Cooking oven, in particular for domestic use, comprising an interior cooking enclosure (1) and an exterior bodywork, the front face being provided with an access door and the rear face comprising a removable bottom wall, characterized in that said bottom wall (2) is associated with a box (3) in which are mounted a fan (4) driven by a motor (9), an electrical heating resistor (5) and means (15) for regulation heating the latter, the heating resistor (5) being placed in the air flow generated by the fan and the bottom wall (2) having openings (6, 7, 8) for passage of the air flow . 2.
