  • the microprocessor operated electronic control system makes readily available an entire series of functions additional to the basic functions for steam bath operation simply by storing in the memory of the system, during manufacture, the appropriate programme. Such additional functions augment practicality and facility of use.
  • the type of climate selected and the instantaneous temperature inside the steam bath cabinet (measured by a suitable sensor located in the cabinet and connected to the electronic control unit 32).
  • the container 17 requires to be periodically topped up with salt to regenerate the resins in the cartridges 15.
  • a low salt level in the container 17 can be automatically indicated on the alphanumeric display by means of a suitable phrase that appears after a certain number of steam bath cycles. This prevents personnel oversights and ensures timely salt refurnishment.

  • a radio receiver system controllable by the microprocessor system capable, for instance, of memorizing a certain number of radio channels through the agency of the previously mentioned operating device 33 with keyboard; the sound diffusion can be readily disposed in the ceiling of the steam bath cabinet.
  • Another possible device is a lamp 37 for lighting the interior of the steam bath cabinet that can for instance be fed through the intermediary of the switch 34 and will also seve as a clearly visible indication that the steam bath cabinet installation electrical system is on.

Claims (13)

1. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers, bestehend aus einem Heizkessel zur Erhitzung des Wassers (12) durch erste elektrische, in demselben enthaltene Heizwiderstände (13) zur Dampferzeugung und aus einer Rohrleitung (27), die den Heizkessel (12) mit Dampfaustrittsmündungen (28) im Inneren der Kabine (11) verbindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dampferzeuger in einem im allgemeinen kastenförmigen Behälter (10) aufgenommen ist, der Grundabmessungen aufweist, die gleich den Abmessungen des oberen Endes der Kabine (11) sind, an die der Behälter (10) oben unter Bildung einer Einheit mit derselben angebracht. wird.
2. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im, im allgemeinen kastenförmigen Behälter (10) auch eine Leitung (29) aufgenommen ist, die mit ihren Enden mit der Kabine (11) verbunden ist und ein Ansauggebläse (30) und zweite elektrische Heizwiderstände (31) für die Rückströmung und die Erhitzung in der Kabine (11) enthaltenen Heizatmosphäre umfaßt.
3. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wasser durch die Betätigung eines Zuführelektroventils (18) unmittelbar dem Wasserverteilernetz entnommen wird.
4. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wasser vor der Einbringung in den Heizkessel (12) durch Harze (15) mit Entkalkungs- und/oder Entchlorungsmitteln geführt wird.
5. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versorgungssteuerung der ersten und der zweiten Widerstände (13, 31) des Zuführelelektroventils (18) und des Ansauggebläses (30) mittels eines elektronischen Zeitschaltkreises (32) erfolgt.
6. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elektronische Zeitschaltkreis (32) durch eine Steuervorrichtung (33) programmiert werden kann, um eine veränderliche Dampferzeugungsdauer und eine veränderliche Innentemperatur der Kabine zu erhalten.
7. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (33) innerhalb der Kabine (11) angeordnet ist.
8. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (33) und der elektronische Zeitschaltkreis (32) in der Form einer Mikroprozesseinheit ausgeführt sind.
9. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (33) mittels einer Tastatur mit einer undurchlässigen Membran ausgeführt ist.
10. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuervorrichtung (33) auch ein alphanumerisches Sichtgerät aufweist.
11. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am alphanumerischen Sichtgerät die Mikroprozesseinheit über ein in ihr enthaltenes Programm Meldungen sichtbar macht, die die Betriebsweise des Dampferzeugers und des Mikroprozess-Systems betreffen.
12. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach einem der vörstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektrische Versorgung für den Dampferzeuger mittels eines elektrischen Schalters (34) unterbrochen werden kann, der durch einen mechanischen Druckknopf (35) gesteuert wird, der außerhalb am Boden des im allgemeinen kastenförmigen Behälters (10) angeordnet ist.
13. Eine Kombination einer Dampfsaunabadkabine (11) und eines Dampferzeugers nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit dem Dampfkessel (12) ein Ablaufsystem verbunden ist, das aus einem durch die T-förmige Verbindung von drei Rohrleitungen (20, 22, 24) gebildeten Siphon (21) besteht, die an ihren anderen Enden jeweils wie folgt verbunden sind: eine erste Rohrleitung (20) mit dem Heizkessel (12), eine zweite Rohrleitung (22) mit einem Wasserablauf (23) und eine dritte Rohrleitung (24) mit einem Ablaufelektroventil (25), das mit dem Wassernetz verbunden ist und durch den elektrischen Kreis (32) gesteuert wird, und das bei seiner Erregung dem vom Wassernetz abgeleiteten Wasser es erlaubt, die drei Rohrleitungen (20, 22, 24) zu füllen, wobei der Heizkessel (12) durch das Wasser wieder gespült wird und ein Siphoneffekt ausgelöst wird, der dem in den drei Rohrleitungen (20, 22, 24) und im Heizkessel (12) enthaltenen Wasser bei der folgenden Abregung des Abflaufelektroventils (25) erlaubt, durch die dritte Rohrleitung (24) innerhalb des Ablaufes (23) abzulaufen, wobei die drei Rohrleitungen und der Heizkessel (12) entleert werden.
