Claims (12)

  1. Meule de rectification dont la surface périphérique (14), les surfaces latérales (15) et les zones de raccordement entre celles-ci sont actives et qui est subdivisée en deux parties de meule qui peuvent être déplacées axialement l'une par rapport à l'autre, les parties de meule présentant sur leur pourtour des segments abrasifs (3, 4) qui pénètrent alternativement les uns dans les autres à la manière de griffes, caractérisée par le fait que les parties de meule sont agencées sous forme de porte-meules (1, 2) avec sur leurs surfaces actives une couche de revêtement (16) en diamant, en nitrure de bore à l'état cristallin (CBN) ou en matériau abrasif super dur analogue et que le déplacement axial des porte-meules (1, 2) est opéré au moyen d'éléments de réglage (5), les éléments de réglage (5) qui ont une forme de base cylindrique étant disposés sur un cercle primitif concentrique avec les porte-meules (1, 2) et portant sur une partie de leur longueur un filetage de réglage (5') qui coopère avec un filetage intérieur (19) de l'un des porte-meules (1), tandis que des surfaces frontales (20) libres des éléments de réglage (5) servent d'appui à l'autre porte-meules (2) et les éléments de réglage (5) portant sur une autre partie de leur longueur une denture d'entraînement (5'') qui coopère avec une couronne dentée (6) d'entraînement qui est en liaison d'entraînement avec tous les éléments de réglage (5).
  2. Meule de rectification selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que les segments abrasifs (3, 4) - en vue de dessus - ont sensiblement une forme de triangle ou de trapèze.
  3. Meule de rectification selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par le fait que les segments abrasifs (3, 4) des deux porte-meules (1, 2) ont une forme sensiblement identique.
  4. Meule de rectification selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée par le fait que les segments abrasifs (3, 4) et/ou la couche de revêtement (16) sont fixées, par exemple collés, par l'intermédiaire de surfaces de liaison (18) en forme de gorges annulaires sur le corps de base de préférence métallique du porte-meule (1,2) concerné.
  5. Meule de rectification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée par le fait que les éléments de réglage (5) sont disposés sur le cercle primitif avec le même écart angulaire entre eux.
  6. Meule de rectification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée par le fait que la couronne dentée (6) d'entraînement est concentrique aux deux porte-meules (1).
  7. Meule de rectification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par le fait que la couronne dentée (6) d'entraînement est entraînée par un pignon (7) qui est monté dans l'un des porte-meules (1).
  8. Meule de rectification selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que le pignon (7) d'entraînement est pourvu côté face frontale d'une cavité (21) pour l'engagement d'un outil d'entraînement.
  9. Meule de rectification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par le fait que les deux porte-meules (1, 2) sont serrés l'un contre l'autre par des vis de serrage (8).
  10. Meule de rectification selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que les éléments de réglage (5) sont agencés essentiellement sous la forme de cylindres creux et les vis de serrage (8) traversent les éléments de réglage (5).
  11. Meule de rectification selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée par le fait qu'elles peuvent être fixées par vis sur un flasque (11) de la broche de rectifieuse (10).
  12. Meule de rectification selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par le fait qu'il est prévu de part et d'autre du flasque (11) de la broche de rectifieuse (10) des paliers (12, 13) de broche.
