Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour fixer, avec une machine, des feuilles d'étanchéité pour toits et des matériaux isolants associés sur des toits, en particulier sur des tôles trapézoïdales ou sur du béton cellulaire autoclavé, ainsi que sur des toits plats de toutes sortes, avec lequel la feuille et les isolants sont assemblés avec la base, à la machine et avec une stabilité mécanique, au moyen de supports métalliques (7) et de vis pour construction de toits (6) préalablement mis en place de façon lâche et serrés au moyen d'un tournevis (20) en position verticale, dispositif dans lequel les supports métalliques (7) et les vis pour construction de toits (6) traversent respectivement un distributeur, dont les cadences sont synchronisées, caractérisé en ce qu'on met d'abord en place à chaque fois un support métallique (7) et une vis pour construction de toits (6), ensuite le support métallique (7), puis la vis pour construction de toits sont amenés en position de montage finale après avoir atteint le point mort bas du tournevis (20) pendant la course ascendante dudit tournevis, tandis que l'amenée d'autres supports métalliques (7) et d'autres vis pour construction de toits (6) est bloquée et, à l'issue de chaque opération de montage, une autre combinaison, formée d'un support métallique (7) et d'une vis pour construction de toits (6), est mise en place de manière appropriée au montage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en qu'il comporte une armature (1) mobile, sur ou dans laquelle les magasins (8) et (9/10) sont disposés de manière a loger les supports métalliques lâches (7) et les vis pour construction de toits (6) avec leur distributeur, ainsi que des éléments d'amenée et de travail.
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le distributeur (15) de supports métalliques (7) comporte un disque de blocage, monté en rotation et de manière oblique sur la plaque de fond (16), présentant un évidement intérieur (18) de la dimension et de la forme des supports métalliques (7), l'épaisseur géométrique du matériau du disque de blocage correspondant à celle des supports métalliques (7).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le ditributeur de vis pour construction de toits (6) est formé d'un tambour (11) commandé par cames, pourvu de leviers d'arrêt (24), de préférence cylindrique et monté en rotation.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le magasin (8) des supports métalliques (7) est formé, de préférence, de supports d'angle disposés verticalement sur la plaque de fond (16) au moyen de vis, de manière oblique par rapport à l'axe de la plaque de fond.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le magasin (5) des vis pour construction de toits (6) est formé de passages pour vis (9) disposés parallèlement entre eux et inclinés par rapport à l'axe du dispositif, qui conduisent à un passage pour vis (10) orienté de manière inclinée et conduisant au tambour (11) à leviers d'arrêt commandé par cames.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée des supports métalliques (7) en position de montage est réalisée au moyen d'une coulisse (14) commandée par leviers, les leviers (13) qui commandent la coulisse (14) des deux côtés étant actionnés par une force de compression dirigée verticalement, tandis que les leviers (13) sont guidés dans deux rainures disposées verticalement et horizontalement et déplacent ainsi la coulisse (14) à l'intérieur d'un rail (30) fraisé et pouvant être déplacé longitudinalement, qui, par suite, au moyen d'un tenon (32) venant en prise dans le séparateur (15), fait tourner ce dernier de manière retardée.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée des vis pour construction de toits (6) s'effectue au moyen des leviers (24) du tambour (11) commandé par cames, lesquels s'engagent dans le dispositif d'amenée, en ce que ledit tambour est pivoté d'une position de blocage en une position de libération.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le tambour à leviers d'arrêt (11) comporte une rainure en courbe (24) orientée verticalement, dans laquelle s'engage un tenon (22) disposé sur le piston (12) pouvant être déplacé verticalement dans la colonne de pression (3).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le tambour à leviers d'arrêt (11) comporte un tenon qui s'engage dans une rainure en courbe, disposée de manière à pouvoir être déplacée verticalement dans la colonne de pression (3).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une douille de guidage (19), servant à ajuster le tournevis (20) est disposée verticalement au-dessus de la position de montage finale des supports métalliques (7), dont la paroi présente un évidement (27) qui laisse venir la vis pour construction de toits (6) dans la position de montage finale.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la colonne de pression (3) pourvue d'un ressort intérieur (35) peut être déplacée dans l'enceinte de manière télescopique, deux poignées orientées perpendiculairement à l'axe de la colonne étant disposées sur la colonne de pression (3), ainsi qu'une griffe de maintien prévue pour fixer le tournevis (20).
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un bloqueur de ressort (34) est disposé à l'intérieur de la colonne de pression (3), qui, au moyen d'un écarteur dynamique (36), est relié au piston (12) pouvant se déplacer verticalement dans la colonne de pression (3), le trou oblong (38) prévu dans l'écarteur (36) provoquant un retard du déplacement du piston.
