Claims (14)

1. Outil à tricoter estampé pour machines textiles, en particulier pour machines à tricoter et machines de bonneterie, comportant une tige avec au moins un talon et deux parties de guidage s'étendant de l'arête supérieure à l'arête inférieure de la tige, dont l'une est située en dessous du talon, les deux parties de guidage étant reliées entre elles par au moins une barrette étroite de 1,1 mm de hauteur maximum, qui délimite avec les parties de guidage un espace libre, qui est rempli d'un matériau amortissant les vibrations, lié fermement avec la tige d'aiguille, caractérisé en ce que les zones de la barrette et/ou des parties de guidage entourant l'espace libre 11 présentent un profilage (15), au moyen duquel le matériau amortissant les vibrations (13) est ancré par forme.
2. Outil à tricoter estampé pour machines textiles, en particulier pour machines à tricoter et machines de bonneterie, comportant une tige qui présente au moins un talon et une tige avec au moins un espace libre fermé ou ouvert sur le bord, qui est rempli d'un matériau hétérogène, par exemple une matière plastique, lié fermement avec la tige d'aiguille, caractérisé en ce que les zones de la tige entourant l'espace libre (11) présentent un profilage (15), au moyen duquel le matériau hétérogène (13) est ancré par forme.
3. Outil à tricoter selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (15) présente des évidements (16) ouverts en direction de l'espace libre (11).
4. Outil à tricoter selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (16) sont en forme de cercles partiels.
5. Outil à tricoter selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (16) sont disposés côte-à-côte chevauchants ou tangents entre eux.
6. Outil à tricoter selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (16) sont disposés à une certaine distance (180) l'un de l'autre.
7. Outil à tricoter selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la distance (180) entre des évidements (16) consécutifs _ mesurée le long du bord de l'espace libre (11) _ est supérieure à 0,1 mm.
8. Outil à tricoter selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (15) présente des zones (19) d'épaisseur de paroi réduite qui font saillie dans le matériau (13) remplissant l'espace libre (11).
9. Outil à tricoter selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les zones (19) d'épaisseur de paroi réduite sont limitées localement et forment saillie à l'intérieur de l'espace libre (11).
10. Outil à tricoter selon les revendications 3 et 9, caractérisé en ce que les zones (19) d'épaisseur de paroi réduite englobent les parties (18) en forme de gousset formées au raccordement (17) entre deux évidements (16) consécutifs.
11. Outil à tricoter selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les zones (19) d'épaisseur de paroi réduite sont formées par des creux (20), qui s'étendent symétriquement par rapport au plan médian longitudinal (21) de la tige (7) à partir de faces opposées.
12. Outil à tricoter selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur de paroi (22) restante dans les zones (19) d'épaisseur de paroi réduite est approximativement égale à la moitié de l'épaisseur de la tige (7).
13. Outil à tricoter selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les zones (19) d'épaisseur de paroi réduite comportent des découpures (23).
14. Outil à tricoter selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le profilage (15) s'étend sur toute la longueur des zones de la tige délimitant l'espace libre (11).
