Claims (48)

  1. Procédé pour rattacher un fil sur un dispositif (1) de filature à fibres libérées ["open-end"], dans lequel un fil est rétrolivré au dispositif de filage soit par un dispositif (13) de bobinage, sur lequel il avait été précédemment enroulé sur une bobine lors du processus de filage, soit par une bobine spéciale de rattache, caractérisé en ce que, lors de sa rétrolivraison de rattache, le fil délivré par la bobine (3) spéciale de rattache est amené jusqu'au voisinage du dispositif (13) de bobinage, d'où il est rétrolivré sur un chemin de rétrolivraison qui conduit au dispositif (1) de filage et qui coïncide avec le chemin de rétrolivraison du fil délivré par la bobine (132); en ce qu'après rattachement réussi, le fil (30) delivré par la bobine (3) de rattache est tout d'abord soumis, au voisinage du dispositif (13) de bobinage, à l'action d'un dispositif de délivrance réglable, et est évacué ; et en ce que ce n'est qu'après avoir atteint la pleine vitesse de délivrance que le fil (10) livré à la suite par le dispositif de filature est soumis à l'action du dispositif de délivrance normale de filage et est transféré à un tube vide se trouvant sur le dispositif (13) de bobinage, étant précisé que la portion de fil en excès est séparée d'avec l'amorce et évacuée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil de rattache du filage est freiné pendant qu'il est délivré par la bobine de rattache de filage.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, depuis une position de disponibilité, le fil de rattache est transporté mécaniquement sur le chemin de rétrolivraison commun.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, pour amener le fil de rattache, un dispositif mécanique d'amenée, qui tient le fil de rattache se déplace pour venir au début du chemin de rétrolivraison commun.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'amenée du fil de rattache au dispositif mécanique d'amenée, il se forme, en avant de ce dispositif, une boucle de fil qui est consommée lors du mouvement du dispositif d'amenée pour venir au début du chemin de rétrolivraison commun.
  6. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'après l'amenée, au chemin de rétrolivraison commun, d'une longueur du fil de rattache suffisante pour le rattachement du fil, le fil de rattache est serré entre la bobine de rattache et un dispositif mécanique d'amenée et est coupé entre cette position et le dispositif mécanique d'amenée ; et en ce que l'extrémité libre, ainsi formée, de la portion de fil qui s'étend en direction du dispositif mécanique d'amenée est tenue pneumatiquement et, après le rattachement et après le transfert à la bobine du fil rattaché, est séparée et est évacuée pneumatiquement.
  7. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le fil rattaché est tout d'abord délivré par le dispositif de filage par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif mécanique d'amenée, puis transféré à une paire de rouleaux de délivrance qui se trouve entre le dispositif de filage et le dispositif d'amenée ; et en ce qu'ensuite on réduit la vitesse de délivrance du fil, produite par le dispositif mécanique d'amenée, par rapport à la vitesse de délivrance du fil produite par la paire de rouleaux de délivrance et que le surplus de fil forme une boucle ; et en ce que le fil est ensuite coupé entre la boucle et le dispositif d'amenée et que l'extrémité du fil séparée est ensuite évacuée, tandis que le fil restant en liaison avec le dispositif de filage est transféré à la bobine.

Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, pour le rattachement en relation avec un changement de bobine, le fil de rattache est amené mécaniquement à un flux d'air qui amène le fil de rattache dans la ligne de pincement, ouverte, d'une paire de rouleaux auxiliaires ; en ce qu'ensuite le fil de rattache est arrêté au voisinage de son extrémité avant et qu'il se forme donc une boucle à partir du fil de rattache délivré, après comme avant ; et en ce qu'ensuite la poursuite de la délivrance du fil de rattache est interrompue et que, la ligne de pincement étant fermée et en consommant la boucle de fil, la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires est amenée dans la zone d'action d'un flux d'air aspiré, après quoi, par suite de l'entraînement de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires et par suite de la délivrance synchrone du fil de rattache par la bobine de rattache, le fil de rattache est, en formant une réserve de rattache avec son extrémité avant, rétrolivré à une position de disponibilité à l'intérieur du dispositif de filage, après quoi le fil de rattache est coupé en avant, dans le sens du transport, de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires; et l'extrémité du fil, qui s'étend jusqu'à la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires, est exposée à un flux d'air aspiré ; en ce qu'ensuite le rattachement se fait par libération de l'alimentation en fibres et de la réserve de rattache, puis le fil rattaché est délivré à vitesse croissante par le dispositif de filage à l'aide de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires et est amené au flux d'air aspiré, après quoi le fil rattaché est transféré, entre le dispositif de filage et la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires, à une paire de rouleaux de délivrance ; en ce qu'ensuite, par suite de la décélération de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires, il se forme, entre cette paire de rouleaux auxiliaires et la paire de rouleaux de délivrance, une boucle de fil, qui est tenue pneumatiquement et que l'on sépare de l'extrémité du fil qui s'étend en direction du flux d'air aspiré mentionné, de sorte que cette extrémité du fil est évacuée, après quoi l'extrémité du fil qui vient d'apparaître est transférée au tube vide mis en place entre-temps.
  9. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'en relation avec un changement de qualité du fil, un remplacement de la bobine se fait en deux étapes, étant précisé que dans une première étape la bobine pleine est éjectée hors du dispositif de bobinage et que le tube vide n'est mis en place dans le dispositif de bobinage que si, après la préparation de ce dispositif de bobinage pour une nouvelle qualité du fil, un rattachement est déclenché à l'aide du fil de rattache délivré par la bobine de rattache.
  10. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu' en relation avec un changement de bobine, le processus de rattachement est surveillé pendant un intervalle de temps déterminé après le transfert sur le tube vide du fil rattaché et que le dispositif de filage s'arrête en cas de rupture du fil survenant au cours de cet intervalle de temps ; en ce qu'ensuite, les spires enroulées sur le tube vide pendant le processus de rattachement précédent sont à nouveau déroulées du tube vide ; et en ce qu'ensuite, sans exécution d'un changement de tube répété, un nouveau rattachement s'effectue à l'aide du fil de rattache délivré par la bobine de rattache.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le fil est surveillé dans le cadre de la surveillance du processus de rattache.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le fil est surveillé au voisinage du dispositif de bobinage.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le fil est surveillé en ce qui concerne un déplacement axial.
  14. Dispositif pour rattacher un fil sur un dispositif (1) de filature à fibres libérées ["open-end"], comportant un dispositif (13) de bobinage qui présente un rouleau (130) d'entraînement de bobine pour entraîner une bobine (132), comportant aussi un dispositif (20) de rétrolivraison pour rétrolivrer au dispositif (1) de filage l'extrémité d'un fil (10) rompu, comportant aussi une bobine (3) de rattache avec un fil (30) de rattache, comportant aussi un dispositif (5) d'amenée pour délivrer le fil (30) de rattache au dispositif (20) de rétrolivraison, et comportant aussi un dispositif (4) de présentation pour présenter le fil (30) de rattache devant le dispositif (5) d'amenée, pour l'exécution du procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (5) d'amenée présente une paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52), dont l'un des rouleaux peut, en tant que galet (24) d'entraînement, s'approcher de la bobine (132), décollée de son rouleau (130) d'entraînement, et peut être entraîné à l'aide d'un mécanisme d'entraînement (404), qui peut être commandé.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau, conçu comme galet (24) d'entraînement de la bobine (132), et faisant partie de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52), est disposé à l'extrémité libre d'un levier pivotant (54).
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que celui (520) des rouleaux de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52) qui ne peut pas s'approcher de la bobine (132) peut décoller du rouleau conçu en tant que galet (24) d'entraînement de la bobine (132).
  17. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 16, caractérisé en ce que celui des rouleaux, conçu en tant que galet (520) d'entraînement de la bobine (132), faisant partie de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52 ) peut être remplacé et présente un premier tronçon longitudinal (240), qui collabore avec la bobine (132) et possède une forme adaptée à la bobine (132), ainsi qu'un second tronçon longitudinal (241) avec lequel collabore l'autre rouleau (520) de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le premier tronçon longitudinal (240) présente un diamètre supérieur à celui du second tronçon longitudinal (241) ; et en ce que l'on peut commander le mécanisme (404) d'entraînement de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52) de façon telle que, lorsque l'on remédie à une rupture de fil, la vitesse périphérique du premier tronçon longitudinal (240) est aussi grande que la vitesse périphérique du second tronçon longitudinal (241) lors d'un rattachement en relation avec un changement de bobine.
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 18, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas d'une réalisation conique du premier tronçon longitudinal (240), le second tronçon longitudinal (241), cylindrique, se raccorde au plus grand diamètre du premier tronçon longitudinal (240).
  20. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (4) de présentation présente un dispositif (40, 44) de retenue du fil.
  21. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 20, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (4) de présentation possède une paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) qui peuvent être entraînés.
  22. Dispositif selon la revendication 21, caractérisé en ce qu'à la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) et à la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52) correspond un moteur (404) d'entraînement commun, auquel la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) est reliée par l'intermédiaire d'un accouplement (402) commandé.
  23. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 22, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (400, 24) entraînés de la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) et de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52) peuvent être entraînés avec la même vitesse périphérique efficace.
  24. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 23, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (4) de présentation présente un dispositif accumulateur (43, 44).
  25. Dispositif selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif accumulateur est conçu sous forme d'une ouverture (43) d'aspiration d'air, que l'on peut mettre en oeuvre entre la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) et la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52).
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 24 ou 25, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif accumulateur (43) est disposé entre la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) et la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52).
  27. Dispositif selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (43) d'aspiration d'air est disposée fixe au voisinage de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52), entre la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) et la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52), et en ce qu'elle peut être commandée par un dispositif (430) de déconnection.
  28. Dispositif selon la revendication 26 ou 27, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif (413) de coupure du fil est prévu en avant du dispositif d'accumulation (43), dans le sens du transport.
  29. Dispositif selon la revendication 28, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (413) de coupure du fil se trouve entre la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) et le dispositif accumulateur (43).
  30. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 29, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (4) de présentation présente un alimenteur pneumatique (41) de fil, disposé en avant de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52).
  31. Dispositif selon la revendication 30, caractérisé en ce que l'alimentateur pneumatique de fil contient un tube (41) de guidage du fil, qui s'étend de la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) jusqu'à la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52).
  32. Dispositif selon la revendication 31, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (43) d'aspiration d'air débouche latéralement dans l'extrémité, côté paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52), du tube (41) de guidage du fil.
  33. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 28 à 32, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (413) de coupure du fil est disposé dans le tube (41) de guidage du fil.
  34. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 31 à 33, caractérisé par un serre-fil (42), qui peut être commandé et qui est disposé au voisinage de l'extrémité du tube (41) de guidage du fil, du côté de l'ouverture (43) d'aspiration d'air opposé à la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40).
  35. Dispositif selon la revendication 34, caractérisé en ce que le serre-fil (42) est disposé dans le tube (41) de guidage du fil.
  36. Dispositif selon la revendication 34 ou 35, caractérisé en ce que le serre-fil (42), qui peut être commandé, présente un organe de serrage (421), mobile, constitué d'un matériau élastique.
  37. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 21 à 36, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (41) de présentation comporte une buse (411) d'air comprimé, qui est dirigée sur la ligne de pincement de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52) et que l'on peut mettre en oeuvre entre la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40) et la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52).
  38. Dispositif selon les revendications 31 et 37, caractérisé en ce que la buse d'air comprimé est conçue sous forme de buse (411) d'injection, qui débouche dans l'extrémité du tube (41) de guidage du fil située du côté de la paire de rouleaux délivreurs (40).
  39. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 16 à 38, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme d'entraînement (53) de celui, qui peut décoller (520), des rouleaux de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52), est en liaison, au point de vue commande, conjointement avec la buse (411) d'air comprimé, avec un dispositif de commande çommun.
  40. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 31 à 39, caractérisé en ce que le tube (41) de guidage du fil a sa forme adaptée, à son extrémité située côté de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52), au coin de pincement de cette paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52).
  41. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 40, caractérisé par un dispositif (6) de commande comportant plusieurs programmes (60, 61, 62, 63), que l'on peut appeler en fonction de la question de savoir si une rupture de fil survient en relation avec un changement de bobine ou indépendamment de ce changement ou bien de savoir si un changement de bobine est à effectuer en relation avec un changement de qualité de la matière textile ou indépendamment d'un tel changement.
  42. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 41, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retenue du fil est conçu sous forme de dispositif accumulateur (44) et en ce que le dispositif (4) de présentation présente un serre-fil (451) qui peut se déplacer, depuis l'un des côtés de la paire de rouleaux auxiliaires (52) se trouvant en position de réception, vers son autre côté.
  43. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 42, caractérisé par un dispositif de surveillance (222, 432), qui surveille le fil rattaché.
  44. Dispositif selon la revendication 43, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de surveillance (222, 432) est associé à un dispositif (22, 431) d'évacuation du fil pour évacuer le fil avant son transfert au dispositif de bobinage (13).
  45. Dispositif selon la revendication 44, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de surveillance (432) est associé à l'ouverture (43) d'air aspiré.
  46. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 43 à 45, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de surveillance (222, 432) est conçu, en tant que dispositif de surveillance du parcours du fil, de façon telle qu'il puisse distinguer entre un fil immobile dans le sens axial et un fil mobile dans le sens axial.
  47. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 14 à 46, caractérisé en ce que la bobine (3) de rattache, le dispositif (4) de présentation, le dispositif d'amenée (5) et le dispositif (20) de rétrolivraison sont disposés sur une dispositif (2) de service, qui peut se déplacer le long de plusieurs dispositifs de filature à fibres libérées ["open-end"], disposés les uns à côté des autres, d'un métier à filer à fibres libérées ["open-end"].
  48. Dispositif selon la revendication 47, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (43) d'aspiration d'air est en liaison avec une source de vide côté métier à filer.
