- the present invention relates to a plastic closure with a lower part which can be placed on a container neck and has a spout and a spout which is closed at the upper end and serves as a sealing pin, and a swivel cap which is rotatably connected to the lower part and has a central opening in the closed state of the closure protrudes sealingly into the upper closed end of the pouring spout.
- Such closures have been on the market for many years and have proven themselves as closures on plastic containers, in particular for liquid soaps and cosmetics. Only few disadvantages of such closures have been shown in the area used to date. The main problem is the lack of tightness.
- the above-mentioned closures according to the prior art operate with a lower part which is stationary during the opening and closing of the closure and a grommet or pin and one which is firmly connected thereto vertically in the axial direction, relative to the lower part movable cap.
- the seal between the lower part and the cap takes place on the one hand between the central grommet on the lower part and the edge of the central opening of the cap in the closed state of the closure and on the other hand directly between the outer ring wall of the lower part or the container neck and the vertical ring wall of the cap.
- the seal is usually made via the internal thread of the cap and the external thread of the lower part or the container neck.
- Plastic closures of the type mentioned above were not used for foods that require significantly higher tightness requirements. Such containers are usually sealed with an aluminum foil. But because closures with a sealing pin prevent them from twisting off Such closures could not be used on sealed containers. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a plastic closure according to the preamble of claim 1, which has better sealing properties. It is a further object of the invention to design the closure in such a way that it might also be suitable for use on sealed containers.
- a plastic closure according to the preamble of the patent claim, which is characterized in that the pouring spout can be moved up and down in the axial direction and is secured or held in the lower part in the radial direction, and that the spout has an external thread, which has an internal thread in at least one part of the wall arranged around the spout, arranged under the central opening in the cap, combs.

- the vertical jacket wall 20 of the cap 2 slides over the vertical jacket wall 10 of the lower part 1.
- the lower end of the jacket wall 20 slides during axial displacement behind a grant belt 18 which is connected to the jacket wall 10 of the lower part via thin webs or bridges 19. In this position the lock is closed and guaranteed.
- the pouring spout 3 is here a cylinder 30 which is closed at the end, with an external thread 31.
- a hood 32 which is less pronounced, however. This in turn fits sealingly into the central opening 22.
- the spout 31 has only two diametrically opposed pliers-like wall parts tien 29, which are provided with thread 24. In the closed position in FIG. 9, the wall parts are in the sectional plane and therefore visible, while in the open position (FIG. 10) they lie outside the sectional plane and are therefore not recognizable.
