Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit restoration of the relative position between a pair of rollers and a tire to an initial state by adjusting a pair of rollers for supporting a rotary trunk body in contact with the tire on the periphery of the rotary trunk body according to the variation of the axial line of the rollers.
CONSTITUTION: The kiln tire 1 installed on the outer periphery of a kiln and a hydraulic jack 12 for detection which detects the relative position in the axial direction of the rollers 2 which contact with the tire 1 and support the kiln through the contact with roller bearings 3 are installed, and the thrust force generated by the rotation of the kiln tire 1 is transmitted to a hydraulic jack 13 for axial line adjustment through a communication pipe 10a, and the direction of the shaft of the roller is shifted.
