Claims (10)
- Procédé pour enrouler des bandes de matière, en particulier des bandes de papier ou de carton, dans lequel les bandes de matière sont enroulées sur des mandrins (5) dans un lit de cylindres (3) formé par deux cylindres d'appui (1, 2) et les bobines terminées (4) sont éjectées hors du lit de cylindres (3) par une barre d'éjection (9) basculant autour d'un cylindre d'appui (1) au-delà du second cylindre d'appui (2), caractérisé en ce que des bobines amorcées (17) de faible diamètre sont serrées entre la face d'éjection (13) de la barre d'éjection (9) s'étendant depuis le cylindre d'appui contourné (1) jusque dans la région de la ligne de sommet du cylindre d'appui voisin (2) et le cylindre d'appui (2), par delà lequel se fait l'éjection, et sont hissées hors du lit de cylindres (3) par un mouvement de rotation de ce cylindre d'appui (2).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui pour enrouler des bandes de matière, en particulier de bandes de papier ou de carton, sur des mandrins (5), avec un dispositif basculant vers l'avant autour d'un cylindre d'appui (1) en direction du lit de cylindres d'appui (3) pour l'éjection de bobines (4) avec une barre d'éjection (9), dont la face d'éjection (13) s'étend à peu près radialement par rapport au cylindre d'appui contourné (1), caractérisée en ce que la face d'éjection (13) s'étend jusqu'au cylindre d'appui contourné (1) et en ce que, dans la position basculée vers l'avant, sa face supérieure s'étend jusque dans la région de la ligne de sommet du cylindre d'appui voisin (2).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la face d'éjection (13) peut s'appliquer de façon élastiquement flexible dans les deux sens de basculement sur les bobines (17) se trouvant dans le lit de cylindres d'appui (3).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée par un dispositif d'éjection (8) couplé élastiquement à son mécanisme de basculement (7).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant le préambule de la revendication 2, avec un dispositif combiné (8) pour l'éjection de bobines (4) et pour le chargement de nouveaux mandrins de bobines (5), qui présente une barre d'éjection (9) et un organe de chargement de mandrins (pince de serrage 14), dans laquelle la face d'éjection (13) de la barre d'éjection (9) se termine à distance du cylindre d'appui (1) et où l'organe de chargement de mandrins (pince de serrage 14) libère les mandrins (5) dans l'espace libre entre la face d'éjection (13) et le cylindre d'appui (1), caractérisée par une barre d'éjection (9) dont la face d'éjection (13) est, en position de repos du dispositif d'éjection et de chargement (8), mobile ou prolongeable en direction du cylindre d'appui contourné (1).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la face d'éjection (13) est mobile respectivement prolongeable jusqu'au cylindre d'appui contourné (1) et en ce qu'en position basculée vers l'avant, sa face supérieure s'étend jusque dans la région de la ligne de sommet du cylindre d'appui voisin (2).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée par des leviers (6) oscillants autour d'un axe parallèlement à l'axe du cylindre d'appui (1), auxquels est fixé l'organe de chargement des mandrins (pince de serrage 14) et à l'extrémité libre desquels la barre d'éjection (9) est articulée au moyen d'une unité de déplacement (11) en direction du cylindre d'appui (1).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée par une tôle de prolongement (15) articulée à l'extrémité de la face d'éjection (13) tournée vers le cylindre d'appui contourné (1).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée par une tôle de prolongement déplaçable sur la face d'éjection (13) en direction du cylindre d'appui (1).
- Machine de bobinage à cylindres d'appui suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée par un dispositif (8) d'éjection de bobines et de chargement de mandrins couplé élastiquement à son mécanisme de basculement (7).
