Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour orienter et ouvrir des sacs (S) en matière plastique reposant à plat, dans lequel chaque sac est déposé sur un reposoir (2) et est transféré à une position prédéterminée sur le reposoir, puis est orienté par l'intervention de galets presseurs et est transféré à la position ouverte lorsqu'il occupe la position orientée, au moyen de têtes d'aspiration (26, 27) venant en prise avec les extrémités des parois des sacs qui sont situées côté ouverture, caractérisé par le fait que, en vue d'orienter le sac (S) dans l'une des directions, deux réglettes (3, 4) s'étendant parallèlement à distance sont retenues au-dessous du reposoir (2), avec faculté de mouvement alternatif réciproque par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement, et sont équipées de doigts de centrage (5) saillant vers le haut à travers des fentes (6) du reposoir (2) ; par le fait que, en vue d'orienter le sac dans l'autre direction un convoyeur sans fin (15), pouvant être entraîné en mode réversible, est prévu entre les réglettes (3, 4) et s'étend parallèlement à ces dernières, convoyeur dont le brin supérieur (15a) défile à très courte distance au-dessus du plan du reposoir, des galets presseurs (17 ; 18, 19), associés au convoyeur (15), pouvant être abaissés sur les régions extrêmes de son brin supérieur (15a) ; et par le fait que des capteurs (24, 25), actionnables par le sac respectivement placé à plat, sont disposés dans le plateau du reposoir en vue de commander la course des galets presseurs et du convoyeur sans fin.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que chaque réglette (3, 4) est reliée à un vérin (7, 8) qui, à son tour, est respectivement retenu sur un support (11, 12) avec faculté de coulissement transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale de la réglette.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que deux supports parallèles revêtant la forme de broches (11, 12) sont prévus au-dessous des réglettes (3, 4) et s'étendent transversalement par rapport auxdites réglettes, supports sur lesquels sont retenus et guidés des chariots (9, 10) qui sont déplaçables en sens inverse et portent respectivement un vérin (7, 8).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que chaque chariot (9 ; 10) est relié à une douille taraudée mobile sur l'une (11, respectivement 12) des broches, et est guidé sur l'autre broche pour effectuer un glissement.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que des entraînements de levage (20 ; 21), prévus pour les galets presseurs (17 ; 18, 19), revêtent la forme de vérins qui sont retenus dans un bâti (1) saillant verticalement au-delà du reposoir (2).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'un capteur (24) remplissant la fonction d'un capteur de positionnement est placé à l'extérieur de la position dans laquelle le sac (S) repose à plat, dans la direction du convoyage ultérieur du sac lors de son enlèvement à l'écart du reposoir (2).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'un capteur supplémentaire (25) est placé à distance du capteur de positionnement (24) au voisinage de la position dans laquelle le sac (S) repose à plat, mais toutefois en sens inverse de la direction du convoyage ultérieur, de telle sorte qu'il se trouve à l'extérieur du sac dans sa position extrême sur le reposoir (2).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les têtes d'aspiration (26, 27) venant en prise avec les parois des sacs sont disposées dans la région du capteur de positionnement (24), têtes dont au moins l'une est reliée à un système de levage (28).
  9.
