Abstract

본 고안은 할로겐 히터를 사용하여 음식물을 조리하는 할로겐 오븐에 대한 고안으로서 특히 할로겐 히터를 뚜껑부에 작설하고 이 할로겐 히터로부터 발생되는 고열을 휀으로 오븐 용기 내부에 골고루 와류 순환 될 수 있게 하므로서 이 고온의 열풍에 의하여 음식물 전체가 균일하게 익을 수 있게 하면서도 타지않고 빠른 시간에 음식물을 조리 할 수 있도록 한 고안에 대한 것이다.The present invention relates to a halogen oven for cooking food using a halogen heater.
