Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Druckzylinder einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, dessen Achszapfen sich über ein Lager in oder an einer Druckwerkseitenwand abstützt.The invention relates to a printing cylinder of a rotary printing press, the axle journal of which is supported by a bearing in or on a printing unit side wall.
Aus der DE-A-33 18 316 ist eine Vorrichtung dieser Art bekannt, bei der das Lager eines Druckwerkzylinders in einem verschiebbar angeordneten Backenfutter gehalten ist, wobei die Halteposition des Backenfutters durch Schrauben einstellbar ist. Verstellbare Anschläge sind nicht vorhanden. Aus der DE-PS 470 937 ist es bekannt, einen in einer Druckwerkseitenwand angeordneten, das Achszapfenlager stützenden Träger in der Ebene der Druckwerkseitenwand abzusenken, nachdem zuvor von einer die Hülse achsparallel zum Druckwerkzylinder zuführenden Hilfseinrichtung der Achszapfen erfaßt, d.h. abgestützt wurde. Dadurch kann die Hülse durch eine Öffnung in der Druckwerkseitenwand über das Achszapfenlager auf einen Tiefdruckzylinder aufgeschoben werden. Anschließend wird der Träger wieder gegen das Achszapfenlager hochgefahren und die Hilfsvorrichtung entfernt. Es ist allgemein bekannt und auch dieser Vorveröffentlichung zu entnehmen, daß derartige Tiefdruckzylinder nicht verschwenkt werden, d.h. daß sie ortsfest in den beiden Druckwerkseitenwänden gelagert werden können. Sollen beispielsweise Hülsen auf Druckwerkzylinder aufgebracht werden, die zur Anstellung an einen weiteren benachbarten Druckwerkzylinder verstellbar, d.h. üblicherweise exzentrisch gelagert werden müssen, so ist eine sichere Aufbringung mit dieser bekannten Vorrichtung nicht möglich.From DE-PS 470 937 it is known to lower a support arranged in a printing unit side wall and supporting the journal bearing in the plane of the printing unit side wall, after having previously grasped the axle journal by an auxiliary device which supplies the sleeve parallel to the printing unit cylinder, i.e. was supported. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Lagerung eines Druckwerkzylinders so auszubilden, daß auch einstellbare bzw. in einer bestimmten Position zu haltende vorzugsweise exzentrisch gelagerte Zylinder, beispielsweise Form- und/oder Gummi(Offset)zylinder in Hochdruck-, Flexodruck-und Offsetdruckmaschinen mit einer durch eine Öffnung in der Druckwerkseitenwand zu schiebende Hülse ausgestattet werden können, wobei sichergestellt werden soll, daß durch den Aufbringungsvorgang der Abstand des Zylinders zu einem benachbarten Zylinder nicht verändert wird. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Anwendung der Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und aus der Beschreibung in Verbindung mit den beiliegenden Zeichnungen. Diese zeigen:

Es genügt, wenn die erfindungsgemäße Lagerung an einer Druckwerkseitenwand 1, die in der Zeichnung teilweise dargestellt ist, vorhanden ist. Vorzugsweise an der Innenseite der Druckwerkseitenwand 1 ist ein in der Ebene der Druckwerkseitenwand 1 verschiebbares Backenfutter 3 vorgesehen, das in Richtung der Pfeile 4, 5 auseinander- und zusammenfahrbar ist. In erfindungsgemäßer Weise ist das Backenfutter einstellbar bzw. seine Bewegung begrenzt, so daß die Position des Druckwerkzylinders 9 ebenfalls einstellbar ist. Hierfür werden Anschläge 10 verwendet. Vorzugsweise dienen als Anschläge 10 verdrehbare an der Druckwerkseitenwand 1 direkt oder indirekt gehaltene Exzenter. Durch spezifische Beaufschlagung der Backen 19, 20, 21 z.B. mittels Kolben, und der Steuerung der beweglichen Anschläge kann z.B. die Druckabstellung direkt über die Backenfutter 16, 17, 18 erfolgen. Für das Auseinander- und Zusammenfahren der Backenfutter können z.B. ebenfalls an den Seitenwänden gehaltene Kraftkolben verwendet weden. Backenfutter bzw. Backen sowie die Anschläge bzw.
