Claims (14)

1. Applikatorvorrichtung (101,201) für ein puderförmiges oder pastöses, insbesondere kosmetisches Produkt, umfassend ein mit einem Hals (103, 203) versehenes Gefäß (102, 202), das zur Aufnahme des Produkts (P) vorgesehen ist, ein Verschlußelement (104, 204) zum Verschließen des Gefäßes (102, 202), und einen an einem Ende des Verschlußelements (104, 204) angeordneten Applikator (106, 206), wobei das Gefäß (102, 202) Kompaktiermittel (C) zum Kompaktieren des den Applikator (106, 206) umgebenden Produkts (P) und elastische Rückstellmittel (R) zum Rückstellen der Kompaktiermittel aufweist, und wobei der Applikator (106, 206) aus einem luftdurchlässigen, insbesondere einem porösen und schwammartigen Material ausgeführt ist, wohingegen das den Applikator tragende Element an der Rückseite des Applikators einen Innenkanal aufweist,
   dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Rückstellmittel (R) in an sich bekannter Weise dazu geeignet sind, in der der Kompaktierung entgegengesetzten Richtung zu wirken, wohingegen der Benutzer zur Erzielung einer Kompaktierung des Produkts gegen die Rückstellmittel auf die Kompaktiermittel einwirken kann, daß das Verschlußelement für das Gefäß durch eine Kappe (104, 204) mit einem mit der Kappe einstückigen Schaft (107, 207) gebildet wird, wobei der Applikator (106, 206) am Ende des Schafts (107, 207) angeordnet ist, daß der Innenkanal in dem Schaft vorgesehen ist, und daß der Innenkanal mit der Umgebung kommuniziert, um ein Ablassen der im Gefäß (102, 202) befindlichen und bei der Kompaktierung komprimierten Luft zu erlauben, wobei die abzulassende Luft nach Durchquerung des luftdurchlässigen Materials des Applikators (106, 206) in den Schaft (107, 207) eintritt und durch den (oder die) Entlüftungskanal (-kanäle) in die Umgebung der Kappe (104, 204) entweicht.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (107, 207) durch ein Hohlelement gebildet wird, das einen axialen Entlüftungskanal begrenzt, wobei der Schaft (107, 207) einen den Applikator (106, 206) tragenden Endabschnitt aufweist, in dem in den axialen Entlüftungskanal mündende seitliche Entlüftungskanäle ausgebildet sind.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaft (107, 207) an seinem dem Applikator (106, 206) entgegengesetzten Ende eine Muffe aufweist, die die Verbindung des Schafts (107, 207) mit der kappe (104, 204) sicherstellt, wobei der (oder die) Entlüftungskanal (-kanäle) über mindestens einen zwischen der Kappe (104, 204) und dem Schaft (107, 207) vorgesehenen Durchflußweg mit der Umgebung kommuniziert.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Muffe in die Kappe (104, 204) eingepreßt ist, wobei die sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände der Muffe und der Kappe (104, 204) radial gerichtete Rippen aufweisen, zwischen denen die Durchflußwege für die Entlüfung angeordnet sind, und wobei das freie Ende der Muffe vom Boden der Kappe (104, 204) beabstandet ist.
5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die an der Kappe (104, 204) angeordneten Rippen bei geschlossener Vorrichtung die Klemmung der Kappe am Ende des Halses (103, 203) des Gefäßes (102, 202) sicherstellen.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei der die Kompaktiermittel (C) einen im Gefäß (102) verschiebbaren Kolben (124) anfassen, wobei der Kolben (124) mit einem äußerem Druckknopf verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hals (103) durch ein röhrenförmiges Element gebildet wird, das in einer in der oberen Wand (137) des Gefäßes (102) liegenden Öffnung (138) verschiebbar angeordnet ist und an dem dem Gefäß benachbarten Ende einen den Kolben (124) bildenden Außenflansch aufweist, der unter der Wirkung der elastischen Rückstellmittel (R) gegen das Innere der genannten Wand (137) des Gefäßes gedrückt wird, und daß die Mittel zum Betätigen des Kolbens (124) bei geschlossenem Gefäß (102) durch die Kappe (104) gebildet werden, wobei bei geschlossenem Gefäß der Abstand zwischen dem freien Rand der Kappe (104) und der oberen Wand (137) des Gefäßes mindestens gleich dem Maximalhub des Kolbens (124) ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Rückstellmittel (R) eine Schraubenfeder (129) umfassen, die zwischen dem Kolben (124) und dem Boden des Gefäßes (102) oder einem auf dem Boden des Gefäßes (102) befestigten Elements angordnet ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (124) zugleich ein Abstreifelement bildet und zu diesem Zweck eine Abstreiflippe (120) für den Applikator (106) aufweist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gefäß (102) durch einen röhrenförmigen Körper (136) gebildet wird, wobei der Körper (136) an einem Ende zur Ausbildung der von dem Hals (103) durchzogenen oberen Wand (137) des Gefaßes (102) eingezogen ist und am anderen Ende durch einen herausnehmbaren Pfropfen (142) verschlossen ist.
10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kompaktiermittel (C) einen im Gefäß (202) angeordneten Kolben (205) umfassen, wobei der Kolben mit einem äußeren Druckelement und mit elastischen Rückstellmitteln (R) verbunden ist, und wobei das äußere Druckelement (241) aus dem dem Hals (203) entgegensetzten Ende des Gefäßes (202) ragt.
11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (205) mit einer mittigen Öffnung zum Auffüllen des Applikators und mit einem Verschlußelement (254) zum verschließen der mittigen Öffnung nach dem Auffüllen des Applikators versehen ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastischen Rückstellmittel R durch eine Schraubenfeder (209) gebildet werden, die einerseits zwischen dem Kolben (205) und andererseits zwischen einem den Applikator (206) teilweise umgebenden Element (232) angeordnet ist.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Applikator umgebende Element einstückig mit einem einen Mals (203) bildenden Teil ausgeführt ist, wobei der Hals ein Gewinde (235) aufweist, und das Teil in das Gefäß (202) eingepreßt ist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, bei der das aufzutragende Produkt ein Puder ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Puder (P) flüssige Substanzen enthaltende Mikrokapseln umfaßt, wobei die Mikrokapseln ihren Inhalt bei der Kompaktierung in der Umgebung des Applikators (106, 206) freisetzen.
