Claims (8)

  1. Spender-Baugruppe für ein Produkt, mit einem Behälter (2), der einen Körper (3) mit geschlossenem Boden (4) aufweist; einen kegelstumpfförmigen Hals (5) mit einem großen Querschnitt (52) und einem kleinen Querschnitt (54), wobei der große Querschnitt (52) an ein Ende (32) angesetzt ist, das dem Boden (4) des Behälters gegenüberliegt, und der kleine Querschnitt (54) an einem Flaschenhals (6) angesetzt ist; ein Spenderorgan (7), das auf dem Flaschenhals (6) des Behälters angebracht ist und mit einer Spenderöffnung (92) in Verbindung steht; Betätigungsmittel (9, 10) für das Spenderorgan (7), um die Ausgabe einer Dosis des Produktes, das im Behälter (2) enthalten ist, hervorzurufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Benutzung der Baugruppe sich der Flaschenhals (6) zur Außenseite des Behälters und der Kegelstumpf (5) sich zur Innenseite des Körpers (3) des Behälters derart erstreckt, daß der Flaschenhals (6) und mindestens ein Teil des Spenderorgans (7) im Inneren des Kegelstumpfes (5) angeordnet sind, während gleichzeitig die Betätigung des Spenderorgans (7) gestattet ist.
  2. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spenderorgan (7) eine Pumpe ist, die einen Betätigungs-Bewegungsweg (h) aufweist, die Pumpe am Flaschenhals durch ein Betätigungselement (8) mit einer Höhe (H) befestigt ist und der Hals (5) eine Höhe (D) aufweist, die im wesentlichen gleich ist der des Bewegungsweges (h) der Pumpe, vergrößert um die Höhe (H) des Befestigungselements (8).
  3. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (3) des Behälters die Form eines Kugelkalottensegments aufweist und sich zusammen mit den Betätigungsmitteln (9) einer Kugel einbeschreibt.
  4. Baugruppe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel (9) eine zylindrische Abdeckung (94) aufweisen, deren Höhe im wesentlichen dem Bewegungsweg (h) der Pumpe entspricht, wobei sich die Abdeckung (94) in Richtung des Spenderorgans (7) erstreckt.
  5. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungsmittel (9) einen Spenderschnabel (96) aufweisen, der mit der Spenderöffnung versehen ist uns sich in Bezug auf eine Achse (A) des Körpers (3) radial erstreckt.
  6. Baugruppe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Kegelstumpf (5) von seinem großen Querschnitt (52) bis zu seinem kleinen Querschnitt (54) zur Innenseite des Körpers des Behälters hin erstreckt.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung und zur Aufbereitung einer Baugruppe nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 6, das darin besteht, daß man aufeinanderfolgend die folgenden Schritte bewirkt:
    - Blasen eines Behälters (2) mit einem Körper (3) mit geschlossenem Boden (4), der einen kegelstumpfförmigen Hals (5) mit einem großen Querschnitt (52) und einem kleinen Querschnitt (54) aufweist, wobei der große Querschnitt an das dem Boden des Behälters gegenüberliegende Ende angesetzt ist und der kleine Querschnitt an einem Flaschenhals (6) angesetzt ist, und wobei sich dieser Kegel zur Außenseite des Körpers (3) des Behälters erstreckt und durch den Flaschenhals (6) auf der Seite seines kleinen Querschnitts (54) verlängert ist;
    - Füllen des Behälters (2) mit einer Menge an geeignetem Produkt;
    - Befestigen des Spenderorgans (7) auf dem Flaschenhals (6) des Behälters;
    - Anbringen der Betätigungsmittel (9, 10) des Spenderorgans (7); und
    - Eindrücken des Halses (5) zur Innenseite des Behälters (2) hin durch Druck auf die Betätigungsmittel (9), so daß man den Flaschenhals (6) und mindestens einen Teil des Spenderorgans (7) im Inneren des Kegelstumpfes anordnet.
  8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter (2) mit einem Hals (5) versehen ist, der dazu eingerichtet ist, durch Eindrücken umgestülpt zu werden.
