Abstract

Klappschachteln aus dünnem Karton, bestehend aus Schachtelteil (12) und Klappdeckel (13), bereiten gewisse Schwierigkeiten, bei Ingebrauchnahme der Packung Zugang zu den dicht gepackten Zigaretten zu erhalten, auch nachdem ein Flap (30) als Teil eines Innenzuschnitts (18) abgezogen worden ist. Zur Erleichterung der Entnahme von Zigaretten wird ein Teil des Innenzuschnitts (18), nämlich dessen Vorderwand (20), durch Aufwärtsziehen angehoben, so daß eine Reihe (Vorderreihe 34) der Zigaretten (10) relativ zu den übrigen ebenfalls angehoben wird. Deren Entnahme wird dadurch erleichtert. Zum leichten Anheben der Vorderwand (20) wird durch Abziehen des Flaps (30) eine Grifflasche (42) der Vorderwand (20) freigelegt.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zigaretten-Packung, insbesondere Klappschachtel mit Schachtelteil und Klappdeckel, zur Aufnahme einer in einen Innenzuschnitt (Stanniol-Zuschnitt) eingehüllten Zigaretten-Gruppe, wobei der Innenzuschnitt unter Bildung von Vorderwand, Rückwand und durchgehender Bodenwand sowie von Sei­tenwänden und Stirnwänden aus einander teilweise überdeckenden Faltlappen (Seitenlappen, Stirnlappen) um die Zigaretten-Gruppe herumgefaltet ist.
  • Klappschachteln, auch Hinge-Lid-Packung genannt, sind eine weltweit verbreitete Verpackungsform für Zigaretten. Die Klapp­schachtel besteht üblicherweise aus einem einteiligem Zuschnitt aus dünnem Karton. Im Schachtelteil ist ein Kragen angebracht, meistens aus einem gesonderten Kragen-Zuschnitt. Dieser ragt mit einem oberen Teilstück aus dem Schachtelteil heraus und wird in Schließstellung durch den Klappdeckel umfaßt. Der Packungsinhalt, nämlich die Zigaretten-Gruppe ist in einen Innenzuschnitt eingehüllt, vorzugsweise aus Stan­niol. Der Innenzuschnitt ist unter Bildung einer geschlos­senen Bodenwand um die Zigaretten-Gruppe herumgefaltet un­ter Bildung von Seitenwänden und einer Stirnwand aus ein­ander teilweise überdeckenden Faltlappen, nämlich Seiten­lappen und Stirnlappen. Des weiteren ist üblicherweise der Innenzuschnitt mit einer abziehbaren Lasche versehen, ei­nem sogenannten Flap. Dieser ist durch eine quergerichtete Stanzlinie bzw. Perforationslinie als oberer Teil der Vor­derwand des Innenzuschnitts definiert. Bei Ingebrauchnahme der Packung wird der Flap durch Abziehen bzw. Abreißen be­seitigt, so daß der obere Bereich der vorderen Zigaretten freigelegt ist.
  • In der Praxis erweist sich die Entnahme von Zigaretten bei vollständig gefüllter bzw. nahezu vollständig gefüllter Packung als schwierig, auch wenn der Flap entfernt ist. Das Erfassen einer Zigarette zwischen zwei Fingern berei­tet durch die Dichtlage Schwierigkeiten.
  • Hiervon ausgehend, liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrun­de, die eingangs genannte Zigaretten-Packung dahingehend weiterzuentwickeln, daß durch einfache Maßnahmen, insbe­sondere ohne den Einbau zusätzlicher Organe, die Entnahme der Zigaretten bei Ingebrauchnahme der Verpackung erleich­tert ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Ziga­retten-Packung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenzu­schnitt mit einem Teilbereich in der Packung (im Schach­telteil) fixiert ist, derart, daß ein anderer Teilbereich des Innenzuschnitt unter Mitnahme (Anheben) von Zigaretten hochziehbar ist.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird demnach der Innenzuschnitt als Ent­nahmehilfe verwendet, nämlich als Organ zum Anheben einer Anzahl von Zigaretten der Gruppe.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Innenzuschnitt mit einem der Rückwand zugekehrten Teilbereich der Bodenwand an der Innenseite der Packung, nämlich an einem Schachtelboden, verankert, zum Beispiel durch Festkleben. Dadurch kann der übrige Teil der Bodenwand angehoben werden, und zwar durch Auf­wärtsziehen der Vorderwand des Innenzuschnitts. Der freie Teil der Bodenwand bildet dadurch ein Hubteil, welches auf die unteren Enden einer Anzahl von Zigaretten wirkt, näm­lich auf eine vordere Zigaretten-Reihe der in Reihen ange­ordneten Zigaretten-Gruppe. Die Zigaretten-Reihe wird da­bei relativ zu den übrigen Zigaretten bzw. Zigaretten-Rei­hen der Zigaretten-Gruppe angehoben. Infolge dieser Rela­tivstellung sind einzelne Zigaretten der herausgehobenen Zigaretten-Reihe erfaßbar und der Packung zu entnehmen. Bei der Hubbewegung bildet die Bodenwand eine sich in de­ren Längsrichtung erstreckende Gelenklinie als Abgrenzung zu dem in der Packung verankerten (rückwärtigen) Teil der Bodenwand. Bei der Hubbewegung werden auch die mit der Vorderwand verbundenen Seitenlappen angehoben. Der mit der Vorderwand verbundene Stirnlappen kann als Grifflasche zum Anheben der Vorderwand Verwendung finden.
  • Besonders vorteilhaft kann der erfindungsgemäße Hebemecha­nismus für die Zigaretten in Verbindung mit einem Flap verwendet werden. Erfindungsgemäß wird durch eine entspre­chend ausgebildete Stanz- bzw. Perforationslinie eine mit dem Restteil der Vorderwand des Innenzuschnitts verbundene Griffzunge gebildet, die beim Abziehen des Flaps automa­tisch freiliegt. Diese Griffzunge ist so angeordnet, daß sie aus dem Schachtelteil bzw. aus dem durch den Kragen umschlossenen Bereich herausragt und bequem zum Anheben des Restteils der Vorderwand verwendet werden kann.
  • Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung betreffen die Ausbildung des Innenzuschnitts und Maßnahmen zur Bildung des Aushebe­mechanismus.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend an­hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:
    • Fig. 1 eine Zigaretten-Packung des Typs Klappschachtel in geöffneter Stellung bei perspektivischer Dar­stellung,
    • Fig. 2 eine in einen Innenzuschnitt eingehüllte Zigaret­ten-Gruppe, ebenfalls in perspektivischer Dar­stellung,
    • Fig. 3 einen ausgebreiteten Innenzuschnitt,
    • Fig. 4 eine Zigaretten-Gruppe mit Innenzuschnitt in ei­ner Klappschachtel im Vertikalschnitt bei angeho­benen Zigaretten,
    • Fig. 5 eine Seitenansicht des Innenzuschnitts in einer Position entsprechend Fig. 4 ohne Zigaretten.
  • Klappschachteln als Verpackungsmittel für Zigaretten 10 bzw. für eine Zigaretten-Gruppe 11 bestehen üblicherweise aus einem Schachtelteil 12 und einem mit diesem gelenkig verbundenen Klappdeckel 13. Im Schachtelteil 12 ist ein Kragen 14 angebracht, der sich im Bereich einer Schachtel-­Vorderwand 15 sowie von Schachtel-Seitenwänden 16 und 17 erstreckt. Der innenseitig durch Klebung im Schachtelteil 12 fixierte Kragen 14 ragt mit einem Teilbereich aus die­sem heraus. In Schließstellung wird der herausragende Teil des Kragens 14 durch den Klappdeckel 13 umschlossen.
  • Der Packungsinhalt, nämlich die Zigaretten-Gruppe 11, ist in einen Innenzuschnitt 18 eingehüllt. Dieser besteht üb­ licherweise aus Stanniol. Der Innenzuschnitt 18 ist derart um die Zigaretten-Gruppe 11 herumgefaltet, daß eine durch­gehende Bodenwand 19 und daran anschließend Vorderwand 20 und Rückwand 21 gebildet sind. Seitenwände 22 und 23 be­stehen aus mit teilweiser Überdeckung gefalteten Seiten­lappen 24 und 25. Diese sind nicht durch Klebung oder auf andere Weise miteinander verbunden. Die Seitenlappen 24 und 25 sind jeweils seitliche Forsetzungen von Vorderwand 20 bzw. Rückwand 21.
  • Auch eine obere Stirnwand 26 besteht aus einander teilwei­se überdeckenden Faltlappen, nämlich aus Stirnlappen 27 und 28. Ein oberer Stirnlappen 27 ist mit der Vorderwand 20 verbunden, während der rückseitige, innere Stirnlappen 28 an die Rückwand 21 anschließt. Auch die Stirnwandlappen 27, 28 sind nicht durch Klebung miteinander verbunden.
  • Der durchgehend rechteckig ausgebildete Innenzuschnitt 18 bildet im Bereich der Bodenwand 19 in Verlängerung bzw. als Verbindung der Seitenlappen 24 und 25 miteinander Bo­denseitenlappen 29, die sich bei gefaltetem Innenzuschnitt 18 in der Ebene der Seitenwand 22, 23 innenseitig erstrek­ken.
  • Um den Zugang zum Packungsinhalt, also zu den Zigaretten 10, zu erleichtern, ist der Innenzuschnitt 18 mit einer Abziehlasche bzw. einem Flap 30 versehen. Dieser ist durch eine quergerichtete Stanzlinie 31 im oberen Teil der Vor­derwand 20 gebildet. Der Flap 30 erfaßt auch die außenlie­genden Seitenlappen 24, 25. Die Stanzlinie 31 erstreckt sich zu diesem Zweck über die volle Breite des Innenzu­schnitts 18. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht die Stanzlinie 31 aus längeren Trennschnitten 32 und weni­gen kurzen Restverbindungen 33. Letztere werden beim Ab­ziehen des Flaps 30 durch Reißen beseitigt. Zum Abziehen des Flaps 30 wird der obere, mit dem Flap 30 verbundene Stirnlappen 27 erfaßt. Durch Aufwärtsziehen kommt der Flap 30 vom übrigen Teil des Innenzuschnitts 18 frei (Fig. 2).
  • Um die Entnahme von Zigaretten 10 der Zigaretten-Gruppe 11 zu erleichtern, sind einige Zigaretten 10 durch besondere Ausbildung und Anordnung des Innenzuschnitts 18 relativ zu den übrigen Zigaretten 10 der Zigaretten-Gruppe 11 anheb­bar. Die Zigaretten-Gruppe 11 besteht aus mehreren, näm­lich drei Zigaretten-Reihen, nämlich eine Vorderreihe 34, einer Mittelreihe 35 und einer Rückreihe 36. Eine dieser Zigaretten-Reihen, nämlich die Vorderreihe 34, wird zur Entnahme einzelner Zigaretten insgesamt relativ zu den beiden weiteren Reihen 35, 36 angehoben (Fig. 4).
  • Zu diesem Zweck ist ein Teil des Innenzuschnitts 18, näm­lich im vorliegenden Falle die Vorderwand 20 und ein Teil der Bodenwand 19 unter Mitnahme der Vorderreihe 34 der Zi­garetten 10 insgesamt anhebbar durch Hochziehen, während der übrige Teil des Innenzuschnitts 18 in geeigneter Weise in der Klappschachtel, nämlich im Schachtelteil 12, veran­kert ist. Dabei wirkt ein Teil der Bodenwand 19 als Hubor­gan.
  • Ein der Rückwand 21 zugekehrter Teilbereich der Bodenwand 19, nämlich ein Verankerungsteil 37 - geringfügig größer als die Hälfte der Fläche der Bodenwand 19 -, ist mit ei­nem Schachtelboden 38 des Schachtelteils 12 innenseitig verbunden, insbesondere durch Klebung. Bei dem gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist ein sich in Längsrichtung der Bo­denwand 19 im Bereich des Verankerungsteils 37 erstrecken­der Klebestreifen 39 zwischen Bodenwand 19 und Schachtel­boden 38 angeordnet. Der Verankerungsteil 37 bleibt so in fester Anlage am Schachtelboden 38, wenn der übrige Teil der Bodenwand 19, nämlich ein freier Hubteil 40, angehoben wird. Zwischen dem Hubteil 40 und dem Verankerungsteil 37 bildet sich eine Gelenklinie 41 in der Bodenwand 19 ent­lang dem Klebestreifen 39.
  • Die Betätigung der Vorderwand 20 des Innenzuschnitts 18 als Mittel zum Anheben einer Zigaretten-Reihe wird durch eine Grifflasche 42 erleichtert, die durch den Innenzu­schnitt 18 gebildet wird. Die den Flap 30 vom übrigen Teil des Innenzuschnitts 18 abgrenzende Stanzlinie 31 ist in einem mittleren Bereich der Vorderwand 20 so geführt, daß hier die nach oben weisende, in den Bereich des Flaps 30 ragende Grifflasche 42 gebildet ist. Diese entsteht durch einen nach oben gerichteten Verlauf der Stanzlinie 31 in der Art eines umgekehrten V. Die entsprechend gestaltete Grifflasche 42 bleibt beim Abziehen des Flaps als nach oben weisender Teil bzw. Vorsprung der Vorderwand 20 im Schachtelteil 12. Die Anordnung ist so getroffen, daß der wesentliche Teil der Grifflasche 42 aus dem vom Kragen 14 umschlossenen Teil herausragt. Dieser ist im Bereich sei­ner Vorderwand mit einer üblichen Vertiefung 43 versehen, in deren Bereich die Grifflasche 42 gebildet ist. Der übrige Teil der Stanzlinie 31 befindet sich in dem vom Kragen 14 überdeckten Teil des Innenzuschnitts 18.
  • Bei Ingebrauchnahme der Packung wird nach Öffnen des Klappdeckels 13 der obenliegende, der Vorderwand 20 zuge­ordnete Stirnlappen 27 erfaßt und durch diesen der Flap 30 abgezogen. Dadurch kommt die Grifflasche 42 frei. Diese kann nun ebenfalls erfaßt und hochgezogen werden, wodurch der im Schachtelteil 12 verbliebene Teil der Vorderwand 20 angehoben wird unter Mitnahme der Vorderreihe 34 der Ziga­retten 10, die so gegenüber den übrigen Zigaretten der Packung angehoben und zum Erfassen bereit ist.
  • Zur weiteren Fixierung und Sicherung des Innenzuschnitts 18 im Schachtelteil 12 sind zwei streifenförmige, aufrech­te Klebungen 44 im Bereich der Rückwand 21 vorgesehen. Diese verbinden den Innenzuschnitt 18 mit einer Schachtel­rückwand des Schachtelteils 12.
  • Eine weitere Erleichterung des Anhebevorgangs der Zigaret­ ten 10 durch Ziehen an der Grifflasche 42 wird durch be­sondere Gestaltung des Innenzuschnitts 18 gewährleistet. Die seitlich an die Bodenwand 19 anschließenden Bodensei­tenlappen 29 sind bei der vorliegenden Gestaltung des In­nenzuschnitts 18 in eine aufrechte Position gefaltet unter Anlage an der Innenseite der Seitenwände 22, 23 bzw. der Seitenlappen 24, 25 (siehe insbesondere Fig. 5). Um die Relativbewegung von Vorderwand 20 mit Hubteil 40 beim Aus­heben der Zigaretten zu erleichtern, sind die beidseitigen Bodenseitenlappen 29 mit einem quergerichteten Trenn­schnitt 45 versehen, und zwar in Verlängerung der Gelenk­linie 41. Dadurch ist es möglich bzw. erleichtert, daß die an den Hubteil 40 angrenzenden Bereiche der Bodenseiten­lappen 29 beim Anheben der Vorderwand 20 mit aufwärtsbe­wegt werden (Fig. 5).

Claims (9)

1. Zigaretten-Packung, insbesondere Klappschachtel, mit Schachtelteil und Klappdeckel, zur Aufnahme einer in einen In­nenzuschnitt (Stanniol-Zuschnitt) eingehüllten Zigaretten-Grup­pe, wobei der Innenzuschnitt unter Bildung von Vorderwand, Rückwand und durchgehender Bodenwand sowie von Seitenwänden und Stirnwänden aus einander teilweise überdeckenden Faltlappen (Seitenlappen, Stirnlappen) um die Zigaretten-Gruppe herumge­faltet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innen­zuschnitt (18) mit einem Teilbereich in der Packung (im Schach­telteil 12) fixiert ist, derart, daß ein anderer Teilbereich des Innenzuschnitts (18) unter Mitnahme (Anheben) von Zigaret­ten (Vorderreihe 34) hochziehbar ist.
2. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß eine nach Abziehen eines Flaps (30) im Schachtelteil (12) verbleibende Vorderwand (20) des Innen­zuschnitts (18) mit anschließenden Seitenlappen (24) sowie einem der Vorderwand zugekehrten Teilbereich einer Boden­wand (19) (Hubteil 40) anhebbar ist unter Mitnahme einer Zigaretten-Reihe (Vorderreihe 34).
3. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenzuschnitt (18) mit einem nicht anzuhebenden Teil im Schachtelteil (12) verankert ist, insbesondere durch Klebung.
4. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß ein nicht anhebbarer Teil der Bodenwand (19), insbesondere ein einer Rückwand (21) desselben zuge­kehrter Verankerungsteil (37), an einem Schachtelboden (38) des Schachtelteils (12) durch Klebung verankert ist (Klebestreifen 39).
5. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 2 sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bewegbare Teil der Bodenwand (19) (Hubteil 40) gegenüber dem verankerten Teil der Bodenwand (19) (Veran­kerungsteil 37) durch eine sich in Längsrichtung der Bo­denwand (19) erstreckende Gelenklinie (41) abgegrenzt ist.
6. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 2 sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansorüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Bodenwand (19) seitlich anschließende Bodensei­tenlappen (29) des Innenzuschnitts (18) in Fortsetzung der Gelenklinie (41) mit Trennschnitten (45) versehen sind.
7. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 2 sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenzuschnitt (18) (zusätzlich) im Bereich einer Rückwand (21) verankert ist durch Verklebungsstreifen (44) an einer Schachtelrückwand.
8. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 1 sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der anhebbare Teil des Innenzuschnitts (189, insbeson­dere die Vorderwand (20), mit einer aufwärtsgerichteten, aus dem Schachtelteil (12) herausragenden Grifflasche (42) versehen ist.
9. Zigaretten-Packung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß die Grifflasche als in den Bereich des Flaps (30) ragender, nach oben gerichteter Vorsprung ausgebildet und durch eine Stanzlinie (31) zur Begrenzung des Flaps (30) derart begrenzt ist, daß die Grifflasche (42) nach Abziehen des Flaps (30) am oberen Rand des im Schachtel­teil (12) verbleibenden Teils der Vorderwand (20) frei­kommt.
