  5. Unité d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'emballage (1) présente un fil à déchirer ou des bandes de séparation analogues, pour ouvrir par déchirement le sachet extérieur (4), après utilisation de l'unité d'emballage (1).
  6. Unité d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'une tubulure de remplissage (18) est prévue à titre d'ouverture de remplissage (5).
  7. Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la tubulure de remplissage (18) traverse une ouverture de la partie d'appui (3) et deux brides de fixation (20,21) permettant de procéder séparément à un collage, soudage ou liaison analogue, de la tubulure de remplissage (18) aux sachets extérieur et intérieur (4,2), et en ce que les brides de fixation (20,21) présentent au moins par zones une plus grande circonférence que l'ouverture (23) disposée entre les brides de fixation, de la partie d'appui (3).
  8. Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la tubulure de remplissage présente un tube de tubulure (19) ainsi qu'une bague de tubulure (20), en ce que le tube de tubulure (19) présente, sur l'une de ses deux zones d'extrémité, la bride de fixation (21) servant à la liaison avec le sachet intérieur (2), la bague de tubulure (20) étant prévue comme bride de fixation pour le sachet extérieur (4), et en ce que la bague de tubulure (20) est enfichable de façon étanche aux liquides sur le tube de tubulure (19) et susceptible d'être reliée ou encliquetée sur le tube de tubulure (19).
  9. Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que les sachets intérieur et extérieur (2,4) sont reliés aux surfaces de bride, tournées vers l'extérieur, à l'encontre du sens de remplissage (flèche 1), des brides de fixation (20,21).
  10. Unité d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce qu'à l'état déployé, l'unité d'emballage est fixable au moyen d'au moins un ruban adhésif (16).
  11. Unité d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que deux zones d'angle opposées du sachet extérieur (4) sont susceptibles d'être reliées à l'aide d'un ruban adhésif (16), pour former une poignée support.
  12. Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que les deux zones d'angle, reliées en formant une poignée support, du sachet extérieur (4) sont renforcées par un insert de matériau de la partie d'appui (3).
  13. Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que les deux zones d'angle, reliées en formant une poignée support, du sachet extérieur (4) sont chacune renforcées par une pièce d'angle (12), en ce que chacune de ces pièces d'angle (12) est reliée à deux bandes latérales (11), voisines, disposées entre les aides à la déformation (7a) des parties latérales (8), en ce que les pièces d'angle (12) sont pliables chaque fois à peu près au milieu, par l'intermédiaire d'une aide à la déformation (13) qui s'étend coaxialement à l'aide à la déformation (7a), qui relie les deux couches de matériaux, et est située à l'extérieur lorsque la partie d'appui est à l'état non-déployé, et en ce que le contour extérieur de chaque pièce d'angle (12) est délimité par un triangle rectangle, dont la forme est adaptée à la zone d'angle correspondante du sachet extérieur (4), dont l'hypoténuse est limitrophe aux bandes latérales (11) voisines de la pièce d'angle (12).
  14. Unité d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que chaque volet de fond ou de couvercle (10,9) présente à peu près la largeur (b) de la partie latérale (8) limitrophe et sa hauteur (h) correspond à peu près à la distance entre l'aide à la déformation (7b), qui délimite la partie latérale (8), et l'aide à la déformation (7a) voisine, située à l'extérieur à l'état non-déployé.
  15. Unité d'emballage selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'emballage (1) se compose de matériaux susceptibles d'être stérilisés par traitement thermique.
