Claims (3)

  1. Machine d'emballage par pliage destinée à emballer des cigarettes (2), comportant un revolver d'emballage (1) présentant des mandrins de pliage creux (4) disposés en étoile et susceptible de progresser d'un mandrin de pliage à chaque déplacement et munie de dispositifs (6) destinés à amener à la fois un papier intérieur et un papier extérieur (5, 7) et d'organes de pliage fixes et mobiles (8, 9, 10, 11) pour assurer le pliage du papier intérieur (5) autour d'un mandrin de pliage (4) rempli d'un bloc de cigarettes, et du papier extérieur (7) autour du papier intérieur (5), plié autour du mandrin de pliage (4), caractérisée en ce qu'au-dessus de la zone traversée par les mandrins de pliage (4), dans laquelle a lieu le pliage du papier intérieur jusqu'à la mise en place complète du papier extérieur, est prévu un circuit d'aspiration qui agit sur les mandrins de pliage (4), ces derniers étant pourvus de perforations (19) dans leur paroi arrière par rapport au sens de rotation (12) du revolver.
  2. Machine d'emballage par pliage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le circuit d'aspiration comprend un conduit (17) raccordé à une source de vide et s'étendant sur un secteur circulaire, ledit conduit étant, du côté du mandrin de pliage, pourvu d'orifices d'aspiration (18) dont l'écartement dans le sens circonférentiel est inférieur à la largeur d'un mandrin de pliage (4).
  3. Machine d'emballage par pliage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que des tôles de recouvrement, destinées au circuit d'aspiration disposé entre les mandrins de pliage (4), sont installées entre lesdits mandrins (4).
