Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung die, in einemi Köipetaies Beton oder dgl. eingelassen wird und aus mehreren Leuchtelementen besteht, wobei jedes der Leuchtelemente mindestens eine Lichtquelle umfaßt, die in ein lichtdurchlässiges Harz so eingebettet ist, daß zumindest die obere Fläche des Harzes eine Leucht-fläche bildet.
- Aus der DE-OS 33 27 110 ist eine leuchtanzeigevorrichtung stehend genannten Art bekannt, bei der die Leuchtelemen-te in einem Block so eingelassen sind, daß die obere, ebene Fläche der Leuchtelemente mit der Oberseite des Blocks bündig ist. Dieser Block kann als Anzeigevorrich-tung für Straßen, Gebäude usw. verwendet werden und wird so eingebaut, daß seine Oberfläche mit der Ober-fläche der Straße oder dgl. bündig ist.
- Es ist jedoch sehr mühsam, die einzelnen Leuchtelemente in den Block einzulassen und sie dann durch Leitungen mit-einander zu verbinden. Falls der Werkstoff des Blocks oder dgl. elektrisch leitend ist, müssen die elektrisch leitenden Bereiche des einzulassenden Leuchtelements, die nicht mit isolierendem Harz bedeckt sind, sowie die Leitungen zum elektrischen Anschluß des Leuchtele-ments zusätzlich elektrisch isoliert werden.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde,eine Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung der eingangs genannten Gattung zu schaffen, welche äußerst flexibel einsetzbar ist. Weiterhin soll ein einfaches Verfahren zur Herstellung der erfindungs-gemäßen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung angegen werden.
- Erfindungsgemäß ist daher vorgesehen, daß die Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung insgesamt schnurförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei benachbarte Leuchtelemente jeweils durch elektrisch isolierte, flexible Leitungen vorbestimmter Länge mit-einander mechanisch und elektrisch verbunden sind, und daß die untere Seite und zumindest ein an die unte-re Seite anschließender Bereich der Seitenwand jedes Leuchtelement mit einem Mantel aus Isoliermaterial umhüllt ist.
- Nachdem im Falle der erfindungsgemäßen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung eine Mehrzahl von Leuchtelementen mittels flexibler, schnurartiger Leitungen mechanisch und elektrisch unter-eider verbunden sind, können die erfindungsgemäßen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtungen in untchiedlichsten Konfigurationen mit der jeweils gewünschten Anzahl an Leuchtelementen, mit dem jeweils gewünschten Abstand zwischen den einzel-nen Leuchtelementen der in Richtung der schnurförmigen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung beliebig variieren kann, und in der ge-wünschten Linienform in den jeweiligen Bauteil eingelas-sen werden. Aufgrund der Flexibilität der erfindungs-gemäBen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung Kann diese auch bei einer krummen oder unebenen Oberfläche so in den Bauteil eingelassen werden, daß die Leuchtelemente mit der Fläche bündig sind bzw. über diese über einen vorbestimmten oder jeweils gleichen Abstand herausragen.
- Nachdem alle elektrisch leitenden Außenbereiche der Leuchtelemente einschließlich der Anschlußbereiche mit einem Mantel aus elektrisch isolierendem Material um-hüllt sind, kann die erfindungsgemäße Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung ohne Gefahr beispielsweise auch in wasserhaltigen Zement-beton oder in andere elektrisch leitfähige Verbundwerk-stoffe eingelassen werden.
- Gemäß weiteren vortei lhaften Merkmalen der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, daß ein der unteren Seite abgewandter, oberer Bereich der Seitenwand der Leuchtelemente nicht mit dem Mantel aus Isoliermaterial umhüllt iSt, wobei zwischen dem oberen Bereich der Seitenwand der Leucht-elemente und dem Mantel aus elektrisch isolierendem Material eine Stufe gebildet ist. Diese Stufe ermög-licht es, auf eine Mehrzahl von Leuchtelementen eine Schalungsform von oben aufzusetzen und sie gemeinsam in einen Gegenstand einzulassen.
- Weitere vorteilhafte Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den übrigen Ansprüchen im Zusammenhang mit der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in der ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichenung näher beschrieben ist. In der Zeichnung zeigen:
- Figur 1 eine perspektivische Teilansight der erfindungs-gemäßen, schnurförmigen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung,
- Figur 2 eine,perspektivische Ansicht eines Leuchtelements der vorrichtung dem. Figur 1,
- Figur 3 einen ersten Verfahrensschritt zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen schnurförmigem Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung
- Figur 4 einen Schnitt durch eine in einem weiteren Verfahrensschritt verwendete Form zur Herstellung des Isoliermantels, und
- Figur 5 einen Schnitt durch die Form gem. Figur 5 mit in den Formhohlraum eingelegtem Leuchtelement.
- Die Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung gem. Figur 1 umfaßt eine Anzahl von Leuchtelementen 1, wobei benachbarte Leuchtelemente 1 mittels eines flexiblen, elektrisch isolierten Kabels 2 elektrisch und mechanisch miteinander verbunden sind. Jedes Leuchtelement 1 umfaßt gem. Figur 2 eine Lumines-zenzdiode (im nachfolgenden kurz "LED" genannt) lb, welche in einem Körper aus lichtdurchlässigem Harz la so eingeschlossen ist, daß die Oberfläche des Körpers aus lichtdurchlässigem Harz eine Leuchtfläche bildet. Am unteren Bereich des Körpers aus lichtdurchlässigem Harz sind die erforderlichen elektrischen Bauteile wie beispielsweise ein Widerstand 4 und Anschlußklemmen bzw. Lötstellen 5 angeordnet.
- Die Leitungen 2 sind in geeigneter Weise elektrisch isoliert und die Enden der Leitungen 2 sind an die am unteren Bereich eines jeden Leuchtelements 1 angeord-neten Klemmen 5 für die LEDs angeschlossen, so daß benachbarte Leuchtelemente 1 mittels jeweils einer Leitung 2 elektrisch und mechanisch miteinander verbun-den sind, so daß insgesamt eine schnurförmige Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung entstent.
- Ein Mantel 3 aus elektrisch isolierendem Material um-hüllt die untere Seite des Leuchtelements 1 und einen an die untere Seite anschließenden Bereich der Seiten-wand des Leuchtelements 1, wobei, wie aus Figur 1 deut-lich ersichtlich, der Mantel 3 unterhalb der oberen Seite des Leuchtelements 1 endet, so daß ein oberer Bereich der Seitenwand des Leuchtelements nicht von dem Mantel aus Isoliermaterial umhüllt ist. Entlang seines oberen Randes bildet der Mantel 3 aus elektrisch iso-lierendem Material eine radial verlaufende Stufe 3a, welche sich im Falle des Ausführungsbeispiels von der zylindrischen Wandung des Mantels 3 bis zur zylindri-schen Wandung des Leuchtelements l erstreckt.
- Im folgenden wird anhand der Figuren 3 bis 5 das Verfah-ren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung erläutert.
- Wie aus Fig. 3 zu ersehen ist, werden auf einer Sammel-platte 7, die vorzugsweise mit kreisförmigen Perforatio-nen 8 versehen ist, eine Mehrzahl von Leuchtelementen 1, bei denen die LEDs lb in das lichtdurchlässige Harz la so eingelassen sind, daß die obere Fläche eine Leuchtfläche bildet, aufgebracht. Hierzu sind innerhalb der Perforationen 8 kleine Durchgangslöcher (nicht dargestellt) in der Sammelplatte 7 vorgesehen, in die die Elektroden (nicht dargestellt) der Leuchtdioden lb eingesteckt werden. Danach werden auf der Rückseite der Sammelplatte die Elektroden der Leuchtdioden lb an den Widerstand 4 oder dgl. und die Leitungen 2 an die Klem-men 5 angelötet. Anschließend werden an den Perforatio-nen 8 die Leuchtelemente 1 jeweils zusammen mit einem Teil 7a der Sammelplatte 7 aus der Sammelplatte 7 her-ausgenommen.
- Jedes der Leuchtelemente l wird anschließend in die in Figur 4 dargestellte Form 6 umgekehrt, d.h. mit der Oberseite nach unten, eingesetzt, wie dies in Figur 5 dargestellt ist. Anschließend wird in den Zwischenraum zwischen Formhohlraum der Form 6 und Leuchtelement 1 ein Isolierharz gegossen, um den Mantel 3 aus elek-trisch isolierendem Material auszubilden. Nachdem der Querschitt des unteren Bereichs des Formhohlraums der Form 6 mit dem Querschnitt des oberen Bereichs des Leuchtelements 1 übereinstimmt, wird in diesem oberen Bereich des Leuchtelements 1 kein Isoliermantel ausge-bildet.
Claims (7)
- Aus mehreren Leuchtelementen (1) bestehende Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung die einem körperaus in Beton oder dgl. einlaßbar iSt, wobei jedes der Leuchtelemente (1) mindestens eine Lichtquelle (lb) umfaßt, die in ein lichtdurchlässiges Harz (la) so eingebettet ist, daß zumindest die obere Fläche des lichtdurchlässigen Har-zes eine Leuchtfläche bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung insgesamt schnurförmig ausgebildet ist, wobei benachbarte Leuchtelemente (1) jeweils durch elektrisch isolierte, flexible Leitungen (2) bestimm-ter Länge miteinander mechanisch und elektrisch verbun-den sind, und daß die untere Seite und zumindest ein an die untere Seite anschließender Bereich der Seiten-wandung jedes Leuchtelemenths (1) mit einem Mantel (3) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material umhüllt ist.
- Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung nach Ansruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oberer Bereich der Seitenwandung der Leuchtele-mente (1) nicht mit dem Mantel (3) aus elektrisch iso-lierendem Material umhüllt ist.
- Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung nach Anspch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem oberen Bereich der Seitenwandung der Leuchtelemente (1) und dem Mantel (3) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material eine Stufe (3a) gebildet ist.
- Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stufe (3a) parallel zur Oberseite des Leucht-elements (1) verläuft.
- Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung nach eim der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquellen (1b) LEDs sind.
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer schnurförmigen Leuchtanzeigevorrichtung ach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Mehrzahl von Leuchtelementen (1) auf eine Sammelplatte (7), die vorzugsweise mit kreisförmigen Perforationen (8) versehen ist, aufgebracht werden, daß Leitungen (2) an Klemmen (5) der Leuchtelemente (1) bzw. Lichtquellen (1b) angelötet werden, daß die Leuchtelemente (1) von der Sammelplatte (7) jeweils zusammen mit einem Teil (7a) der Sammelplatte (7) abgenommen und nacheinander oder gleichzeitig in eine bzw. mehrere Gießformen (6) vorzugsweise mit ihrer Oberseite nach unten eingesetzt werden, und daß der zwischen Gießform (6) und Leuchtelement (1) verbleibende Raum mit einem Isoliermaterial (3) gefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mehrzahl von Leuchtelementen (1) auf eimen Sammelplatte (7) aufgebracht werden,in der innerhalb der Perforationen (8) Durchgangslöcher vorgesehen sind , daß die Elektroden der leuchtdioden (lb) durch diese Durchgangslöcher (8) hindurchgesteckt und die Elektroden der Leuchtdioden (1b) an einen Widerstand (4) oder dgl. angelötet werden.
