Claims (24)
- Emballage parallélépipèdique à fronton plat, en particulier emballage à oreilles avec joint médian, avec une surface préparée enfonçable dans le fronton d'emballage ou déchirable le long d'une ligne de séparation fermée, qui forme après l'enfoncement ou la déchirure un trou verseur (15) avec un corps de bec verseur en matière synthétique dont la collerette (3) entourant la ligne de séparation (14) ou respectivement le trou verseur est reliée de manière non amovible à la surface externe du fronton de l'emballage et dans la douille verseuse (4) duquel un tube (5) correspondant, le cas échéant dans la périphérie de la forme de ligne de séparation fermée muni d'une coupe sur la face frontale tournée vers le trou verseur, peut être introduit axialement, et avec une coiffe de fermeture pouvant refermer à plusieurs reprises la douille verseuse, la surface interne (20) de l'emballage étant revêtue d'un film de matière synthétique thermo-adhésif,
caractérisé en ce que le couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13) relié de manière non détachable au tube (5), de préférence au moyen d'une bande de liaison (12), est articulé au collier (3) du corps de bec verseur réalisé sous forme de douille verseuse (4). - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13) est relié à une bague de sécurité (7) détachable de telle manière que la bague de sécurité (7) maintienne la face frontale du tube avec les dents triangulaires (6) à distance de la ligne de séparation (14) ou respectivement le trou verseur (15) dans le fronton (1) de l'emballage. - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 2,
caractérisé en ce que la bague de sécurité (7) entoure le col (4a) de la douille verseuse (4) sur toute la périphérie. - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
caractérisé en ce qu'une languette d'arrachement (8) est fixée à la bague de sécurité (7), par traction sur laquelle la bague de sécurité (7) peut être écartée le long d'une ligne d'amorce de rupture (9). - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que la languette d'arrachement (8) est disposée dans la zone de liaison entre le couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13) et la bande de liaison (12) sur la bague de sécurité (7) et, de préférence, une encoche d'amorce de rupture (9a) est prévue à côté. - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que le canal verseur (3a) dans la douille verseuse (4) et le trou verseur (15) présentent une section transversale en forme de goutte légèrement ovale. - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que la douille verseuse (4) disposée dans un coin de la surface (1) du fronton de l'emballage présente une lèvre sortant à arête vive au-dessus du bord (10) du petit côté (16) de l'emballage, qui est réalisée à son extrémité libre sous forme d'arête d'arrachement (11). - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 7,

caractérisé en ce que la bande charnière (12) est réalisée sous forme de levier à genouillère avec deux points morts dans les positions de fermeture et d'ouverture (relevé) du couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13). - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que la surface (17) du couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13) écartée du trou verseur (15) et la surface extérieure du fronton (1), qui viennent en appui en position de relèvement ou respectivement de rabattement complet du couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13), possèdent des appuis (18) qui servent de fermeture adhésive. - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
caractérisé en ce que le tube (5) et le canal verseur (3a) de la douille (4) sont démoulés légèrement coniquement. - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
caractérisé en ce que la face intérieure du couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13) présente un coin (19) ou une aiguille disposé centralement au tube (5) qui dépasse la face frontale du tube (5) ou respectivement la coupe (6). - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13,
caractérisé en ce que le couvercle rabattant de fermeture (13) avec le tube (5), le corps de bec verseur (2) constitué par la douille (4) et le collier (3) et/ou la bande de liaison (12) sont constitués d'une seule pièce en matière synthétique, de préférence un plastique mou moulé par injection. - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14,
caractérisé en ce que le collier (3) est collé ou scellé sur la face extérieure du fronton (1) de l'emballage. - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15,
caractérisé en ce que la surface intérieure (20) de l'emballage, de préférence revêtue de polyéthylène, s'étend aussi au-dessus du trou verseur (15) préparé ou respectivement la ligne de séparation (14) dans la fermeture d'origine. - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 16,
caractérisé en ce que l'emballage est constitué par un composite à plusieurs couches en aluminium, de préférence avec une succession de couches polyéthylène, carton, polyéthylène, aluminium, agent adhésif et polyéthylène (21-26) de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur. - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 16 ou 17,
caractérisé en ce que le trou verseur (15) dans la fermeture d'origine présente extérieurement comme intérieurement des couches de polyéthylène (21, 26) continues déposées par extrusion mais pas de carton (22). - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 16 ou 17,
caractérisé en ce que le trou verseur (15) dans la fermeture d'origine est fermé de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur par des feuilles (31, 32) déposées par scellement. - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 16 ou 17,
caractérisé en ce que le trou verseur (15) dans la fermeture d'origine est préparé par une couche de carton (27) recouverte dans l'extrudeuse interrompue annulairement, de préférence à l'exception de quelques ponts (28). - Emballage à fronton plat selon l'une des revendications 16 et 17,
caractérisé par un estampage annulaire (29) (ouverture en demi-découpe) dans le composite fini, de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur, en tant que préparation du trou verseur. - Emballage à fronton plat selon la revendication 21, en particulier en liaison avec la revendication 13,

caractérisé en ce que lors de la fabrication du flan découpé, un découpage ou poinçonnage (27) en forme de goutte est formé dans le carton non recouvert, qui est ensuite recouvert sur l'extrudeuse, ou bien un poinçonnage (29) en forme de goutte en demi-découpe est formé dans le composite recouvert et le collier du corps verseur est collé ou scellé au moyen de repères sur l'emballage démoulé, au-dessus de la découpe ou du poinçonnage ou respectivement de la demi-découpe. - Procédé selon la revendication 23,
caractérisé en ce que, après le collage ou le scellement, le collier du couvercle rabattant de fermeture et le col de la douille verseuse sont soudés par une bague de sécurité interposée.
