'un arbre d'entraînement (7.1) et d'un pignon conique (7.2),
en ce que dans le prolongement de l'arbre d'entraînement (7.1), dans la même direction, il est prévu une roue droite ou roue de friction (7.3) pour l'entraînement du séparateur (5), placé sous le broyeur forcé (3.5) avec couronne de friction ou couronne droite (8),
lequel séparateur est monté dans un fond (2.2) incliné de fermeture, et
en ce que dans l'alignement du dispositif d'appui (2.3) du fond de séparateur dans le fond (2.2) du carter, il est prévu un disque tournant (9) pour la mise en place de plusieurs récipients de liquide et de matières solides (6.3) et (6.4), qui, après remplissage, permet par pivotement à l'extérieur des récipients (6.3/6.4) de réaliser dans chaque cas une fermeture, par exemple une fermeture soudée. - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le séparateur (5) cylindrique présente un bord (5.1) en forme de pot, relevé vers le haut et en ce qu'au fond (5.2) est assemblé concentriquement un filtre (5.3) tronconique dans lequel débouche le puits de glissement (4) et dans lequel est raccordé un racloir (4.1) soulevant la couche de matières solides, dirigé vers la face intérieure du filtre (5.3), lequel racloir est orienté vers une première sortie (2.5) des matières solides, prévue de manière fixe dans le fond (2.2) incliné du carter et la zone périphérique (5.5) du fond (5.2) du séparateur forme un élément filtrant (5.4) dans lequel débouche la deuxième sortie (2.4) pour le liquide, prévue dans le fond (2.2) incliné du carter.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que pour empêcher le développement de poussières et pour la désinfection dans la zone du broyeur (3) menant au séparateur (5), il est prévu un dispositif (10) de traitement de surface des produits broyés, qui permet un stockage fiable des déchets médicaux ainsi traités, sous forme d'ordures ménagères.
