Abstract

Bei den bisher bekannten Vorrichtungen erfolgt das axiale Verschieben von Walzen im Gerüst eines Walzwerkes auf Gleitbahnen, wobei die in den Gleitbahnen auftretenden Gleitreibungswiderstände von den außen am Walzgerüst angeordneten hydraulischen Verschiebeaggregaten durch erhöhten Energieaufwand überwunden werden müssen. Auch sind diese Walzen-­ Verschiebevorrichtungen in ihrem Aufbau kompliziert und auf Grund der außen am Walzgerüst angeordneten, weit nach außen vorstehenden Druck- und Hebelelemente schwer zugänglich und schwierig zu warten. Gemäß der Erfindung werden diese Nachteile in einfacher Weise dadurch beseitigt, daß der innere am Lagerzapfen (2) der Walze (1) befestigte Lagerring (5) des als Wälzlager ausgebildeten Radiallagers (3) gegenüber dem äußeren Lagerring (7, 8) des Radiallagers (3) axialbeweglich angeordnet ist, und daß das Verschiebesystem als hydraulisches Drucksystem (16, 20, 22, 23) im Axiallager (4) integriert ist.
