Claims (8)
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant, comprenant une pompe de carburant électrique (8) qui peut être intégrée dans un réservoir de carburant d'un véhicule automobile et fixée par l'intermédiaire d'un élément amortisseur de bruit (13) ou d'éléments élastiques (18) sur un élément inférieur (6) qui, avec une section de conduite de refoulement inférieure (9) reliée par l'intermédiaire d'un autre élément amortisseur de bruit (11) au raccord de refoulement de la pompe de carburant (8), est emboîté sur une section de conduite forcée supérieure (2) solidaire d'un bouchon de réservoir (1), guidé de manière rigide en rotation par un guidage solidaire du bouchon de réservoir (1) et maintenu, sous l'action d'un ressort de compression (5) agissant sur l'élément inférieur (6) et par l'intermédiaire de moyens d'écartement, à une distance définie par rapport au fond (7) du réservoir, caractérisé en ce que le guidage est constitué par une section de conduite de retour supérieure (4) sur laquelle l'élément inférieur (6) est emboîté avec une section de conduite de retour inférieure (3) qui débouche dans le réservoir de carburant, le ressort de compression (5) est engagé entre le bouchon de réservoir (1) et l'élément inférieur (6) sur la section de conduite de retour (4), et l'élément inférieur (6) prenant appui sur le fond (7) du réservoir, dans le prolongement de l'axe de la conduite de retour.
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément inférieur (6) emboîté sur la section de conduite de retour supérieure (4) est maintenu de manière axialement imperdable par une douille de guidage (15) qui, de manière élastique, s'écarte radialement vers l'extérieur lors de l'emboîtement, et par une saillie d'arrêt (16) conformée sur l'élément inférieur (6).
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans la section de conduite de refoulement inférieure (9) recevant la section de conduite de refoulement supérieure (2) est ménagée une gorge circulaire dans laquelle est logé un joint d'étanchéité (18).
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la pompe de carburant électrique est élastiquement appliquée par l'élément amortisseur (11) conformé en soufflet contre une surface axiale d'un oeil de palier (10) de l'élément inférieur (6).
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément amortisseur de bruit (13) est disposé entre des surfaces axiales et radiales de l'oeil de palier (10) et la pompe de carburant électrique (8).
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le côté de la pompe dirigé vers le fond (7) du réservoir comporte un élément filtrant (12).
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément filtrant (12) est conformé en élément amortisseur qui repose sur le fond du réservoir et présente une rigidité élastique plus grande que celle du soufflet (11) situé entre la pompe de carburant électrique (8) et la section de conduite de refoulement inférieure (9).
- Dispositif d'alimentation en carburant selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément filtrant (12) est relié à la pompe de carburant électrique par l'intermédiaire d'un élément amortisseur supplémentaire (19).
