Claims (8)

1. Procédé de fabrication d'un filé à âme et haute voluminosité, en particulier un filé de poil pour la fabrication de tapis ou de moquettes, dans lequel une première composante (4) du filé est déroulée à la défilée en direction axiale d'une bobine (3) montée sur une broche creuse (13) et entrainée en rotation et réunie dans la zone d'un point de confluence, se trouvant dans le prolongement de l'axe de bobine, avec une deuxième composante (6) du filé qui est conduite axialement à travers l'axe (15) de la broche creuse (13), la première composante (4) du filé comprenant un filé de fibres coupées présentant une torsion de filature déterminée, dont la torsion de filature par rapport au sens de rotation de la broche creuse (13) ou de la bobine est inversée, la deuxième composante du filé étant un fil en principe sans torsion.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième composante (6) du filé est un fil de filament sans torsion.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième composante (6) du filé est un filé parallèle en fibres coupées rebobiné d'un fil de filement mince et en principe sans torsion.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la torsion de filature du filé de fibres coupées est en partie inversée.
5. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la torsion de filature du filé de fibres coupées est inversée au-delà de l'état de torsion nulle.
6. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif (17) concentrique à la bobine ou à la broche creuse est intercalé sur le chemin du filé de fibres coupées, pour empêcher efficacement un déroulage anticipé du filé de fibres coupées, à une distance du point de confluence qui est de préférence plus petite que la longueur moyenne de fibres coupées du filé de fibres coupées.
7. Filé à âme constitué de deux composantes de filé s'enlacant dépourvues totalement ou presque totalement de torsion dont une est un filé de fibres coupées (4) et l'autre un filé de filament sans torsion.
8. Filé à âme constitué de deux composantes de filé s'enlacant dépourvues totalement ou presque totalement de torsion dont une est un filé de fibres coupées (4) et la deuxième, un filé parallèle (6) en fibres coupées enlacé par un fil de filament mince et en principe sans torsion.
