Abstract

本发明公开了一种旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置,有壳体,壳体装于基座上,壳体上有进料口和出料口,壳体中装有动力轴,动力轴上装有旋转叶轮,其特征是:动力轴所装有的旋转叶轮包括正转叶轮和逆转叶轮,位于进料口内的动力轴上装有进料叶轮。其有益效果为:结构新颖独特、设计巧妙,可在不提高叶轮转速的情况下成倍地提高被处理物的冲击速度,从而提高了细、均、乳化性能,有效地突破了电动机许可转速所带来的对整个装置性能的限制。

Description

旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置
技术领域:
本发明涉及物理方法及装置中的混合、细化、均匀、乳化技术,是一种混合、细化、均匀、乳化机械,具体地说,是一种旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置。
背景技术:
旋转冲击式细、均、乳化机械是工业上长期以来被广泛应用的一种细、均、乳化机械。现有的该类机械都具有同一轴心线按半径方向交错布置的固定叶盘和回转叶轮。为了提高其细、均、乳化性能,除了提高叶轮的转速或加大叶轮直径以外,人们在叶轮、叶片的形状上作了很多研究,如减小固定叶盘和回转叶轮之间的间隙、减小叶片间豁口的宽度、增加叶片的数量、增加叶盘和叶轮的数量等等。提高叶轮的转速、加快被处理物的冲击速度是一种有效的手段。但是,受电动机许可转速的限制,叶轮转速的提高也受到了制约。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种可在不提高叶轮转速的情况下成倍地提高被处理物的冲击速度,从而提高了细、均、乳化性能的旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置,有壳体,壳体装于基座上,壳体上有进料口和出料口,壳体中装有动力轴,动力轴上装有旋转叶轮,其特征是:动力轴所装有的旋转叶轮包括正转叶轮和逆转叶轮,位于出料口内的动力轴上装有进料叶轮。
本发明中所述的装有正转叶轮和逆转叶轮的动力轴由空心动力轴和装于空心动力轴内的实心动力轴构成,正转叶轮、逆转叶轮分别装于空心动力轴内及实心动力轴中的一根轴上。正转叶轮和逆转叶轮各有至少1个。不同旋转方向的正转叶轮、逆转叶轮在同一轴心线上按半径方向交错布置。当正转叶轮、逆转叶轮各有1个以上时,正转叶轮、逆转叶轮分别做成整体式或分别采用拼装式结构。进料叶轮采用离心泵叶轮。
本发明的有益效果为:结构新颖独特、设计巧妙,可在不提高叶轮转速的情况下成倍地提高被处理物的冲击速度,从而提高了细、均、乳化性能,有效地突破了电动机许可转速所带来的对整个装置性能的限制。

图中1是基座,2是轴承箱,3是密封件外壳,4是密封件压板,5是乳化机壳体,6是螺栓,7是乳化机前壳体,8是离心泵叶轮,9是正转叶轮,10是逆转叶轮,11是键,12是逆转叶轮底板,13是机械密封件或密封填料,14是轴承,15是轴承压板,16是油封,17是空心动力轴,18是实心动力轴,19是皮带轮或齿轮,20是螺帽。
具体实施方式:
图1、2描述了本实用新型的一个实施例,其为正转叶轮9、逆转叶轮分别采用整体式结构形式。有壳体,壳体装于基座1上,壳体上有进料口和出料口,壳体中装有动力轴,动力轴上装有旋转叶轮,其与现有技术的不同之处是:动力轴所装有的旋转叶轮包括正转叶轮9(图2、图3、图4中的9-1、9-2、9-3等)和逆转叶轮10(图2、图3、图4中的10-1、10-2等),位于进料口内的动力轴上装有进料叶轮8。所述的装有正转叶轮9和逆转叶轮10的动力轴由空心动力轴17和装于空心动力轴17内的实心动力轴18构成,正转叶轮9、逆转叶轮10分别装于空心动力轴17及实心动力轴18中的一根轴上。正转叶轮9和逆转叶轮10各有1个或1个以上的其它数量个。不同旋转方向的正转叶轮9、逆转叶轮10在同一轴心线上按半径方向交错布置。当正转叶轮9、逆转叶轮10的数量为1个以上时,可分别采用整体式,也可分别采用拼装式结构。进料叶轮8采用离心泵叶轮。
图4为正转叶轮9、逆转叶轮分别采用拼装式的结构形式。
本发明的基本原理是:
液体或粉粒状的固体物料在正转叶轮(或逆转叶轮)叶片的作用下获得离心力,按图3中所示方向与逆转叶轮(或正转叶轮)叶片高速冲击而被粉碎、细化而达到混合、乳化,又在逆转叶轮(或正转叶轮)叶片的作用下向下一级叶轮叶片冲击,如此反复直至出料口。

Claims (5)

1、一种旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置,有壳体,壳体装于基座上,壳体上有进料口和出料口,壳体中装有动力轴,动力轴上装有旋转叶轮,其特征是:动力轴所装有的旋转叶轮包括正转叶轮和逆转叶轮,位于进料口内的动力轴上装有进料叶轮;装有正转叶轮和逆转叶轮的动力轴由空心动力轴和装于空心动力轴内的实心动力轴构成,正转叶轮、逆转叶轮分别装于空心动力轴及实心动力轴中的一根轴上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置,其特征是:正转叶轮和逆转叶轮各有至少1个。
3、根据权利要求2所述的旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置,其特征是:不同旋转方向的正转叶轮、逆转叶轮在同一轴心线上按半径方向交错布置。
4、根据权利要求2所述的旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置,其特征是:当正转叶轮、逆转叶轮各有1个以上时,正转叶轮、逆转叶轮分别做成整体式或分别采用拼装式结构。
5、根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转冲击式细、均、乳化装置,其特征是:进料叶轮采用离心泵叶轮。
