Über die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 7 ist die Rollenausstoßeinrichtung 8 und somit auch die Ausstoßfläche 13 in beiden Schwenkrichtungen nachgiebig ausgeführt, so daß der Kontakt zwischen der Tragwalze 2, den Rollen 17 und der Ausstoßfläche 13 ständig, mit annähernd gleichem Druck aufrechterhalten wird.If
Claims (10)
- Process for winding up webs of material, in particular webs of paper or cardboard, in which the webs of material are wound up on tubes (5) in a carrying roller bed (3), formed by two carrying rollers (1, 2), and the finished winding reels (4) are ejected from the carrying roller bed (3) by an ejecting beam (9), which can swivel about one carrying roller (1), over the second carrying roller (2), characterised in that winding reels (17) of small diameter on which winding has commenced are clamped in between the ejecting surface (13) of the ejecting beam (9), extending from the carrying roller (1) swivelled about into the region of the vertex line of the neighbouring carrying roller (2), and the carrying roller (2), over which ejecting is performed, and are lifted out of the carrying roller bed (3) by a turning movement of this carrying roller (2).

- Carrying-roller winding machine according to the precharacterising clause of Patent Claim 2, having a combined device (8) for ejecting winding reels (4) and for loading new winding tubes (5), which has an ejecting beam (9) and a tube-loading element (collet 14), the ejecting surface (13) of the ejecting beam (9) ending at a distance from the carrying roller (1) and the tube-loading element (collet 14) releasing the tubes (5) through the free space between ejecting surface (13) and the carrying roller (1), characterised by an ejecting beam (9), the ejecting surface (13) of which can be moved or extended in the position of rest of the ejecting and loading device (8) in the direction of the carrying roller (1) swivelled about.
- Carrying-roller winding machine according to Claim 5, characterised in that the ejecting surface (13) can be moved or extended up to the carrying roller (1) swivelled about and its upper limitation in the swivelled-forward position extends into the region of the vertex line of the neighbouring carrying roller (2).
- Carrying-roller winding machine according to Claim 5 or 6, characterised by levers (6) which can swivel about an axis parallel to the carrying roller axis (1), on which the tube-loading element (collet 14) is fastened and at the free end of which the ejecting beam (9) is pivoted such that it can swivel by means of an adjusting unit (11) in the direction of the carrying roller (1).
- Carrying-roller winding machine according to Claim 5 or 6, characterised by an extension plate (15) pivoted at the end of the ejecting surface (13) facing the carrying roller (1) swivelled about.
- Carrying-roller winding machine according to Claim 5 or 6, characterised by an extension plate which can be displaced on the ejecting surface (13) in the direction of the carrying roller (1).
- Carrying-roller winding machine according to one or more of Claims 6 to 9, characterised by a reel-ejecting and tube-loading device (8) coupled flexibly onto its swivel drive (7).
