Abstract

Torblatt, bestehend aus einem Rahmen mit einer parallel zur Rahmenebene verlaufenden, in den von dem Rahmen umfaßten Raum hineinragenden Leiste (6), und aus einer Holzfüllung oder dergleichen mit mindestens einer sich über die Breite der Füllung erstreckenden Blechblende (1), die eine kleinere Höhe als die Holzfüllung oder dergleichen aufweist, mit dieser verschraubt ist, mit ihrem von der Holzfüllung abgewandten freien Rand mit Abstand vom benachbarten horizontalen Profilstab (7) und von dessen Leiste (6) angeordnet ist und im Bereich ihres freien Randes mit mindestens einem Halter (2) verbunden ist, der auf die Leiste (6) des dem freien Rand der Blechblende (1) benachbarten Profilstabes (7) gesteckt ist, wobei der Halter (2) zum Zwecke einer möglichst einfachen Herstellung mit parallel zu dem Verlauf des freien Randes der Blechblende (1) beidseitig vorstehenden Klemmlaschen (3, 3') versehen ist, die von Randbereichen des freien Randes der Blechblende (1) klemmend umfaßt sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Torblatt mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes des Anspruches 1.
  • Ein solches Torblatt ist aus dem deutschen Patent 15 09 473 bekannt, auf die Offenbarung dieser Patentschrift wird hier in vollem Umfange bezug genommen.
  • Die dort verwendeten Halter sind mit dem freien Rand der Blechblende durch Vernieten, Verschrauben oder dergleichen verbunden. Ein solches Vorgehen ist verhältnismäßig arbeits­aufwendig.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Torblatt der eingangs genannten Art zur Verfügung zu stellen, das sich weniger aufwendig herstellen läßt.
  • Ausgehend von einem Torblatt mit den Merkmalen des Oberbe­griffes des Anspruches 1 wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß durch dessen kennzeichnende Merkmale gelöst.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird der Halter bzw. werden die Halter im freien Randbereich der Blechblende, insbesondere Stahlblech­blende, durch Verklemmen festgelegt. Dazu sind beidseitig des Halters in Längsrichtung des freien Randes abstrebende Klemmlaschen vorgesehen, insbesondere einstückig an dem als Blechteil ausgebildeten Halter ausgeformt, die im Endbereich des freien Randes der Blechblende 1 liegen derart, daß diese Blechblende rinnenförmig um die Klemmlaschen bzw. die mit diesen fluchtende freie Kante des der Blechblende zugeordne­ten Schenkels des bzw. der Halter herumgreift, wie dies auch beim eingangs genannten Stand der Technik dem Grundsatz nach bereits verwirklicht ist. Im Bereich der Klemmlaschen des bzw. der Halter wird dann dieser rinnenförmige Rand ledig­lich mit Hilfe eines einfachen Preßwerkzeuges um die Klemm­ laschen herumgebogen, so daß der gebogene Bereich die Klemm­lasche fest zwischen sich aufnimmt und gegen Verschiebungen sowohl in Längsrichtung des freien Randes der Blechblende als auch senkrecht dazu verhindert.
  • In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel wiedergegeben, und zwar in Teilausschnitten einer innenseitigen Draufsicht auf ein entsprechend ausgerüstetes Torblatt sowie einer Teilansicht eines Querschnittes dazu.
  • An der dargestellten unteren Stahlblech-Blende 1 eines Schwingtorflügels ist ein Halter 2, welcher mit seitlich vorstehenden Klemmlaschen 3, 3ʹ versehen ist, mittels Ver­klemmung in diesem Bereich ohne Zusatzteil befestigt. Hier­durch wird ein aufwendiges Nieten oder Schrauben bzw. Schweißen vermieden.
  • Das Sockelprofil wird seitlich in bekannter Weise über Schlitze befestigt und unten mit den Klemmbacken 4 und 5 auf den Steg 6 des unteren Torblattrahmenprofils 7 aufgesteckt.
  • Aus der Zeichnung ergibt sich ohne weiteres, daß durch ein­faches Umfalten des frei auslaufenden rinnenförmigen unteren Randes der Stahlblechblende 1 um die Klemmlaschsen 3 und 3ʹ des Halters 2 herum eine sehr einfach herstellbare und sichere Befestigung erreicht wird. Wie auch bereits beim Stand der Technik, dient diese Verbindung des unteren Rand­bereiches der Stahlblechblende mit der Leiste 6 des unteren Profilholmes 7 dazu, zwischen der Blende 1 und dem Profil 7 einen Luftdurchgang zu ermöglichen.

Claims (2)

1. Torblatt, insbesondere Schwingtorflügel für Garagen, Hallen oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem Rahmen, vorzugsweise aus Stahl-Hohlprofilstäben (7), mit einer pa­rallel zur Rahmenebene verlaufenden, in den Rahmeninnenraum hineinragenden Leiste (6), und aus einer Holzfüllung oder dergleichen mit mindestens einer sich über die Breite der Füllung erstreckenden, vorzugsweise im unteren Bereich des in Schließstellung betrachteten Rahmens festgelegten Blech­blende (1), die eine kleinere Höhe als die Holzfüllung oder dergleichen aufweist, mit dieser verschraubt ist und mit ih­rem von der Holzfüllung abgewendeten freien Rand mit Abstand vom benachbarten horizontalen Profilstab (7) und von dessen Leiste (6) angeordnet ist, wobei die Blechblende (1) im Be­reich ihres freien Randes mit mindestens einem Halter (2) verbunden ist, der auf die Leiste (6) des dem freien Rand der Blechblende (1) benachbarten Profilstabes (7) gesteckt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halter (2) mit parallel zu dem Verlauf des freien Randes der Blechblende (1) beidseitig vorstehenden Klemmlaschen (3, 3ʹ) versehen ist, die von Randbereichen des freien Randes der Blechblende (1) klemmend umfaßt sind.
2. Torblatt nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der bzw. jeder Halter (2) zwei parallele Schenkel (4, 5) aufweist, deren Abstand voneinander der Dicke der Leiste (6) des Pro­filstabes (7) entspricht, welche Schenkel in Längsrichtung des freien Randes der Blechblende gegeneinander versetzt an­geordnet sind.
