Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Hubeinrichtung neben der Bahn des Transportsystems angeordnet ist und wenigstens einen heb- und senkbaren Träger aufweist, der bis unter einen vom Transportsystem herangeführten palettierten Gutstapel bewegbar ist, wobei der Träger davon abstehende Auflager für den palettierten Gutstapel aufweist und die Auflager aus einer horizontalen in eine vertikale Stellungbewegbar sind. Die gesamte Hubeinrichtung ist damit neben der Bahn des Transportsystems und unterhalb der Schrumpfeinrichtung angeordnet, so daß der Aufwand für eine Grube und die die darin unterzubringenden Aggregate überflüssig ist. Durch entsprechende Steuerung der Bewegungen einerseits des oder der Träger und andererseits der Auflager können die Auflager so unter die Palette gebracht werden, daß mit ihrer Hilfe die Palette und der darauf befindliche Gutstapel von der Stellfläche des Karrens abgehoben werden kann. Claims (6)

  1. Apparatus for shrinking shrinkable hoods which surround a palleted stack of goods (1), said apparatus comprising a shrinkage means (6), a conveyor (4) for conveying the palleted stack of goods (1), which conveyor travels past the shrinkage means (6), a lifting arrangement for raising the palleted stack of goods (1), which lifting arrangement is disposed beneath the shrinkage means (6), and a suction fan which is disposed in the region of the lifting arrangement, characterised in that the lifting arrangement is disposed adjacent the path of the conveyor (4) and has at least one raisable and lowerable carrier (8), which is displaceable beneath a palleted stack of goods (1, 2) supplied by the conveyor (4), the carrier (8) having support means (10) protruding therefrom for supporting the palleted stack of goods (1, 2), and the support means (10) being displaceable from a horizontal position into a vertical position.
  2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that two or more carriers (8), which are pivotable about their longitudinal axes, are provided.
  3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the carrier or carriers (8) are displaceable in the direction of their longitudinal axes.
  4. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the carrier or carriers (8) are mounted in a drive housing (7) which, in turn, is reciprocatingly displaceable in a vertical manner on a support column (5).
  5. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the drive housing (7) is guided on the support column or columns (5) of the shrinkage means (6),
  6. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the carrier or carriers (8) comprise tubes, which communicate with the suction fan and have air inlet apertures (11).
