Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device in particular for uniformly distributing solid and / or liquid particles in order to deposit regular, precise and uniform layers of pulverulent products, or to make mixtures of pulverulent products, of liquid products or of pulverulent products in liquid products.
  • the invention also relates to an assembly comprising such a device.
  • a device for bringing fluid bodies and / or solid bodies into mutual contact, which comprises a turntable, on different surfaces of which two veins of fluid bodies and / or solid bodies are accelerated and repressed, under the effect of centrifugal force, on the periphery of the plate so as to come into contact with each other. It is preferable to use the opposite surfaces of the same tray.
  • one of the veins is constituted by a solid body in the form of powder, which is brought, by a downward movement, onto the upper surface of a tray with horizontal centrifugal pallets, while the other vein is formed by a gas and directed towards the lower face of the plate whose diameter is much greater than that of the supply conduits of each vein.
  • the gas stream rises around the periphery of the plate, taking with it, towards a fluidizing section located at the top of the device, the powder leaving the upper surface of the plate at this periphery.
  • solid-solid or solid-liquid mixers comprise a central vertical tube, or fixed primary shaft which opens into a first chamber delimited by a primary crown driven in rotation around the fixed central tube and by an anvil rotating in the same direction as the primary crown and having a diameter much greater than that of the central tube.
  • the products fall into the central tube and strike the anvil in its central part, so that they are rejected towards the periphery in a second chamber determined by an upper disc rotating in the same direction as the primary crown and a disc lower turning in opposite direction.
  • the first chamber is completely included in the second, which is directly located under a hopper filled with solid products.
  • the edges of the lower and upper discs have studs arranged in staggered rows: the mixed products are ejected through baffles formed by these studs and are recovered for later use.
  • One of the aims of the present invention is therefore to provide a device in particular for uniformly distributing solid and / or liquid particles which can also simultaneously make it possible to produce homogeneous mixtures and / or to reduce the size of the particles.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide such an apparatus which is energy efficient and easy to maintain.
  • a device in particular for uniformly distributing solid and / or liquid particles which is characterized, according to the present invention, by the fact that it comprises, on the one hand, a primary shaft, vertical and hollow, which is rotated and whose lower end comprises a substantially horizontal primary crown whose lower face is provided with vertical teeth arranged in concentric circles, and, on the other hand, a secondary, vertical and hollow shaft, inside which said primary shaft is coaxially arranged, which is rotated in a direction opposite to the direction of rotation of said primary shaft, and the lower end of which comprises a cylindrical cage constituted by a secondary crown, integral with said lower end and of greater width than said primary crown and by a disc connected to the lower face of said secondary crown by at least three bars, said disc comprising at its upper face, which is opposite the lower face of said secondary crown, on the one hand, vertical teeth arranged concentrically and staggered with respect to those which comprises said primary crown which is located inside of said cylindrical cage, and, on
  • the diameter of the anvil is at least equal to that of the primary shaft.
  • the material is introduced into a removable tube arranged coaxially inside said primary shaft of which it is integral in rotation and the circular anvil has a diameter at least equal to that of said removable tube.
  • the removable tube has a screw over its entire height which is rotated.
  • the removable tube is arranged inside the primary shaft of which it is integral in rotation, and its lower end describes a crown above the circular anvil, the diameter of which is at least equal to the diameter outside of the crown thus described.
  • This device can be mounted on a horizontal plate which it crosses and to the lower face of which is fixed a cylindrical-conical skirt which widens towards the cylindrical cage and the lower edge of which is substantially lower than the disk of said cage.
  • this skirt has in its cylindrical part an area of large openings, and the secondary shaft in an area located under this area of large openings, comprises a propeller consisting of at least two blades rotating in the space delimited by this secondary shaft and the cylindrical part of this skirt.
  • a means for stopping the particles is located on the underside of the horizontal plate; it consists of a set of square frames of the same axis as the secondary shaft, on each of which are hung hanging screens whose surface is proportional to the distribution on the ground of solid particles.
  • these screens are arranged symmetrically with respect to the diagonals of all the frames and to the perpendicular bisectors on each side of these frames.
  • this set consists of five frames, numbered from 1 to 5 from the center, the width of the half-screen located at the corner of the fifth frame being defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 72, that of the screen located on the fourth frame by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 45, that of the screen located on the third frame by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 60, that of the screen located on the second frame by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 90, that of the screen located on the first frame being defined by an angle of ⁇ / 180 and that of the half-screen located on the fifth frame being defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 72, all these angles at the center being contiguous, this pattern thus defined being repeated twice without discontinuity.
  • the disc of the cylindrical cage has a central opening and the circular anvil is arranged on fins determining between them passages for the flow of the product sucked through the central opening.
  • the present invention also relates to an assembly which is constituted by a truncated-pyramidal enclosure the upper face of which is constituted by the horizontal plate provided with the device described above comprising a cylindro-conical skirt and a propeller, and the underside of which is open above a means for collecting the treated product.
  • the device comprises, on the one hand, a primary shaft 1, vertical and hollow and on the other hand, a secondary shaft 2 vertical and hollow in which is disposed coaxially the primary shaft 1.
  • a primary shaft 1 vertical and hollow
  • a secondary shaft 2 vertical and hollow in which is disposed coaxially the primary shaft 1.
  • the primary shaft 1 has at its lower end a substantially horizontal primary ring 4 whose lower face is provided with vertical teeth 5. These are arranged in concentric circles. This primary shaft 1 is rotated by a first motor 6 thanks to a belt 7 cooperating with a pulley 8 secured to the upper end of the primary shaft 1.
  • the secondary shaft 2 has at its lower part a cylindrical cage 10 enclosing the primary crown 4.
  • This cylindrical cage 10 is constituted by a secondary crown 11 secured to the lower end of the secondary shaft 2 and of greater width than the primary crown 4, and by a disc 12 connected to the underside of the secondary crown 11 by four bars 13 in the present exemplary embodiment.
  • This disc 12 has on its upper face, that is to say facing the lower face of the secondary crown 11, vertical teeth 14 which are arranged concentrically and staggered with respect to the teeth 5 of the primary crown 4: during the rotation in the opposite direction of the two primary 1 and secondary 2 shafts, the teeth of a crown describe circles arranged between those described by the teeth of the other crown.
  • the disc 12 has at its center a circular anvil 15 of the same axis as it: this anvil 15 is located at the top of a rod 16.
  • the device also comprises a removable tube 20 which is arranged coaxially inside the primary shaft 1 of which it is integral in rotation.
  • the lower end of this removable tube 20 opens out above the circular anvil 15, the diameter of which is barely greater than that of the removable tube 20.
  • the removable tube 20 includes a funnel 21 located under the lower opening 22 of a frustoconical hopper 23 containing the product or products to be treated. These are introduced into this hopper 23 by one or more feed troughs 24.
  • the opening 22 is open, the pulverulent products fall into the removable tube 20 which is in rotation just like the primary 1 and secondary 2 shafts : thanks to the suction created by this rotation, the descent of the products is facilitated.
  • the funnel 21 and / or the hopper 23 have an air inlet.
  • this removable tube 20 is not essential, the same result would be obtained by using the primary shaft 1 as a tube, but because of its removable nature, the removable tube 20 allows greater flexibility of use, as well as the will have easily understood the skilled person.
  • FIG. 2 This figure also relates to an alternative embodiment for the removable tube 20.
  • the latter is constituted by a coaxial obviouslye20 party and a lower portion 20 b vertical and with an axis parallel to the axis of the primary shaft 1. Consequently, during its rotation, the lower part 20 b describes a cylinder: therefore the product falls according to a crown 46 on the circular anvil 15.
  • cylindrical-conical skirt 27 which is fixed to a horizontal plate 28 through which the device passes.
  • This plate 28 can be the upper wall of an enclosure 47, the lower part of which is open above a device 48 for collecting the treated product.
  • the cylindrical-conical skirt 27 widens towards the cylindrical cage 10 and its lower edge is situated in a plane slightly lower than that of the disc 12.
  • the device comprises a propeller 29 whose blades are fixed on the secondary shaft 2 and outside.
  • the cylindrical part 27 a of the cylindrical-conical skirt has large openings in its zone situated above the propeller 29 so as to allow gas circulation as shown in FIG. 3.
  • the tronco-pyramidal enclosure 47 has a square cross-section and in fact constitutes a relaxation chamber.
  • This mist is deposited by gravity on a means 48 intended to collect the products thus treated.
  • This means 48, on which the products are therefore perfectly spread and in a determined quantity, is generally a conveyor belt.
  • an assembly 30 consisting of metal frames in a plane slightly greater than that of the secondary crown 11.
  • this assembly consists of five frames 31 to 35, on which are hung screens 36 whose length increases from the inner frame, or first frame 31, to the outer frame or fifth frame 35. These screens make it possible to stop the particles expelled from the cylindrical cage 10 and have a surface proportional to the distribution surface on the ground, constituted by the means 48 for collecting the treated product.
  • the five frames 31 to 35 are square and have as axis of symmetry the axis of rotation of the device. They are suspended under the horizontal plate 28 by known means, the latter being part of the enclosure 47 already described.
  • the screens are arranged symmetrically with respect to the diagonals and the perpendicular bisectors on each side of these frames. On a half-side, the following pattern is repeated twice continuously: a half-side therefore has three patterns.
  • the width of the first half-screen 37 located at the corner of the fifth frame 35 is defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 72; that of the screen 38 located on the fourth frame 34 is defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 45; that of the screen 39 located on the third frame 33 is defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 60; that of the screen 40 located on the second frame 32 is defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 90; that of the screen 41 located on the first frame 31 is defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 180; and that of the second half-screen 42 located on the fifth frame 35 is defined by an angle at the center of ⁇ / 72.
  • FIG 6 there is shown a cylindrical cage 10 more particularly suitable for mixing liquids or liquids and solids.
  • the disc 12 has a central opening 43 externally limited by a cylindrical wall 44.
  • the circular anvil 15 is mounted on fins 45 determining between them passages for the flow of the fluid sucked through the opening 43.
