Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour couper une bande sur un rouleau d'inversement comprenant une barre porte-lame (21) rapprochable à la bande (24) avec un couteau (23) et un dispositif presseur (27) rapprochable à chaque fois au mandrin vide (25 ; 25'),
caractérisé en ce que la barre porte-lame (21) ainsi que le dispositif presseur (27) sont disposés sur un châssis (7, 10) déplaçable par roulement relativement au mandrin (25 ; 25') de telle sorte que la position de ceux-ci relativement au mandrin (25 ; 25') est réglable par le déplacement du châssis (7, 10). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le châssis déplaçable est constitué d'une traverse (7) et de plaques d'appui latérales (10), la traverse (7) s'étendant par des rouleaux (4) à des rails de guidage (2) solidaires du bâti.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le châssis déplaçable par roulement peut être déplacé par au moins une unité à piston et à cylindre (8).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la barre porte-lame (21) rapprochable par une unité à piston et à cylindre (22) est montée à rotation par des boulons (11) dans des plaques d'appui (10) du châssis déplaçable, à l'extrémité libre des boulons (11) étant montés de façon immobile en rotation des leviers (12) dont les extrémités libres supportent des rouleaux de guidage (13) qui, en fonction de la position du châssis déplaçable (7, 10) sont guidés le long de surfaces inclinées (14) d'éléments de guidage (15) solidaires du bâti de telle sorte que la barre porte-lame (21), en fonction de la position du châssis déplaçable (7, 10) est pivotée autour du boulon (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que sont reliés aux boulons (11) de façon immobile en rotation des bras (16) auxquels s'appliquent des ressorts de traction (17) qui pressent les rouleaux de guidage (13) toujours contre les surfaces inclinées (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif presseur est constitué d'un cylindre (27) guidant la bande (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (27) est rapprochable par au moins une unité à piston et à cylindre (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif presseur (27) est monté de façon déplaçable par des rouleaux (31) dans des rails de guidage (2) solidaires du bâti.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendication 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un cylindre de déviation (35) placé à la suite du cylindre (27) de façon que la bande (24) qu'on fait passer sur celui-ci ne vienne pas en contact avec un mandrin vide (25 ;25') pivoté dans une position d'enroulement.
