Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen innerhalb einer Wanneneinfassung aus Kunststoffschaum anzuordnender Block.
  • Beim Badezimmer wird immer mehr die Auffassung vertreten, daß neben dem rein funktionalen Zweck der Reinigung dieses auch durch wohnliche Gestaltung dem Wohlbefinden der Menschen während ihres Aufenthalts zu dienen hat. Hierzu werden insbesondere freistehende größere oder kleinere Wannen mit Einfassung versehen, die gleichzeitig als Ablageflächen dienen und zum bequemen Sitzen einladen.
  • Die bisherigen Armaturen haben eine sehr geringe Ausladung, daher müssen auch aus Bedienungsgründen Ventile und Ausläufe am Rande der Wanne, d.h. im Bereich der Wanneneinfassung, angeordnet werden. Die Montage dieser Armaturen ist, insbesondere wenn die Wannen aus wärme-und schalltechnischen Gründen durch Kunststoffschaum getragen oder verkleidet sind, schwierig.
  • Aus DE-A-2 709 446 ist eine Auslaufarmaturanordnung bekannt, welche in eine gemauerte Wanneneinfassung einsetzbar ist und einen Behälter mit herausbrechbaren Wandungsabschnitten aufweist.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Armaturenblock zu finden, der eine gute Wärme- und Schalldämmung besitzt, der eine sichere Aufnahme und Befestigung der Armaturen bei einfachem Einbau in verschiedenen Bereichen der Wanneneinfassung erlaubt und der ohne Veränderung auch als Blindblock mit geschlossenen Wandungen, d.h. ohne Durchbrüche, eingebaut werden kann.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gelöst durch einen U-förmigen Querschnitt, dessen Mittelstück außen eine geschlossene Fläche und die Schenkel die Anschlüsse zur restlichen-Wanneneinfassung bilden und durch eine geschlossene Stirnseite, wobei dieser Block mit der geschlossenen Stirnseite nach unten als Armaturenblock und mit der geschlossenen Stirnseite nach oben als Blindblock verwendbar ist und ebenfalls aus Kunststoffschaum besteht.
  • Besondere Ausführungsformen sind in den Unteransprüchen beschrieben.
  • Dadurch ist es möglich, Vormontagen bei günstiger Lage im Armaturenblock vorzunehmen, bevor dieser dann anstelle eines anderen Elementes im gewünschten Bereich der Wanneneinfassung eingesetzt wird. Die Befestigung kann durch Noppen, Nut/Feder und/oder durch Kleben erfolgen.
  • Der Block weist eine Ausnehmung als Montageraum auf, die im allgemeinen nach oben einen oder mehrere Durchbrüche für den Einbau der Armaturen besitzt. Bei quaderförmiger Außengestalt des Blockes sind insbesondere gegenüber zwei durchbrochenen, aneinandergrenzenden Flächen zwei geschlossene Flächen angeordnet, so daß der Block durch Drehen um 180° in der Vertikalen sowohl für den Einbau der Armaturen als auch in Form eines Blind-Elementes eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Weiter ist mindestens eine Verstärkungseinlage vorgesehen, die aus einem Gewebe, einem Geflecht, einer Folie oder einer festen Platte bestehen kann.
  • Schließlich gibt es noch innerhalb des Blockes, insbesondere am Rande, volle Wandteile, die mit Schlitzen bzw. Ausnehmungen für Verankerungsplatten versehen sind und die Bohrungen zur Sichtseite für die Unterbringung der Verankerung der Abdeckplatte besitzen.
  • Als Werkstoffe sind alle Schaumstoffe geeignet. Vorzugsweise wird geschäumtes Polystyrol mit einer Dichte von 25-50 kg/m³, insbesondere von 35-40 kg/m³ verwendet.
  • In der Zeichnung ist der neue Block innerhalb einer Wanneneinfassung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform räumlich dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben:
    Ein Wannenträger 1 besteht aus einer Wanneneinfassung 2, wobei diese Konstruktion aus einem oder mehreren Teilen bestehen kann. In der vorderen Längsseite ist ein zum besseren Verständnis teilweise herausgezogener, als Blindblock 3 dienender Block, welcher die gleiche Höhe wie die Wanneneinfassung 2 besitzt, eingefügt, wobei deutlich Nut 4 und Feder 5 als Befestigungselemente zu erkennen sind. An der hinteren Längsseite ist ein ebenfalls teilweise herausgezogener, als Armaturenblock 6 dienender Block angeordnet. Er ist in gleicher Weise gestaltet wie der Blindblock 3, aber umgekehrt eingesetzt. Er besitzt eine Ausnehmung 7 als Montagekammer, die in der gezeichneten Lage mit einem Durchbruch 8 nach innen und einem Durchbruch 9 nach oben versehen ist, während der Boden (nicht sichtbar) und die äußere Wandung 11 eine geschlossene Fläche bilden.
  • Die vollen Wandteile beiderseits der Montagekammer enthalten Freiräume 12 bzw. horizontale Schlitze 13 für Konterplatten oder Schrauben, wobei von oben eine Bohrung 14 vorgesehen ist, durch die ein Anker der Abdeckplatte g (nicht dargestellt) geführt werden kann. In der Ausnehmung 7 sind Verstärkungen 15 aufgeklebt.

Claims (6)

  1. Innerhalb einer Wanneneinfassung (2) aus Kunststoffschaum anzuordnender Block (3, 6), gekennzeichnet durch einen U-förmigen Querschnitt, dessen Mittelstück (11) außen eine geschlossene Fläche und die Schenkel (10) die Anschlüsse zur restlichen Wanneneinfassung (2) bilden und durch eine geschlossene Stirnseite, wobei dieser Block (3,6) mit der geschlossenen Stirnseite nach unten als Armaturenblock (6) und mit der geschlossenen Stirnseite nach oben als Blindblock (3) verwendbar ist und ebenfalls aus Kunststoffschaum besteht..
  2. Block nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch Befestigungsvorsprünge (4,5) an den Schenkeln (10).
  3. Block nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch Verstärkungseinlagen (15).
  4. Block nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, gekennzeichnet durch Durchgänge (14) zur Verankerung einer Abdeckplatte.
  5. Block nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, gekennzeichnet durch horizontale Befestigungsschlitze (13) für die Aufnahme von Konterelementen zur Befestigung einer Abdeckplatte.
  6. Block nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus geschäumtem Polystyrol einer Dichte von 25 bis 50 kg/m³ besteht.
